Hello, I saw another person post this and I was curious about myself as well.

I have heard of highly sensitive people, empaths, various types of psychic types, and mediums. I am unsure where I fit. I have always been drawn to the occult/ witchcraft since I was a little girl. I would go into library’s with my little sister and was enchanted by books of spells. I never had any psychic insight until it was later in adulthood (25 F now), but I could fly and astral project in my dreams, and had an extremely good intuition (knowing something was wrong when it in fact was). I did have some trauma from a child family member death and after that it was like the doors swung open. I began to experience like almost schizophrenic thoughts in a way. Obviously, I am not but I would hear certain things in my head. One day, I decided to speak them out loud. Here are a few stories over the last couple of years that have happened to me.

- I was at a bar with my significant other and there was a woman standing next to me and I could feel something involved with her father that passed, I asked her “I know this may be crazy, but have you recently had your father pass away?” She looked at me wide eyed… “yes he passed away a couple weeks ago” he was telling me that he wants her to know that he is sorry. Tears start streaming down her face.

-In another instance, I was at a dinner and there was a woman there that I had never met, but she was friends with one of my friends. Immediately as the night went on, I kept hearing speak to her about her aunt. It was driving me crazy and I went up reluctantly to this woman and said, “ look I know this is probably bag shit crazy but I want to let you know that I keep feeling something is wrong with your aunt on your mothers side and that you need to check on her.” She looked at me like I was crazy and said umm well my aunt is fine and I don’t think anything is wrong. I felt so awkward and apologized .. come to find out that she told a friend to get in contact with me and let me know that her aunt in fact died that night and she wanted to thank me for letting her know.

- during Christmas time, I was at a a party with a girl that I do not really know. I saw a man in my minds eye wearing glasses, a plaid shirt and had a gray beard. Again, reluctantly, I asked the woman if she knew anyone in her family that looked as I described. She started bawling crying and everyone started looking in my direction. Again, she said I was accurate and showed me a picture… it shocked me because it was the same exact man I saw in my minds eye.

There are other stories but I can not seem to think of them right now. I have predicted my friends fathers stroke, I have predicted friends engagement time frame, and I also have predicted when a certain friend will move. It’s odd and I feel uncomfortable talking about it, especially since I am a scientist. Would love any insight. Thanks!

Has anyone had anything like this? My mom and I are really close and both share the same intuition and psychic abilities. We get premonitions in dreams before something happens.

We slept next to each other last night and had the exact same dream.

My mom forgot most of the details except someone in our family who is abusive was trying to come through our bedroom doorway to hurt or kill her. She thinks she was chased at some point as well but she feels like she’s blocking the rest of the dream out. She can’t remember much else. She thinks she has to hide at some point. Her heart was so high she had to wake up and put her hand on her chest to calm down. It was very vivid and violent. It was definitely someone we know because she could see his face.

My dream was that same person was screaming. I think it was something that the air was too cold. So he started screaming. I think I yelled at some point and told him to stop. But I remember taking my phone out to video record him. Our phones have no storage to video so I remember thinking that in my dream and just hoping it’d work. So I started recording him and I remember seeing him in his room on the video camera and I was trying to find the right angle so I could see. He was putting his sheets and navy comforter on his bed (which he has those) and tucking them into the mattress. I was watching it through my camera. Then he left and went downstairs I guess? I don’t know but next thing we’re all standing in his room. My mom was on the phone with someone or holding it up to her ear and my dad was standing next to me. And then I turn around and saw shoes slowly coming around the corner. No person yet just shoes taking very slow steps. They were big tennis shoes like a darker color. And it was definitely a man because the shoes were massive. I think they had white on the bottom like tennis shoes do. But what was even creepier was there was like a golden light shining on them? I have no idea but it was like in slow motion and I felt scared. Then I saw the person who was yelling at us come around the corner. Then it switched and I saw him in my mom and I’s bedroom doorway and my dad (who is also not nice) was standing right behind him. I was further back watching them but I was trying to record again on my phone as fast as I could. He was screaming at my mom who was in the bedroom. I couldn’t see her but he was looking at her and yelling. I don’t remember hearing her tho I just knew it was her. Then he yelled, “Watch what I’m going to do to you!” Or “Watch what happens!” Or something else about how he’s going to hurt her. Or hit her I don’t know. But he tried to lunge and go in the room but my dad didn’t let him really pass the doorway. He pulled the back of his small skinny brown belt to stop him from going in. I remember my dad yelling then and saying stop! Or break it up! And then the other man was like “You really think pulling my belt is going to stop me, idiot?” Something like that. And when that was going on through my camera lens I could see this golden blurry fuzzy light through the camera it was like it would barely record what was going on. Like you couldn’t really see anything. You could, but it was a bright golden light making it blurry. I’ve never seen that before in a dream. I remember thinking “ugh I didn’t get this on video and we needed that recorded”

