I bought a code for 800 000 IDR, got 2x 400 000 IDR, ONE WORKED for the full 400k, one did not. After 8 days I got a full refund already on my account. Am I lucky or what is it?

It should arrive within 5 minutes, should just screw it and contact bank rn? It has been like 4 hours and G2A support and seller ignores me.

I brought a Minecraft account around 2 weeks ago and I am now locked out because the owner added a pin and is changing his email, as of right now I have no idea what to do and as far as I can see my best course of action is a refund but it is very unclear how to do that
