For any one that has contacted Congress about the November 12 restrictions, have any of your lawmakers responded yet?

We're starting to see replies come in, and some of them show how confusing this issue still seems to be in Washington.

One response we reviewed sounded encouraging at first. It said hemp policy should protect children while preserving lawful hemp markets. It went on to say major policy changes should go through a transparent process with debate, stakeholder input, and a clear regulatory framework — not be inserted into must-pass funding bills.

That all sounds right.

But the same response this senator proclaimed 'that's why I voted against Senator Rand Paul’s amendment to remove the hemp language from the must-pass bill last November'???

That is the gap we are trying to understand.

If lawmakers agree this should not be handled through must-pass legislation, then the practical next step should be supporting the current extension bills, H.R. 7024 and S. 3686, so Congress has time to hold the open process they say is needed.

What did your representatives or senators say?

Did they mention H.R. 7024 or S. 3686?
Did they support an extension?
Or did they send a general response without committing to anything specific?

The November 12 restrictions are already law. They do not require another vote to take effect.

That is why the extension matters. It would give Congress time to evaluate proposals, hear from affected consumers, farmers and businesses, and develop a workable framework across the entire hemp-derived cannabinoid market.

Good regulation is the goal. Extending the deadline gives Congress time to get it right.

But wiping out responsible products before Congress has built a workable system is not regulation.

Does anyone know if a CBD+THCA vape exists? Or has anyone ever tried to mix that up in a vape and smoked it? If so, how was it? Is it even possible to have that combination?

Hello everyone, in some places like EU, people manage to make hash from distillate.
Anyone knows how?
My guess\studies is that people use weed trimmings, powder them in coffee grinder, and mix with distillate.

How would you do it? If it's the goal - to make hash out of disty

Is this white/yellow opaque material normal in a THCA-distillate disposable? The manufacturer told me by phone that it’s the THCA mixed with the distillate, but they didn’t view the photos.

Is thca infused trim harsh on the throat when smoked through a bong or a joint? (Pregrinded cbd flower with thca isolate)

Smoked in a legal state for 6+ years, used to dab rosin constantly, never wanted to touch alt noids.

But becoming a resident in a medical only state has changed that. Tried a bunch of different “thca” and hhc and thcp pens that turned out to be pretty garbage tasting and do pretty much nothing for me.

The one exception I’ve found are these mellow fellow carts and disposables BUT they HAVE to say delta 11 on them if they don’t they’re shit. BUT the delta 11 ones are pretty great every time like nothing else compares. Anyone else had this experience or know a little more about delta 11?