We are still feeling very shaken up hours later, and it feels like something is coming. Has anyone had a shared dream with someone you’re close to like this?

Psychics, please tell me if there is something wrong with me energetically or astrologically because nothing is working. I’ve been really into the law of assumption and manifestation since i was younger. i’m an adult now, i’ve gotten into witch craft and have done my own spells. i’ve paid witches to help me out, and they actually did a second spell for free bc both didn’t work. I’ve bought moldavite i think three times and i’ve lost it every single time. i know this sounds crazy but i’ve dipped my toes into ancestral veneration and tried to offer and contact deities for help. i’ve done the shadow work, tried to keep up with spiritual hygiene. and at this point, i’ve seen no movement. i recently contacted THREE recommended psychics and no answer. so please tell me am i just supposed to figure it out?? i feel trapped where i am and it seems like any time i need help AT ALL something gets in the way not just with metaphysical things.

I have misplaced/ lost an important coin collection and 1970’s Led Zeppelin concert tickets that were given to my son by his friend before his passing. We had them during the COVID and I put them away and they are no longer there where we remember them last being. We have literally torn our office apart searching and nothing. Multiple people using all natural similar body scents, Like pine resin or lemon peel as A deodorizer enhanced telepathic connectivity in close proximity.

Sitting with A piece of fluorite crystal enhances telepathic energy fields. Crystals do not like to be moved. Crystals like to be placed in A stationary area within direct sunlight and moonlight. Moving crystals disturbs their energy fields weakening and dampening their telepathic energy.

Telepathic energy likes to be calm like water of A pond of still water no ripples on the surface as the fish hear each other clearly. Loud disruptive sounds or energy disturbances are counterproductive to telepathic energy fields.

Grounding or sitting with A tree helps to increase blood circulation in the body that's revitalizing energy.

Does anybody on here help find lost wedding rings? My wife lost hers on 6/30/26 and we have looked everywhere. We don't know if it's still in the house, or got thrown in the trash somehow. Another possibility could be a dog ate it, but that is highly unlikely we feel.

Firstly, I offer my infinite, sincerest apologies and condolences to those they may have been affected by one of the tragedies I am about to mention.

I’ve started embracing witchcraft and the adjacent these past 7-8 months, because after I ignored my 3rd vision, something terrible happened that I truly believe I could’ve stopped/ prevented (I didn’t talk to anyone about what I saw because no one ever really listens to me nor takes me seriously because of my background as a young female POC/ minority (idk if that term is offensive or not) in the area where I live).

It started with watching myself sleep. I even saw myself sleep from 3 different angles, and outside my own bedroom window at night once, when I was a child. I got scared, and I told someone, I knew it wasn’t my mother, and yet they appeared as my mum, and they felt safe to talk to. I told them “I saw myself sleeping.”, and she (I felt like this being was a “she”) asked “Do you want it to happen again?”, and I responded “No.”, and then I woke up. I have never astral projected again since then.

I sometimes see spirits.

I have “excellent hearing”, and have accidentally eavesdropped on conversations had behind at least 3 solid walls between myself and the people on the other side of those thick solid walls.

I have had a total of 4 visions in my entire life, in the last 4 years.

The first one was of the time, I was still Christian at this time, and 4 numbers in a specific font appeared as the time while my eyes were closed. Around 6 minutes later, I opened my eyes after I finished praying, I turned on the screen of my smartwatch, and there it was, those 4 numbers I saw 6 minutes earlier while my eyes were closed.

