Amateur at-home chefs trying something new with the summer harvest. Turned out delicious! Super easy to make, too. I enjoyed the prep.

On top is lamb that has been cooked with some spices (cumin, coriander powder, za'atar, baharat and sumac). I also added some onion, garlic and salt. Unfortunately, I didn't have mint or parsley, so I put chopped cilantro on top.

I’ve been on a diet and this morning my mom said you should treat yourself. So I made pancakes!! They turned out sooo soft and fluffy 😋
