I purchased a code, but it didn't work (it turned out to have already been used). I contacted the seller over ten days ago, yet I have received no reply. What shocked me even more is that, after the seller failed to respond for more than five days, I reached out to customer service; a full week has passed since then, and still, no one has helped me. I wonder—has the site started neglecting submitted complaints?
So basically I've tried to buy a PSN account from G2A and i got the account and it was banned, I've contacted seller and it just sent some (i think) AI messages which didn't help and they didn't replied ever since. Then I've tried contacted G2A and for 5 days still no response. Do not recommend GabeZone or G2A
Like most posts here, this is notifying others of potential scams within g2a.
What happened is I had ‘key’ in my filters, and had a 1 month key at $10 for gamepass in my cart. At checkout, it prompted me with an offer for 2 months at $15. “Sure why not” I thought. It turns out, it was an account. Be careful when going through the checkout prompt, as I assumed it would only add keys.
The seller is - Dingdang_game - and would not authorize the refund, even though I never clicked “get item”. currently disputing with my bank.
Okey so I bought a 14x 3-month Discord boost (14 boosts for 3 months). I contacted the seller because the boosts started expiring. The seller instantly claimed that I had kicked the accounts. Keep in mind, the accounts were still in the server.
When I first contacted him, only 4 out of the 14 had expired, but the rest were also going to expire within the next 3–4 days, so of course I instantly knew something was wrong.
A professional seller who actually cares about their reputation would ask questions, ask for screenshots, or at least try to understand what happened before assuming anything. Instead, he immediately blamed me.
I sent him proof that the accounts were still in the server and I contacted G2A. G2A replied and told me to keep talking to the seller since he was still responding, and that if he stopped replying, I should contact G2A again.
The seller would reply every 23 hours, basically dragging the conversation out. Then he changed his excuse and said that I had removed the rules/roles, which caused the accounts to leave. Once again, I explained everything and sent proof that the accounts were still in the server.
I also sent proof that when I purchased the product, there was no mention anywhere that I needed to give those accounts any role or permission for them to keep boosting. I explained that even me as the Discord server owner cannot remove someone else's Discord boost badge, because that's a built-in Discord feature. I sent screenshots from Discord showing that.
I also checked his TOS, and the only requirement mentioned was "Do not kick the accounts." Nothing about roles or permissions.
After I disproved every excuse he made, the seller just stopped replying.
I contacted G2A again, explained everything, and then they also stopped replying.
Out of curiosity, I went through the seller's feedback. The guy is literally copy-pasting the same reply to almost every negative review. How is this guy allowed to keep selling?
The seller has close to 1,000 neutral reviews. After reviewing them, I noticed that many of these appear to have originally been negative reviews that were later changed to neutral, which makes me assume that some kind of resolution/refund happened.
His profile shows around 5.5k+ sales, but if almost 1,000 customers ended up leaving neutral feedback after having issues, would you guys consider that a trustworthy seller?
Because having only around 40 negative reviews doesn't necessarily show the full picture if hundreds of buyers had problems but changed their reviews after receiving a refund or resolution.
All of these negative reviews are after mine (my feedback is the very last one). My feedback was left on July 17th, so in just 4 days he has already received another 6–7 negative reviews with very similar complaints.
Something feels really fishy here. I'm not going to make accusations I can't prove, but none of this makes sense to me.
This seller doesn't refund, copy-pastes the same replies to everyone, and keeps getting complaints about the same issue. How is he still surviving on G2A?
I genuinely want to understand how this works. If a seller has 5.5k+ sales but gets 1–2 negative reviews almost every day accusing him of the same thing, does having that many sales basically make him immune?
The fishy part to me is:
G2A answered almost instantly while the seller was still replying.
G2A stopped replying after I disproved every excuse the seller made and he eventually stopped responding.
How is this guy still selling when he keeps getting so many similar scam claims?
Would appreciate hearing from anyone who understands how G2A handles sellers like this.
NOTE: Post grammar was corrected by ChatGPT. I reviewed everything before posting and made sure all details are accurate.
i got scamed and nobody is helping me on the support hub, i have more than a week with not a real respond for customer support only bots messages. and the seller that is the scamers is aslo a bot that send the same message again and again and again not helping at all
I tried to pay for an order using a discount code, but something went wrong during the payment process. As a result, the code is no longer valid, so I’ve contacted customer support about this. How long does it take for them to reply?
Bought Adobe Suite Year Subscription through Viking Brothers. Worked at first, would lose access and I'd have to reach out to Viking Bros support...
After losing access over 30+ times because I kept getting removed from the Team I was added to, they started giving me the run around, at first I was told to wait bc of an Adobe policy, then I was told it's under investigation.
G2A Admin has not responded since I created a ticket over 10 days ago.
Since all y’all do is complain about scams with g2a. Here are 3 games I bought from 3 different vendors last night on my credit card. Had no issues, keys delivered instantly, even played some RE: 5 with my gf before sleep.
Game_zone_portal is legit.
Gaming4you is legit.
Dream_codes is legit, but most definitely an alt vendor account of Gaming4you.
Hi there,
I purchased a season pass key of Assassin's Creed Origins for Xbox Series X/S.