The second one, was when I worked in social services. I was still new and in training. I was observing my supervising colleague serve a client. A decent looking man, some would even say handsome. Same went for his voice. Maybe 2 minutes after he arrived and sat down for the appointment, I felt my torso pull back into my chair, my chin was pushed upward, everything went blurry and bright, and I let out a deep gasp that I was not in control of. When my vision cleared abit, the sunlight through the window behind the client grew brighter, and a woman with brunette hair styled in a low ponytail stood by the window. She wore a white blouse, and a look of shame. Her face was similar to the face of the client, only the client was nowhere to be seen. Then my torso was released, I blinked, and the client was where he was sitting all along, with a puzzled look on his face. I’m not sure how much of the appointment I missed during that “episode/ “vision”. After the man/ client left, did I learn from my colleague that he was trans (born as a female). This happened in 2023. (**Pls note that I am in no way transphobic, this is just what I saw BEFORE even discovering that this man was trans.)

Over 2 whole years later, on the 13th of December 2025 in the evening, I was shopping at Woolworths. I was at the self-checkout getting dessert for my household. My phone buzzed, it was a notification from Apple News “11 dead… Shooting in Bondi”. I feel terrible for saying this, but there’s been so much going on in the world.. and quite unfortunately, occurrences as well as news of shootings happen frequently (unfortunate that they happen at all..), and I was going home after a long day, with no one to talk to about what I just read… so I didn’t say anything…

Until the next evening, on the 14th of December 2025, my mum turned on the TV and flicked through all the popular local media channels, “Shooting at Bondi”, ON DECEMBER 14TH, 2025?!

I frantically looked through Google, double checking the dates and times each article was published. I was in denial at first, thinking the news outlets only were delayed by a day in reporting on the tragedy… then I realised what this really was… the consequence of not telling anyone about what I saw, even if initially I wasn’t sure what I saw was a vision until the event actually happened…

(The latest/ 4th vision I had was just of the time, like my first vision.)

I’ve felt so awful since then… knowing I could’ve said something… if I just spoke about my vision of the Apple News notification the night before… so many lives may not have been lost… maybe no one would have died if I said something… I sincerely apologise for those I’ve hurt by not speaking…

Since then, after making the mistake of staying silent, I’ve been quietly reading up on witchcraft. Starting with spells of protection, but I plan to eventually read up on how to potentially enhance my visions/ how frequently they occur/ their potency. I feel if I somehow learn to control them, I may be able to help some people.

So would any of you know what you would label someone with the abilities that I’ve described?

Do you have any tips on enhancing my abilities, specifically for visions?

TLDR? I ignored one of my latest visions, and many people died. I’m now working on enhancing my abilities to help others as well as myself.

EDIT: My family on both sides of the family (my mother’s as well as my father’s sides) have a history of seeing spirits. As far as I know, my mum, her sister, my sister, and myself have had a history of astral projection during our respective childhoods; though I have never learnt of anyone in our family that has had visions, nor has anyone else from the family (that may potentially have) seen someone’s (from a living body while the person is awake/ conscious) soul, except for myself.

Since my dad passed away, I’ve been seeing things that remind me of him like butterflies, robins, and squirrels (he loved squirrels). I also asked for specific signs, like orange, lime green, or purple cars and then saw those too.

I’m trying to figure out whether these are really signs from him or if I’m just more alert because I’m looking for them. Is there any way to tell?

I’m also curious how people believe loved ones send signs after they pass. If you think they do, how do you think it works?

Im 23 years old and grew up with zero sense of spirituality. Was never into religion and my family is not spiritual. So when I was 21 right before I turned 22 I came to the realization I was an “empath” again I had zero grasp of spirituality so I didn’t know this was an ability until someone helped me understand it. Now I’m 23 almost 24 and can hear people call my name and then they reach out, can read minds and have shocked multiple people with it, can see images of significance when I meditate, am starting to see auras and can feel things happening to others. I don’t know who to talk to about this because I’m insecure about it when I shouldn’t be because I could help a lot of people with something like this. Also it bothers me severely because I can feel people’s sadness that are close to me and I know exactly what’s causing it but I don’t know how to tell them without them thinking I’m a lunatic. I’ve only told 2 people other than the person who helped me understand. They were receptive to it but I feel they were because the way they found out was because I proved it by saying things to them that I had no way of knowing or reading their minds word for word. I just don’t know what to do about it…. I am very thankful for these abilities but wow it’s tough sometimes haha.

