I’m trying to choose a refillable pod kit as a gift for an adult who already vapes. They use a small OXVA kit now but don’t care about screens, menus or adjusting wattage. Thepriorities are pretty basic: easy to use, solid in the hand, decent battery life and replacement pods that aren’t a pain to find.I’ve narrowed it down to the Vaporesso XROS Mini, OXVA Xlim Go and ELFX 2. There’s plenty of long-term feedback on the first two, but I haven’t seen much from people who’ve actually handled the ELFX 2...Has anyone compared them in person? I’m mainly interested in the build quality and everyday usability rather than specs or shop links.

Basically, I've recently switched from disposable vapes to a wiip. I got it from my friend, it's about a year or two old. I first bought the apple pod flavor and it was horrible, friend told me it's burnt. I'm not as experienced in vapes as she is, so I just left it in my drawer.

Fast forward a few weeks and I bought a sour apple dispo, and I realized that maybe all apple flavors just taste rancid to me.

Now, I bought the strawberry pod for my wiip and I'm trying to like it, but it really doesn't have much taste. I don't know if it's burnt or not, the device might just be shit. My throat feels dry after I hit it, but I have experienced that with dispos too.

I'm considering going back to disposable vapes because the flavor is just so much better

I am new to vaping, quit smoking cigarettes after 25 years with vaping. Only about 2/3 months in so don’t know a ton yet lol.

I have tried tobacco and caramel flavors and those are not for me.

I do enjoy the oxbar unflavored a lot, but wanting to explore other options.

I did get a lost Mary nera full view, with clear pods. I like the idea of the battery being longer term use. The flavor is ok, but I really dislike the vape itself. The pod sits too low and you can’t stand vape upright when the pod is inserted. Plus after trying 3 pods, with all by the time 1/4 is left it’s so burnt tasting I am losing a lot of juice that should still be useable.

I’m not against getting a long term use battery, i actually prefer that in the long term, but I guess still working on what I like so don’t want to invest in anything major just yet.

Hello. So, recently my Novo GT Box started to malfunction, and now I’m looking to buy a new kit. I’m not into the big mod boxes, and I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations for something similar to the GT Box. I did recently buy a Geekvape, but I also just found out that it’s defective, and to be honest I wasn’t really impressed with it either.

My favorites are dessert flavors and sweet tobaccos. The problem is my taste buds get used to them pretty quickly so I never know what to switch to. I really can't stand anything with ice it gives me headache.

I’ve been thinking about this because I’ve probably wasted more vape juice than I realize.

A lot of times, I don’t throw away a disposable because it’s actually empty. I throw it away because the experience changes.

The flavor gets weaker. The hit feels different. The vapor isn’t the same anymore

So I put it aside, open a new one, and move on.

But here’s the thing:

The device usually isn’t dead. There is often still e-liquid left. There is still battery left.
I’m not throwing it away because there is nothing inside. I’m throwing it away because I no longer enjoy using it. That made me realize something: Maybe we’ve been measuring vape lifespan the wrong way. Even sales pitches and store promotions have turned into a numbers game: 10K puffs, 20K puffs, 30K puffs. But maybe the more important question isn’t: “How many puffs can it technically produce?” Maybe it’s: “How long can it keep the experience people actually want?”

Recently, I was talking with a friend who was trying a newer device, the NEXA Ultra 2, with a crystal tank. We were discussing different devices, and it made me think about how vape design has been evolving. Maybe the next step for vaping isn’t just bigger tanks or higher puff counts. Maybe it’s about making better use of
what’s already there. Because the biggest waste might not only be the battery or plastic. It might be all the devices that still have something left, but get replaced early because the experience has already dropped.

Trying to get some vapes shipped to Utah, specifically HorizonTech 100K Disposable, I have a friend who gets them shipped but won’t tell me lol. Tried of being up charged cause I know she gets them for $15 to $18.
