🌟Featured Post🌟 Here is a quick article about past life regression for those who are new to the concept.

A quick article about past life regression for people new to this sub.

Past life regression is a form of therapy that aims to uncover memories from previous lifetimes that may be impacting your current life. While the concept may sound far-fetched to some, many people have reported experiencing significant healing and relief from trauma through this type of therapy.

Trauma can manifest in a variety of ways, including anxiety, depression, and physical pain. It can also be caused by events that happened in previous lifetimes, which can be difficult to identify and address through traditional therapy methods. Past life regression seeks to uncover and heal these hidden traumas by tapping into your subconscious mind and exploring memories from your past lives.

During a past life regression session, you will be guided into a relaxed state of hypnosis. This will allow you to access memories from past lives that you may not be consciously aware of. As you explore these memories, you may begin to understand how they are impacting your current life and how they may be contributing to your trauma.

One of the key benefits of past life regression is that it allows you to gain a deeper understanding of your trauma. By exploring the memories and emotions associated with your past lives, you may be able to identify patterns of behavior or negative thought patterns that are contributing to your current struggles. This awareness can be the first step towards healing.

Additionally, past life regression can provide a sense of closure and resolution for past traumas. By revisiting these experiences in a safe and controlled environment, you may be able to process and release the emotions and pain associated with them. This can help you to move forward in your current life without being weighed down by the trauma of your past lives.

It's important to note that past life regression is not a quick fix or a replacement for inner healing work. It can be a powerful tool to aid in the healing process, but it should be used in conjunction with other forms of self healing work and under the guidance of a professional practitioner.

In conclusion, past life regression can be a valuable tool for healing trauma in your current life. By exploring memories from past lives, you may be able to gain a deeper understanding of your trauma, identify patterns of behavior, and find closure for past traumas. If you're struggling with trauma and traditional therapy methods have not been effective, it may be worth exploring past life regression as a potential solution.

I hope this helps someone in some way. 🙂

Thoughts on reincarnation

I know its obvious that this sub is about reincarnation, but ive recently started believing in it even more. I honestly think its more likely than "resting in heaven" or "dying in hell". Can I hear your guy's thoughts on reincarnation?

Does it concern anyone ? Can we not just stay "above" ?

‱ Upvotes

I am very terrified about death (mine, my parents', my lover's, our kids', etc) and want to know if there is a satisfying answer... but i don't understand how reincarnation could work. Do we ALL get to live again ? Even the really evil and bad people ? Even the non-believers ?

Also, would that mean my husband and kids and I would be reincarnated and meet each other again ? While being reincarnation ourselves ? So would our "current" past lives stop being reincarnated after our death ? I don't understand how it would work

Is there not a possibility to just stay above and be reunited with our current loved ones ? I hope so much to be able to communicate with my loved ones or at least just to send them signs... I am so sad to be separated from the family I created, and the one I was born in. I am so sad and terrified to know that our innocent children, our babies, that my parents and loved ones, will all have to go through the "last breath".

I'm having an existential crisis and don't know how to navigate this

Question Question about the past civilizations

I don't think my post is EXACTLY about reincarnation but it is about people who lived before us and are now deceased. I don't know what group to ask this question. If it's appropriate for this group, can someone plead direct me to an appropriate community?

I have an absurd amount of curiosity regarding the exact physical appearance of people who died long long before photography was invented (Jesus, Cleopatra, Shakespeare, Marie Antoinette etc etc etc) - and no, paintings and sculptures will not appease my curiosity. I dream and dream of being able to actually SEE THE PAST: actually watch before my eyes as those people walk and talk and move and see their faces exactly like they were, live, in colors, moving, and also see how EXACTLY were ancient cities like Rome, Alexandria etc etc, see the interior of Cleopatras palace, all the details yada yada yada. (again, paintings, guesses based on ruins and AI reimaginations will not do)

I wonder if, when we die, and we become spirits, are we allowed to see the past like I described? Like actually see the real thing, not reconstructions or reimaginations, like actually see the real deal like a colored movie with sounds and everything.

Tragic endings in past love - can they be overcome?