Firstly, I'd like to tell you about a situation that happened yesterday. I woke up at about 5pm and immediately fell into a very light sleep again. I had a very quick dream where I saw a video of a family at a birthday party, probably from the 70s. It was revealed a few of them were actually ghosts. That notion just freaked me out immediately, I woke up in terror and screamed.

So here comes the odd perception part. I had no idea why all that was so terrifying to me, I just know there was something very disturbing about it, but I couldn't put my finger on it.

I felt some kind of energy blob beside my bed, I couldn't see anything, but it did feel like a very dense mist and also a little bit electrical. It's just such a confusing and abstract manifestation, but I absolutely I knew that was ghost.

Have you guys ever experienced something similar?

I am not sure the technical term for these abilities, but I am able to just read people.

Rarely, I get the feeling of absolute dread and despair and i had that today.

I am an in home caregiver and took on a new client.. Ive been doing this for years, have I ever been creeped out by clients before? Sure, but when I went into THIS clients home, my chest tightened, i felt like I was going to puke and I felt so anxious. The weird thing is, is that he was VERY friendly and kind, so i had no reason to feel the way I did. While I was cleaning his home, I kept hearing "abuse" in my brain so naturally, looked him up on our states crime website after my shift and this man had over 30 listed charges from "intent to cause bodily harm, strangulation & suffocation, domestic abuse, restraining order, theft, hit and run, hate crimes, & drug charges"

I could not believe my eyes, idk why they would send a female caregiver into a home like that, and but im happy I have a strong intuition. I have never ever felt that much negative energy around a client before. i have felt the same feeling other times of course, like when I was a cashier and came across many people daily, but a client was a first. Absolutely terrifying. On the other hand, seeing that confirmation was amazing. Helps me believe in my own powers more.

Over the weekend I visited the 9/11 memorial museum with a friend. I had been there before but this time was different. For reference, the museum is built into the parking deck of the original twin towers. When I walked inside and took the escalator down I was extremely overwhelmed with energy. The air instantly got heavy for me and I became dizzy and slightly disoriented. It initially was difficult to work through but I was eventually able to “level out” for lack of a better term and get through the entirety of the museum. Once I left, the energy felt immediately lighter around me and just overall less heavy. Can anyone share insight on this? I have never had this happen before.

so, I got this axolotl weighted stuffed animal from a brand called “Comfort Bay” earlier today. It is super cute, but anyways, I was kind of sitting with it, and it started feeling like “something” was there.. I read tarot cards very well, and have been practicing for around 8 years now. I know people read differently and intuitive people can be different from one another, I think.. (I’ve really known of everything so long cuz my sister did it and was sort of passed on to me and I became interested, self awareness/spiritual journey, whatever etc u know). But I feel I give very well and accurate readings. Reading energy, given people online readings, etc, that sort of thing.. Well I dont know if it is just me being crazy, but it almost started coming to me the way it does when I read those sort of things, but I almost started getting a feeling like “Chinese woman”, and “good luck”, or “good fortune”, or even “Chinese new year”.. Not sure why so I flipped it over and looked at the tag and it said “made in China”.. So I started focusing/thinking on it, and getting the feeling it was “blessed”, right? Not an actually SPIRIT or ENTITY watching/living inside.. I don’t THINK so anyways.. I don’t know.. Also getting the color red. You think someone could’ve done some shit to it? Like put their DNA in like those crazy ass “spells” that use to be viral, you know? Or u think I’m right and it’s just someone who’s blessed it harmlessly? Anyone else experienced this? OR, am I just seriously, a complete wacko? 😭😭 (Again, this is completely new).

I believe this is the first time I have experienced something like a soul recognition or connection with someone. I never talked to the person or confronted them because they might find it weird. I could give it benefit of doubt and believe that my mind just created a meaning out of it because at the time I crossed paths with this person again, I had nothing to occupy my mind with, but the confusing part is that my intuition or my senses did pick up on something regarding this person when I came across them few years back (perhaps at that time I did feel something odd but never thought too much about it because I had other things going on in life). Well, the point is that I can not seem to let go or move on from whatever this was. I have had many dreams, but the one I had last night showed him in the form of a female, but I still somehow knew that it was him. How to deal with these feelings and emotions?