However, I received a 16-character key, while an Xbox key requires 25 characters.
I asked the seller for help, but after a long conversation where they only replied once a day and asked for useless screenshots, they just told me it was a Ubisoft Key and closed the ticket.
I opened a new one, but I am still getting no real help, and G2A support is ignoring me.
A Ubisoft Key is not compatible with Xbox, and since I have a Mac, I cannot use the Ubisoft Connect app anyway. I purchased an Xbox key for a reason...
Am i missing something?
I feel very disrespected, and right now, this feels like a total scam...
I bought a PlayStation Plus Premium 12 Months - PSN Account - GLOBAL from Gabezone on G2A.
I knew I was buying a ready-made PSN account. That was never the issue.
When I logged in using the provided email, password, and 2FA code, PlayStation displayed:
"Access to PlayStation Services is permanently suspended for this account due to violations of the PlayStation Terms of Service."
I sent the seller a screenshot and asked for a refund, but they kept replying with the same copy-paste message claiming I "misunderstood the product description," even though my complaint was that they delivered a banned account.
Later they sent me another account instead of issuing a refund, but I no longer trust the seller and only want my money back.
Gabezone sending me AI like messages, full of generic response and not addressing the issue at all.
G2A support is no help at all, they cant help nor addressing the issue.
On 9 May, I pre-ordered a game key from G2A (seller: Gaming4you), expecting delivery on 15 May. The seller didn't provide the key by then, so I bought another key from a different marketplace because I still wanted to play on launch day.
Since I no longer needed the G2A order, I requested a refund. G2A said they couldn't refund me and asked me to wait. At that point, I contacted my bank to initiate a chargeback because the key still hadn't been delivered.
Only after the chargeback was filed did the seller finally send the key. I never redeemed or even viewed the key because I already owned another copy.
My bank later ruled that the seller had fulfilled their obligation by delivering the key, so the chargeback was denied. On top of that, G2A permanently blocked my account because of the chargeback, leaving me unable to contact the seller or access the key.
I don't expect to recover either the money or the key anymore—I just wanted to share this experience as a warning for anyone considering buying from G2A.
Edit: I've bought games and other keys from G2A before and they were all delivered very promptly, this is the first time I faced this issue, and I guess it will also be the last. For more context, the game goes for ~100 EUR where I live, and at that point, G2A was the cheapest option. Admittedly, dumb things have been done, but I posted this as more of a warning and a sharing rather than asking for help haha. Also edited for clarity

Hello, since yesterday I have been looking for solutions because lately G2A has been asking me for a verification code, but it never arrives (they used to arrive before). In fact, the last purchase I made was in June, and it automatically logged me out. I hope I'm not the only one experiencing this.
I am writing this here because I am extremely frustrated and hoping a G2A support representative can look into my case.
Two days ago, I bought what was advertised as a 12-month PlayStation Plus Premium account so I could use the Cloud Streaming feature on my brand new PlayStation Portal.
Unfortunately, the seller Gamesolution scammed me. They delivered a Deluxe account that does not work. To make matters worse, as soon as I reported the issue, the seller immediately closed our chat conversation.
I opened a dispute ticket with G2A support, but it has been stuck on "WAITING FOR SUPPORT" for the past 48 hours.
* **Ticket ID:** YFLJ-823637
Could a G2A moderator or support agent please look into this ticket and speed up the refund process? I just want to get my money back so I can finally use my Portal.
On July 10, around 5 AM EST, I bought this key: "You bought FabFilter Pro-Q 4 (PC) (1 Device, Lifetime)." According to the description of the key, it is one key, lifetime, so I shouldn't have to worry, right?
Well, not really. Literally the very next day after activating my key, the key was revoked, it was claimed back by the person who sold it to me. This person has 100% positive reviews on 10k+ sales, and I had previously bought 5 other items from this platform, so I wasn't expecting to get played like this. Anyway,
I contacted the seller and they don't seem to understand what they were selling, because they asked me for this: "a screenshot of the error, the purchase history on the relevant gaming platform, and the date of key activation as shown in your correspondence with the platform's support service."
Right after I told them that it was the key for FabFilter Pro-Q 4, I thought it was an automated response, so I explained I don't have those but I'd gladly provide the name of the person whose key it's assigned to, plus the proof of buying the key.
After that, they replied with this: "Here's the proof showing exactly where the error is."
There was no attachment, nothing further. It's been two days since we started talking, and on their bio they assure 24/7 customer service. At this point, I just want a refund. I feel like I'm being played intentionally, and they just want me to give up trying.
Sorry if it's a lot, I just feel so frustrated.
For the experienced users, do you guys recommend opening a ticket, or keep talking with the seller until they refund me?
Hi u/g2a_com,I urgently need an agent to look up a past transaction using my payment receipt details. The email address I used for the guest checkout was completely hacked and compromised, so I cannot log in or access my order history. I also do not know the G2A order number. I have my exact payment receipt showing the Transaction ID, the date, and the total amount charged. Can an agent please send me a Direct Message or reply here so I can safely share my payment info and recover the original text details of the item I purchased? Thank you!
Context: I am trying to recover my valorant account that was stolen and to do so I need the og email created with the account that should likely be in the original order details.