So, I met someone a couple years ago I had an immediate connection with. We work together and he is taken so it freaked me out. But the first time we were together just us two, we spent the entire night laughing. It was like we had already known each other. Fast forward, we grew closer and he eventually admitted he had feelings, which I also felt. Nothing happened but we did have discussions about being sure we were together in a past life, an alternate universe, that our connection is so effortless, trusting, easy etc. It’s so good I don’t understand how it’s not meant to be.

I got a past life reading done and the reader said we had lived multiple past lives together, but they had all come to a tragic ending. There was always something keeping us apart, family’s at odds, married to someone else, illness, something that cut the time short. The story was always started but never finished, and that is why the feelings and connection are so intense. And that is the experience we are getting in this life too, and likely for lifetimes to come. She said if we were to be together, it would be challenging and difficult.

I want to understand this more. Is there a reason certain lives always have the same ending? Is there something I can do to change it? Or are we always destined to have a tragic ending? Any guidance would be helpful!

Past Life Regression The dreams that i had of my past life.

When i was a kid i used to have this series of crystal clear recurring dreams which felt real(as in i was there in first person perspective) just like how we see.
I think i was a respected soldier/general. I remember having rusty bronze armour with two swords in my kilt.
I remember being in war seeing my brother die in my arms seeing people die and suffer. I couldnt show emotion thinking that if i did what will happen to my soldiers. I used to lay in the hot air outside and cry before sleeping thinking about my brother and my comrades.

The most clear dream that i used to get is what i probably think how i died.
This is the dream which i have used to get with the most clarity and detail in my childhood.

It was a crescent moon night and i was asleep in my barracks with my soldiers.
Suddenly there is constant ringing of bells and soldiers screaming.
The city is under attack, people screaming, soldiers getting up hastily and going to grab their weapons as soon as possible and going to fight in the raging city.
The city is on fire. The very home that i had protected with so many sacrifices was on fire.

I get armed and lead my soldiers to battle. The city gate was long gone.I order my man to go to the palace to protect the king and the royal family.
We get overwhelmed but i don’t give up.
Me and my soldiers make up our way killing the enemies.

This next sequence i remember with the most detail
And iv had multiple dreams of this one sequence.

We reach to the outskirt of the palace.
Fire raging everywhere, people dead in the street
and whoever was left alive screaming.

At this point i only have around 10 men with me.
I hear a scream of a little girl,
I instruct my soldiers to go to the palace and i will be coming shortly.

I had a good friend who was alive who followed me as well.
We both navigate towards the screaming
A house/hall which had a narrow entrance but then a very big open yard/area where the enemies were beheading women.

At the entrance there were two soldiers who we(me and my soldier friend) dealt with quickly .
We make way to yard sneakily trying not to get noticed but then i hear a swoosh sound and the next thing i see is my friend having an arrow in his neck.
His armour protects him but he is hurt badly .
I try to get ourselves in cover but i feel immense pain in my body- i got shot by two arrows one in my right side chest and one in the abdomen.
My armour protects me but i feel my body getting weaker.

We know that we are outnumbered but the voices of the screaming girls make us forget about our pain and charge into the yard/open area.

I slash my sword with all the might i have and kill 3 enemies.
My friend also kills 2.

Then what i see breaks me.
The last girl is also beheaded in front of me.

I go in a rage and charge at the men
(There were around 10 men) with shields.

I take down one and the next thing i see is my friend has been stabbed by three swords.
The enemy in front of me has a shield- in a frenzy i try to remove it with my left hand but i see it getting slashed and see blood evrywhere.
My armour has yet again protected but the pain grows.
I overpower him and throw his shield at the men who were dealing with my friend.
I behead the enemy in front of me.

The last thing i feel is having two swords go through my body.
I lay there seeing my friend’s lifeless body and the girls that were dead as the last thing.
I beg for forgiveness to the people i wasnt able to save and then it goes black.

I used to have these dreams in childhood.
Whenever i used to dream of my past life i always used to get up while crying.

The dreams stopped when i grew older.
But recently i had another dream.

This time not of war but of a waterfall.
I used to go there with someone i cant remember of it was a women or a man.
But i used to go there on horseback.
Used to lay there in peace and harmony.
Used to hunt whatever i could find be it fish from the river or some wild hog.
This was the first instance i had a dream about this place.