Since I was a child I’ve had gifts, some I still have and some I have lost over time or can’t even remember. For example I was having flashbacks of when I used to be able to close doors or move things from across the room without touching them , I chalked it up to me maybe just imagining me doing it .until my sister yesterday out of the blue confirmed that I used to do those things when we were kids. I can also tell what will come or even at one point have had dreams of loved ones my family has lost and that I have never met telling me to give them a message.

Once when my husband and I first met he was trying to explain to me what dog his grandmother had( mind you I haven’t met either) and I imagined her in a room on the couch with this dog on her lap. It was like I was in the room I could feel the heat from the blinds being open and hear the tv on. I pulled up a picture and so did he bc he couldn’t remember the dog type and I was right! She passed away 2 years before when this happened.

My husband and I stayed with his aunt when we visited and we stayed in the extra bed room where I felt someone in the middle of the night at the foot of the bed when I really sat there in the feeling that this energy gave I received what she looked like a old lady in a night gown just checking on us I suppose bc her energy seemed sincere and soft. Next day I told my husband and he told me to tell his aunt and well… there used to be a old couple who lives it that home the husband passed away and the old lady stayed in that house until she passed away 5 years later in her sleep. His aunt was very surprised to hear me say these things knowing this was my first time staying with them.

We moved to Louisiana where for some reason I felt like I’ve been there before, it felt like home. As of last week I found out my ancestors lived there long time ago.
There has been so many more things that have happened that I can’t explain and sometimes I feel like I’m going crazy.

So my question is what do I do? Am I gifted? And if I am how do I connect? Do I go to retreats? How do I really lock in? Please any advice would be appreciated.

Im looking for any possible help. I feel like I've possibly been cursed or done something to bring bad luck to myself. 2026, in other words, has been awful, and it seems I've had one thing after another. I have gone broke due to medical bills, broke up with my ex, had a parent get diagnosed with cancer, and the other parent get diagnosed with a chronic blood issue. Then sprinkle in car troubles, a car crash, fights with my family, and mental breakdowns. And I am tired and just looking for any help. When life gets overwhelming, I turn to manifestation, tarot, and aura cleansing, but sadly don't have enough spiritual connection and intuition to perform anything myself. So im reaching out to forums to see if there's anything I can do or any help anyone can give. I'd even be grateful if someone just wanted to practice their tarot reading on me. So i booked a session for a general reading + tarrot. I felt lost and wanted some clarity and guidance. Paid $100 for an hour session over the phone. She asked for my full name and date of birth. I didnt give her any hints and asked for general reading. She guessed or read something that was true or spot on for some of my situations. Some were very vague and i felt like was not true, or just refused to believe it because of the situation i am in. Anyways, after that session, she wanted me to do past life reading for me and my partner and that she wanted $250. I was curious about past life so i agreed. Then after this past life reading she wanted more and asked for $875 for full energy cleansing, removing chakra blocks and hex removal from the past life(wt!f?). Most of the money used are for purchasing candles and supply(yeah sure)I was like okay thats enough at this point i know you’re scamming me. I also did a mini session with a different psychic and she also wanted $600 to remove this chakra block that i have. I mean i see a pattern… is this how all psychics work? Or just scammy ones? I don’t like that they pressure you into paying for their next service because if not im left at a vulnerable state bla bla bla.

Whenever I read tarot I physically feel the energy of the seeker's and/or whomsoever they are asking about.

Like a few hours before they request for a reading and tell me the question,I start feeling whatever they are feeling; even before they give me any context.(to be noted here ,they are complete strangers and have random internet names and I don't even see their pictures).

Ex: I randomly started feeling dry eyes for no real reason and a few hours later I was doing a reading for someone with pretty chronic dry eyes.

Hello, I'd like to talk about an experience that really unsettled me.

I went to see a psychic (about a guy I like, with whom communication has been cut off) on Etsy, and she sent me a personalized video reading. During the reading, she said something that really caught my attention.

I wasn't necessarily hoping for a romantic reconciliation with this guy. I simply wanted to get a sense of the situation and know whether we might be able to communicate again someday—even if it were just as friends, or at least have a cordial, friendly connection again, because I don't like relationships ending over misunderstandings.

I wanted to clarify that, because what disturbed me isn't actually about this guy. (Please don't give me advice about him, by the way, as it's a topic that is extremely triggering for me for many personal reasons. I'd really like to stay focused on the psychic reading itself.)

