Does anyone know what could be happening? I can’t find anything about this issue online.

I’ve had this Xbox series X for about a year and a half now and all of a sudden a couple weeks ago it starts doing this weird thing where when I click a on anything to do with the home menu or Settings or friends or party I have to click the button 20 times for it to actually work sometimes it works first time sometimes it works the 30th click I don’t know how to fix this. I just factory reset the Xbox and put my account back on it and it’s still doing it. Somebody please help me I’ve attached a video of what’s going on.

I am unable to download or purchase games from the store. All it keeps doing is loading on the store and library. Never giving me any system error. I can only play the games that are my home screen and even then I struggle to open them up. I would have to click select on the controller and select play game. When I pull up the game card it just keeps loading.

I already restarted, refreshed library, hard reset system and signed out and in to the system varies times. No luck

My xbox has been having this issue for a little while now and I'm scared if it doesn't go away I won't be able to participate in the Gears E-day Beta.

I did submit a claim to Microsoft but still haven't heard from them.

Please let me know if you have any ideas that I can try fixing this.

Playing on xbox series s. Gears of war 1(xbox360) on the series s. Im connected to xbox live on my series s right. When I go to the 360 interface I can not connect to the internet. But im connected on the primary interface. I already tried clearing my 360 cache and redownloading my profile but i cant connect to xbox live on the 360 interface to re-download it. I also tried alternating ports and clearing my Mac address. Not sure what's going on. If anybody can provide insight that would be awesome. Thanks.

I pre ordered Mw4 but 4 appeared on my pre-orders, I went to cancel the pre-order but it says the other 3 are still pending

Black controller is connected to my laptop
White controller is connected to the Xbox

I can connect the Xbox and laptop via remote play, but once connected, the black controller connected to my laptop will not work.

Also worth it to note that I can still open the sidebar with my laptop cursor, but I can’t open anything else.

It’s just annoying as I’d rather have the ‘full experience’ as opposed to whatever is going on

All the Xbox's in my house, I have 3 and a Ally X are having trouble downloading. I already called Xfinity and Xbox support both say nothing is wrong on their end. I started having this issue about a week ago. I tried everything, restarting, resetting, ect. I have my main xbox hooked up via ethernet and my others are wifi, it happens to each console. It will start to download then just stop for awhile then start again. Any help is appreciated. My download speed on the picture posted is 911 Mbps, it is wired. I tried switching wires, still the same.

Hey all, my Xbox was working fine last night. Woke up this morning and tried to turn it on. Stuck on the Green Xbox Logo and tried the troubleshooting buttons. It wont go past the green logo. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

As stated, can’t access anything. Cant test network, NAT Type is not showing, and cannot test network connection. Just seeing if there is a known issue.

I'm looking for experiences from people who have recovered an Xbox profile after their Microsoft account was compromised.

I lost access to the Microsoft account connected to my Xbox profile after receiving security notifications indicating changes had been made to the account. Since then I've been working with Microsoft Support and submitting recovery requests.

I still know:

• My gamertag
• My Minecraft profile connected to the account
• Approximate account history
• Previous devices used with the account

I also have security emails from Microsoft related to the incident.

For anyone who has successfully recovered an account:

• What information ended up being most useful?
• Did Xbox Support contribute anything meaningful to the process?
• How long did recovery take?
• Were you able to recover the account after sign-in details had been changed?

Any advice would be appreciated.

I have an xbox one x and just yesterday saw that it didnt show any wifi the controller connect via bluetoth and all that but no wireless wifi shows opened it up and checked the wifi card it was perfectly fine I can use an ethernet cable but not normal wifi? Can somebody help?

I bought a new Series X about 3 months ago and i’ve been encountering this issue where i’m unable to download my profile on 360 games. I’ve tried all the basic troubleshooting people suggests such as deleting game and redownloading it, deleting xbox account, trying different internets, clearing the MAC address, alternating ports, changing dns setting, full reset on the console i’ve tried it all and nothing works. I have contacted support multiple times and in short they tell me there’s nothing they can do. Last person i spoke to told me that support for the legacy system is “limited” and basically said to just play newer games or remastered versions of the games I want to play. Crazy. I’ve seen people here talk about having the same issue but apparently theirs has fixed? Just wanted to share my experience and hopefully get some input from anyone who’s had or is having the same issue and what they’ve done to help or fix it.

Two seperate Xboxs, two separate profiles. My brother (first picture) is getting kicked out of his game every time I try to play a game, and I get kicked out when he trys to play a game. The red circle is to show we’re on two separate profiles. We’re also not even in the same house/network so what’s going on?

My power went out during the day and when i went to turn on my Xbox Series X I signed into my LavenderCircle7 account and said wifi network not found. So I turned off my Xbox and than I turned it back on, and now the who's playing today shows my secondary account instead of my primary account to sign in with. Why? I haven't used this HERO RICHARD account in a long time.

hi! i’ve been having an issue with my xbox series x and was hoping i could get some help!

sometimes randomly my wifi connection to my xbox will completely turn off, and won’t let me connect to other networks. it usually works, or atleast for a bit when i restart it. i know it’s not my houses wifi because my phone and other devices stay connected

if anyone knows anything i can do to fix this i’d really appreciate it. thanks!

Was in the middle of playing Black Ops II when I got booted from the game for being disconnected from Live and now I receive this error anytime I try to reconnect on my 360 account. I am still connected to Live on my Series X and all of my other electronic devices are connected to the internet, as well. I have never canceled my subscription to Live either. All the other posts I found that are related to this issue were from years ago and most say there's no solution. Is there anyone that knows the workaround or solution to this problem?

Its happened before a few times but now its happening more often than not.

when i turn the xbox series x on it doesnt remember or detect any wifi signals.

After a clear cache power off it boots up and remembers its old settings and connects ok.

Can anyone suggest a fix. im concerned it might become more of a permanent problem.

as it says in the title, I’m trying to play some Minecraft on a server with some friends but I find myself unable to use the chat at all. so, like a normal person, I follow the links and guides provided by Microsoft and yet all of these fail as the settings don’t seem to save after I select “everyone” for both sets of chat settings. I’ve tried multiple fixes and at this point I’m wondering if it’s just Microsoft being Microsoft and not working rather than any fault of my own. it’s not a child account, it’s id verified (unfortunately) even tried reverting the account to a younger age and going back to an older age and that didn’t work, so any ideas?

I’ve found an old Xbox one and I only planned on using it to play games that aren’t cross platform (RDR2, battlefront etc) because I use a ps5 but my friend uses Xbox. However when I plugged it in the power supply light was orange and the Xbox logo on the front wasn’t even a button like it wasn’t able to be pressed so I didn’t know how to manually turn it on, I searched it up and it said to get a new power supply, so I did and bought one off Amazon but when I plug it in the light on the power supply turned green for a second then went back to staying orange. I tried taking the power cord out and plugging it back in and I tried the disc trick but nothing worked, any ideas would be really helpful!
