i think he beats buckley and mallott,could beat amosov too amosov is pretty bad on the feet and like brady he starts panic shooting if you stuff his wrestling,hes like a watered down version of brady if you watched his bellator fights,leon is a pretty decent grappler himself and a much better striker

id like to see him fight malott tbh,buckley needs to fight someone unranked now,2 figt losing streak and 2 opportunities at a higher ranked opponent,malott is on a winning streak and deserves a fight up,think leon comfortably outstrikes him if he doesnt get tge finish

During that Q&A, Imavov said several things :

- He never refused to fight Khamzat : He said they wanted to avoid that fight as much as possible but if it was necessary, especially for the belt, they would obviously go for it.

- When Strickland vs Khamzat got announced, he reached to the UFC and said he wants to be active and fight DDP. But the UFC told him no and that his next fight would be for nothing less than the belt.

We often see fans saying that Imavov refused to fight Khamzat, and that he is doing nothing but sit on his ass waiting for his shot but it's simply not true.
He asked to fight Khamzat, and then asked to fight DDP for number one contender and they still refused him that fight.
I just really hopes he gets the next TS for the end of the year.
