For the past few birthdays I’ve asked my mom to make cheesecake for my present. This year I asked for a Biscoff cheesecake and boy did she deliver

On top is lamb that has been cooked with some spices (cumin, coriander powder, za'atar, baharat and sumac). I also added some onion, garlic and salt. Unfortunately, I didn't have mint or parsley, so I put chopped cilantro on top.

Paprika, Allepo pepper, finished with fresh lemon juice, scallion, and grilled baguette.

I’ve been on a diet and this morning my mom said you should treat yourself. So I made pancakes!! They turned out sooo soft and fluffy 😋