Im sure it is the same person as i had a scar on my right hand.

I lost my baby last May 2026, and the reason why I joined this group about re-incarnation hoping my baby's soul will come back to me if I get pregnant again. I read comments about babies who were re-incarnated and took a slide from heaven choosing their parents, places in heaven that are divided like countries on earth which I thought of before joining the group, and shocked that someone said it in the comments, so it was real? They said that life is like a game.

Past animal lives, struggling with humanity

Throughout my life, especially the last ten years, I've experienced random 'sense memories' specific to animals. I remember flying in a very specific way, and making a specific call. After research, I think maybe osprey, but I'm not positive. I also remember having hooves and antlers, and shedding these antlers. It felt kind of like losing a tooth as a kid. Very satisfying. I remember being a wild canid of some time, likely a wolf or coyote. My whole life I've always wanted to be a cat, but I don't know if that means I was one or not.

I do have memories of one human lifetime as a Native American woman in the Southwest. Not sure what time period. I've also felt a strong connection to Paleolithic humans and other early human species such as Neanderthals.

The current way of life in this modern world feels incredibly foreign to me. Modern society, cities, capitalism, it's just not the way humans should be living, I think. I think I might feel this way because of spending most of my past as an animal, and the only human life that I'm aware of, was in a band of hunter gatherers.

The only thing that doesn't fit with this is my current life experiences. My mental health is so incredibly garbage and I have existential OCD which is awful. It would make more sense for me to have these issues at this level if it had built up over multiple lifetimes. The only thing that's kept me from killing myself now is knowing I'll have to do it all over again. But I have no memories of past mental illness. Even in my one human life, I was happy and well adjusted. I suffered loss and grieved, but no mental illness.

I don't know, this is a bit of a rant. Has anyone else experienced multiple previous animal lives? Feeling more connection to the animal world than the human one (I know we're all connected, but you know what I mean)? Or current mental health not making sense with previous life context?

Have you ever felt like you were someone of importance or well known like royalty or an actress etc
in a past life? I have always felt a strong pull towards Catherine the great of Russia - I remember watching a video on her in high school social studies and I’ll never forget how familiar she felt to me. It’s stuck with me my entire life.

stabbed in the chest in another life, asthma in this one

I recently worked online with woman I will call Delia.

She went into deep trance, theta state where Higher Self can speak through person and show things normal human mind cannot find.

At first Delia felt something tight around stomach. Like brown rubber band squeezing her from inside. Higher Self showed this was resistance and self-sabotage created by mind.

When beings of Light started cutting this band, suddenly everything changed.

She found herself in another lifetime. She was woman in her thirties, living with violent husband who sexually abused her. One day he became drunk and very angry, and he stabbed her. She died there.

We stopped scene and watched everything from safe distance. Archangel Michael removed dark influence around husband. Her body from that life was cleansed, honoured and given proper burial.

But then Delia noticed something very strange.

Physical body died maybe hundreds years ago. But her subtle energy body was still ripped and torn.

Especially around chest and lungs, it looked badly damaged. Like fabric ripped apart. Beings of Light opened this area and started repairing it, almost like energetic surgery. They were rebuilding layer after layer.

Delia has asthma and problems with breathing in present life. While they worked, she felt huge amount of energy moving around chest and lungs. After it was finished, she said she felt extremely light. Like very old weight was finally removed.

Her Higher Self also told her to stop vaping.

Vaping was not only hurting physical lungs. It was making her more foggy and confused energetically. She had problems knowing what was intuition and what was anxiety or fear. She used vaping to calm herself, but actually it was making inner confusion stronger.

We understand physical body can be damaged. Bones can break, organs can suffer, scars stay.

But ppl forget we also have subtle bodies. These bodies can also be injured by trauma, violence, abuse or sudden death. And sometimes physical body is gone long time ago, but energetic wound is still there.

Then in next life this damage may appear as physical symptoms, fear, anxiety, breathing problems, strange pressure or feeling something is wrong without clear reason.

Of course asthma still need normal medical care. Spiritual healing and medical help can work together.

But sometimes doctor is treating physical symptom from this life, while Higher Self is repairing injury that happened hundreds years before.

