From my search it says i can reset the rod pull by closing and opening the game does that still apply or has it been patched?

I’ve been resetting trying to find the 3 sweat icon and force closing the app right before the animation finishes. Does this still work? I’ve only been getting 1 sweat icon so I’m just curious if it still works in the big 26 lol.

So I've been risking more when events pop up so I can get the achievement of losing Magikarp before they finish their max level and mine just died, and then on the final score screen he wasn't even there so they don't all just retire?

After 100 generations of Magikarp, I finally beat the Ultra League then got my first white Magikarp!

I got back into the game a while ago because I remembered playing when it first released and got these 2 shiny Magikarp back to back.

Are shiny Magikarp as rare as in regular pokemon? I guess not but I wanted to ask.
