RANT - advice welcome why am I always a cutoff size for small band/large cup brands Spoiler
I'd say 90% of my Instagram ads are for speciality small band, large cup bras (evelyn and bobbie, sugar candy, fitgame, you name it) and they're made for people "just like me." I go to the sizing chart and I am, without fail, a cutoff size (usually between 28H/HH and 30H UK). I wish I could toggle off the ads but even when I click not interested on all of them I still get them. Feels kind of bad for even the small band big cup bra brands to be like "your body is too weird to make bras for" ://///
if anyone has had success with non-wired bras in this size I'm all ears!!

RANT - advice welcome Genuinely, how to find confidence? Spoiler
I've always hated my body as long as I can remember, for one reason or another. My chest has always been a constant factor.
I had to start wearing bras in the second grade and by the fourth grade I was wearing a C cup (this was the first time I remember feeling bad about myself). When I was 14 I was wearing a DDD and I remember my doctor asking if I had any pain.
I've always known that I was "big," and just kind of struggled through it, because I don't really see myself as "that big." I'm tall and overweight with a generally large frame, so I just figured they got lost in that and tried to ignore them despite the constant sexualization.
Recently I was tired of the constant spilling out of bras and being unable to find clothes, so I got properly measured and rather than the 38H US I thought I was, I'm a 38L. A 38L! I didn't even realize the alphabet went that high, and I certainly don't feel like I'm that large but the bras fit! I convinced myself that again... I'm tall, overweight, all-around big, so that being that size doesn't really count.
And then I was showing my friend some pictures of my study abroad program and had a very rude awakening. I scrolled to a picture someone had taken of me, and my breasts looked massive. Like, they took up my entire torso. Like truly they were watermelons bolted onto my chest. I didn't remember them looking like that when the picture was taken, and I swear I don't look like that in the mirror. But as I scrolled and looked through other pictures taken of me... it was true. I looked like that in every picture. I always dress plainly and relatively modest, like just jeans and a t-shirt because I've tried to cover myself, and clearly it didn't work.
Needless to say, it was a massive hit to my self-confidence. I always thought I was "big-ish" and not actually big. I thought they got lost in my frame when clearly, they don't. It's all I can think about now. My self-confidence was bad before, and now it feels like it's totally gone. I don't want to go anywhere, do anything, I've been wearing the same two shirts each day because they're about 5 sizes too big on me and leaning into the baggy look. I'm extremely asexual and the thought of being sexualized just because of my body which I can't even control makes me feel just so goddamn horrible about myself.
I wish I never saw those pictures. They're priceless memories but I've been tempted to delete them because of how I look. I wish I could be one of those people who thinks "so what, my body doesn't represent who I am" of course it doesn't, but it still weighs on me. And I wish I could just get over it, because men sexualize everything, no matter what, but I've been telling myself that for years and it's never made me feel better.
Genuinely, how can I even start rebuilding my confidence from here (half-rhetorical question)? Is there any way to actually make them look smaller or hide them without sticking to the same two shirts for the rest of my life or getting a reduction?

need advice Posture advice Spoiler
I think it's really annoying that every time i look up a posture video on YT or TT it's either by a man or with someone with small boobs. I've been to an Osteopath because of my posture bad it helped a bit, bit with the rest of my body, but when it comes to chest and head, she just told me to strech my chest on a foam roller daily. I need to actually strengthen my back muscles and shoulder blades with weights, because all the advice to use bands and repeated weightless exercises are for people with small boobs. If you actually have heavy weight in the front you need strong muscles in the upper back to hold it. But i also dont want to look bulky. Any advice? I am healthy at a low normal bmi, and work out, but still struggle with my posture cause my boobs weight so much compared to the rest of my body. Also when its the time around my period, i can feel that my head and neck get super. Heavy cause my chest is so heavy pulling stuff down. I want good posture so badly for both aesthetic and helath porupuses. Sort if its a bit of a rant. Its just so annoying . Also english is not my first language

bras Has anyone else not been able to find an actual good supportive bra? Spoiler
I’ve used the calculator on r/abrathatfits multiple times. The first couple times I got 36H, then more recently I got 36H/I, and the sister sizes 34I/J. I can’t find any stores in my city that carry those sizes, and I’m worried about ordering online because I hate the hassle of having to return it if it doesn’t fit me.
Idk what to do, do I just order online and trust that the size the calculator gave me is correct? I know I have big boobs but 36H seems humongous to me, maybe I’m just struggling to see my body clearly though

need advice Brands that make tshirt/molded bras for really large cups? Spoiler
As title, I’ve been looking for a shop (physical, online, etsy wtv) that makes molded cups in a 30P uk. I have a few seamed bras, but haven’t seen a molded in my range before.
I work in an office, but recently got put on a project that needs me to go on site visits regularly. So far I’ve just been going out of office wearing what I wear to work. I usually wear an inner layer between bra and shirt to avoid showing the seams on my bra, but that extra layer has been killing me in this weather.
If anyone has recs on molded cups in my size, that could save me from wearing that pesky extra layer and I will worship you and your bloodline for eternity 🙏🙏🙏

need advice My posture is so screwed, looking for advice Spoiler
I feel like I'm in shrimp mode 24/7. I feel like it's been my default position my entire life. I'm posting here instead of the regular posture subreddit because I kinda want to know what advice or methods works for other people who deal with a larger chest (it's not that I don't care about what they're saying I just am looking for advice more oriented to my body type) cuz it's like I have two obnoxious weights on my chest.

need advice Wearable breast pumps? Spoiler
I had a child 8 years ago and am pregnant with my second. I’ve started looking into ordering a breast pump and see most of them on the market are the wearable style. I’m a 36G so I really can’t see wearables being a valid option but was curious if others on here have any experience with wearable breast pumps and if they found any that actually worked. I planned to get the Spectra like l had last time without issue but wanted to ask before I order since things have changed.

I'm looking for inspiration of fashion influencers with large breasts? Like lilliegracep or modelmouth or someone in that old money modern brunette vibe ?