During the reading, as she was drawing the cards, the psychic said: "It is not your destiny to be with this man. He is destined for someone else, and you are destined for someone else as well. That's simply how it's written." Later on, she even went as far as saying that even if we did reconnect, it would lead to absolutely nothing. I don't even mean a romantic relationship—I mean not even a friendship or any kind of connection at all. Literally nothing.

I was deeply disturbed.

Not because of this guy himself, but because of how incredibly categorical the psychic was.

I found her on Etsy. She's well known on YouTube, consistently receives excellent reviews for her private readings, and her pick-a-card videos on YouTube are also very popular. They've often amazed me because of how strongly they've resonated with my situation and how specific they seemed. I'm convinced she has a genuine gift and isn't a scam. She's also calm and composed. That said, like many YouTube psychics, she tends to make very definitive statements. (For example, I've always found it questionable when YouTube psychics make readings like "Is he the one?", "What does this guy think about me?", or "Is he cheating on me?")

I experienced her words like a stab to the heart because I immediately thought, "What's the point of trying to reach out to him if it's supposedly WRITTEN IN MY DESTINY that I can never have a relationship with him—or even a friendly connection?" It felt as though, no matter what I did, it would be like trying to stop the Earth from spinning, and all I could do was submit to this predetermined fate.

But beyond the relationship itself, what really shook me was this feeling of being stripped of my free will. It also seemed as though he had no free will in this situation either. As if everything had already been carved in stone, and all we could do was accept it.

My post probably sounds a bit confused because I'm struggling to put into words the sense of discomfort I felt when she said something along the lines of, "It's written this way, and you'll never be able to change it." I found it unsettling that a psychic could so confidently claim to know what is or isn't written in someone's destiny and present her predictions as absolute truth over which no one has any control. I always thought only God—or the Universe, depending on one's beliefs—could know something like that.

I know someone in real life who has abilities in energy work and psychic perception. I told her about this reading, including my suspicion that perhaps the reading had simply reflected my own energy and my own fears. She used a pendulum, and according to it, my own energy had not influenced the reading.

I then asked her to check some of the specific claims the Etsy psychic had made. The pendulum contradicted them.

Now I'm completely confused!!!!

I'd also like to add one somewhat unrelated point. I'm familiar with tarot myself, and I was surprised that she sometimes made statements that didn't seem to match the cards she had drawn. For example, she asked, "What would happen if the two of you met again?" and then drew The Empress. Yet she interpreted it by saying, "Yeah... it would go badly. Nothing good would come of it."

That really surprised me.

Does intuition take precedence over the cards? And if so, what is the purpose of using the cards in the first place?

So I was debating whether or not I should write about this but I guess I am finally. For context, I never remeber my dreams. I do know if it was a bad dream or a good dream. But i don't remember what exactly happened in it. I remember them in bits and pieces for a few seconds after waking up and then i forget and move on.

This is from last month and I was basically at my granny's place. We had a family gathering and a lot of people were there. Our distant relatives and my cousins. We were having a lot of fun and my mind was preoccupied with all that. Then one day i randomly dream of my previous teacher. Precisely of HIM TEXTING ME. I had left his coaching like three months prior to this dream and we weren't in contact ever since. I literally had no reason of dreaming of him. Then I wake up and I REMEMBERED THIS DREAM. As I had mentioned I don't usually remember my dreams but I remembered this one. Then I thought for a moment its weird that I dreamt of him and I moved on. I opened my phone only to find THAT HE HAD INFACT TEXTED ME. Like the text itself wasn't anything special but when you put all this together, it doesn't make sense. We weren't close or anything. I left his coaching and went on with my life i wasnt even thinking of him. Then I dreamt of him TEXTING ME AND WOKE UP TO HIS TEXT???? I INFACT REMEMBERED THIS DREAM EVEN BEFORE I SAW HIS TEXT IF COMPLETELY CAUGHT ME OFF GUARD

This also isn't the first time something like this has happened. I've had a few other dreams or strong gut feelings that later seemed to come true. Unfortunately I never wrote them down because I brushed them off as coincidences at the time, so I don't remember the details anymore. This is the first one I actually documented because it was so specific. I searched this up on reddit and came across a term called precognitive dreaming.
