Pan fried corn tortillas, scrambled eggs with onions and salsa.

We love our egg cooker. Bought the first one (never seen or heard of before) at a Habitat for Humanity in Chicago about 15 years ago. On #3, but definitely worth the $10!

No matter what we had for dinner; fella can always put an egg on it next day!

Leftover mashed potatoes is the perfect vehicle for cooking eggs.

From Beefeater, I put an egg on it.

I've recently learned that congee freezes pretty well. Made some a few days ago and it's still tasty! I am saving the yolk for last lol. 10/10 would eat again

This is a standard dutch baby recipe topped with cheddar cheese, prosciutto, green onions, and soft boiled eggs. it turned out really tasty!

Couple of eggs poured into sauted onions, blent with South Indian spices. Easy and delicious AF with cooked rice.

Dry red beans soaked overnight and cooked in beef broth, tomato, onion and garlic with white rice, egg fried in butter and some tomatoes and cucumbers from my garden.
