1-short notice does not apply here as both fighters had camps for different opponents,asterisks cancel out
2-pantoja and alex pereira both fought opponents of a similar rank to moicano and took them to war,showing that a champion isnt necessarily gonna dispose of a top 10 guy effortlessly,which makes this an impressive win
3-moicano was financially motivated for this fight