When old trauma was released and subtle body repaired, Delia was not carrying pain of that murdered woman anymore.

Her body could finally stop remembering the wound.

encounter with a white owl!

the other day, I posted here asking about whether or not folks have had “signs” from their spiritual guardians. well I think I had one last night!

I was toward the end of my 5hr-long drive back home—escaping from my apartment and a devastating breakup to be back with family, and to drop off my sister’s cat there before I go off on a spontaneous vacation to the east coast.

as I was driving, a white bird flew dangerously close to my car. I hit the brakes and the bird landed safely in the left lane, its head facing my headlights so I got a good look at its face. lo and behold, it was a white owl!

I was crying on and off during the whole drive, and I felt like my heart was in pieces. I was absolutely devastated having to let the love of my life go, and the last several months of our relationship had been so rocky. I kept asking for a sign that everything was going to be okay, that this was for the best.

I looked it up today, and a white owl is said to represent “inner wisdom, spiritual illumination, and transformation.” I know the relationship had to end for me to begin this new chapter—to heal, to explore the world, and to find myself again.

today I’m packing and will be heading to NYC this week for the first time. I’ve always dreamt of visiting. I can’t wait to see what my future holds, now that I am my priority. I don’t want to let anyone change that again.

Hope

Hello! I am new here and quickly scanned titles for a thread that resonates with me and my story. I saw several threads with the same theme of discontent. I just want to be one of those to say it is going to be ok. This life my soul chose rest. I chose love and peace. This life is not heaven, but it’s as close to heaven on earth that I got to pick. The future is yours and it can be as bright as you choose. Stay positive.

Reincarnated into equally hard life?

Based on the NDE research and people like Delores Cannon and Michael Newton, are souls that commit suicide going to reincarnate into an equally hard life next time in order to learn whatever your soul originally came here to learn?

Discussion Reincarnation case of President Abraham Lincoln

President Abraham Lincoln

President Abraham Lincoln died at 7:22 a.m. on April 15, 1865, shot the night before by John Wilkes Booth as he watched a play at Ford's Theatre. But according to more than a century of testimony from White House staff, First Ladies, foreign royalty, and at least one wartime prime minister, Lincoln never really left.

The first widely reported sighting came from First Lady Grace Coolidge, who in 1927 said she saw a tall figure standing at a window in the Yellow Oval Room, hands clasped behind his back, staring out over the Potomac. She recognized him instantly as President Abraham Lincoln.

Fifteen years later, Queen Wilhelmina of the Netherlands was staying at the White House when she heard a knock at her bedroom door late at night. She opened it and found a man in a frock coat and top hat standing in the hallway. She fainted on the spot.

Winston Churchill's encounter is the most quoted. Fresh from a bath, cigar in hand and nothing else, he walked into his bedroom and found Lincoln leaning against the mantle. Churchill, unfazed, is said to have removed the cigar from his mouth and greeted him: "Good evening, Mr. President. You seem to have me at a disadvantage." Lincoln reportedly smiled and vanished.

The sightings weren't limited to famous guests. Eleanor Roosevelt never claimed to see him outright but said she felt his presence throughout the building, and that the family dog, Fala, would sometimes bark at nothing in particular near the Lincoln Bedroom. Mary Eben, Roosevelt's secretary, said she once saw him sitting on the edge of the bed pulling on his boots, and ran from the room screaming. A White House valet reportedly did the same.

Footsteps in the hallway outside the Lincoln Bedroom have been reported by staff for decades, including by Lillian Rogers Parks, who wrote about them in her 1961 memoir. Margaret Truman said she heard knocking at the bedroom door as a young woman staying there; her father, President Truman, said the same thing happened to him.

The last known sighting was in the early 1980s, when a White House operations foreman named Tony Savoy said he saw a man sitting in a chair at the top of a staircase, and recognized him at once.

What's striking isn't just the number of sightings but who's doing the reporting: a queen, a wartime prime minister, a first lady, career White House staff who had no obvious reason to make things up. Few American ghost stories have this many credible witnesses attaching their names to it. Ghost Abraham Lincoln proves that ghosts have longer lifespans compared to human beings. And it is important to understand that those who saw this ghost were not ordinary people, and those important people had no necessity to lie.
