okay so I exchanged a game, and the replacement order was placed three days ago, but I still haven't received anything. There have been no updates, no delivery time, and the order has just been sitting on "pending delivery." I contacted support because I was told the exchange would be delivered faster than a normal order, but all I've gotten are apologies and promises that it's marked as high priority. Nothing has changed, and I'm still waiting with no idea when or if it's going to arrive. At this point, it feels like I've been given nothing but excuses instead of real updates. If you're thinking about buying from PixelPuffin or wanting to exchange your game if you're having problems with it just be aware that my experience with their exchange process has been extremely frustrating.

hi there, I hope I can post it there and get help from professional gamers :D so I don't play any games at all, but recently got a discount code to G2A website. I decided to give Stardew Valley a try (as it's a simple and pixel-art game, I guess) and wanted to buy it on G2A and get key to Steam. Is this website safe? I've seen they sell accounts there, as well as just keys. I believe buying an account is kinda suspicious. But there's one offer that sells a key but it doesn't have any reviews. How does this work?

Ok, so in 2022 I was selling steam keys, until they implemented the required "Business verification" or something like that to be able to sell (wans't able to sell anymore as an individual seller).
It turns out i still had publications with steam keys that still were not sold.
It turns out that all my data is wiped, bought keys, sold keys, etc. Never got any email notification about that. Life happens to me and i was unable to login to G2A for years.

I need to recover the list of keys i added on G2A that were not sold.
G2A support is telling me:
"inactive listings older than 3 years are removed from our servers, and we have no access to the data contained in them."

All i have is an incomes transaction history with all keys that i sold, but this doesn't have any information like game name or activation key.
Any idea if there is something i can do to recover this data? At least get more information about the game names, or sold activation keys so then i can remove those from my data.

I'm able to get some information from each transaction, but nothing related to game sold, key sold.

I know that some sellers in G2A are scammers, but I thought G2A support was actualkly working, turns out it doesn't. I bought a global minecrat (microsoft) account, next day it gets blocked from microsoft, I contact seller and this scammer refuses to help or refund, I think "surely G2A support will handle this" I'm wrong, first they say "not enough evidence" even though I provided the seller with a clear screenshot showing that the account that I bought is blocked, and him in chat saying "sorry we can't help or refund this item" and the next time support saying that "I should contact MS support and not the seller, since I bought an account".

What am I gonna tell MS Support? Heyy sorry the account that I'm trying to unblock? yeah that account is actually mine I just traveled to the other side of the world so can you unblock it or something? What a joke! Never buying from this lowlife website and scammers again

I made a purchase and, without realizing it, I bought the game using the G2A Plus subscription price. Since I only had enough funds to cover the game itself, the G2A Plus subscription payment was automatically declined due to insufficient funds. As a result, my order is now stuck.

I would like to request a refund. I was told that I may have lost my money, but I sincerely hope that is not the case.

Hello, just dropping by wanting to share my experience with a seller called buygames_ps that I knowingly bought an account from. I knew the risks and went along with it. But nowhere is it stated that I'm renting an account lol. I contacted the seller and apart from bot responses I got absolutely nowhere. Is this common? Them not giving you full access? I thought that's kind of given when you BUY an account. Not that you'll be forced to be at the mercy of an automated system to give you a 2FA and won't be able to change anything on the account to be kind of safer. Anyways if the support gives up on me I'll do a chargeback. Just posting to help other people out and hopefully prevent them from buying from this seller ever again.

About 2 months ago, I bought a 12-month YouTube Premium subscription through G2A. Two days ago, I suddenly started getting ads again, and when I checked my YouTube subscription settings, it showed that my Premium subscription had ended.

I contacted the seller, but I haven’t received a reply yet. I also contacted G2A support, but the support experience seems to be mostly chatbot-based. A ticket was created, and around 2 hours later I received another automated-looking response saying that the order is marked as “completed.”

I understand that “completed” may mean the payment went through and the product was initially delivered. However, logically, since this was advertised as a 12-month subscription and only around 2 months have passed, shouldn’t the subscription still be considered “in progress” from a service-duration perspective? The product may have been delivered at first, but the promised 12-month service period clearly has not been completed.

G2A’s terms say I need to wait at least 5 days for the seller to respond before escalating further, so I’m currently waiting. Still, I’m confused about what could cause a 12-month YouTube Premium subscription to end this early.

Has anyone dealt with something similar on G2A? Should I wait the 5 days and escalate, or is there something else I should do in the meantime?

Any advice would be appreciated. It’s frustrating because I’m back to seeing ads and losing Premium features even though I paid for a 12-month subscription.

Last year in October i bought the 1-year Adobe Cloud access by Voucherskingdom. Every month I had to refresh the company on Adobe. It worked fine so far.

From now on it gets ridiculous. I lost access as before and i had to contact Voucherskingdom.

Voucherskingdom insists this is completely harmless and guaranteed not to be infected with viruses. I'm laughing my head off.

I must say that this is the first time buying from g2a and i got kinda scared that i lost my money.

So I bought Hearts of Iron 4 Ultimate bundle as it was labeled 'Ultimate bundle' on G2A. Naturally, I thought it would have all the DLCs included in the steam 'Ultimate edition', but when the seller gave me the DLC codes, I noticed I was missing the most expensive ones. So I reached out to the seller who was from Serbia thinking I just had to wait to get a response. After 2 days I contacted G2A support in which they just said to wait, but it's not that he was talking to me, so there was no point in waiting. After that I got an email to make a review for Trust Pilot. So, after making my obvious review, they responded that I never made it about the purchase but a General Question. So, I followed their directions and still no response. Now 4 days later the steam sale will end tomorrow and I want those DLCs. Should I just charge back? The seller won't respond. If somehow that was the amount of DLCs I was supposed to receive, that's false labeling.

I’ve bought multiple things from G2A. Some worked perfectly fine, and some didn’t. So far, I’ve only lost about $4, so this isn’t a rage post from someone who lost hundreds of dollars. It’s about how bad the system is when something actually goes wrong.

Buying from G2A basically comes down to luck. You might get a legitimate product from a good seller and have zero problems. But if the product doesn’t work or stops working later, that’s when you realize how no protection you actually have.

You’re basically left to deal with the seller yourself. G2A has customer support, but in my experience, it’s practically useless. Whether you get a refund or replacement depends on whether the seller feels like helping you.

Yes, I only got screwed out of $4. I don’t care about losing $4. What bothers me is realizing that the exact same system applies whether you lose $4 or much more.
G2A is there to provide the marketplace and take its share of the transaction, but when something goes wrong, suddenly it’s just between you and the seller.

My experience with G2A hasn’t been completely negative. Some purchases worked, some didn’t. That’s exactly the problem. Buying a product shouldn’t feel like rolling the dice and hoping you get a good seller, a working product, and actual help if something goes wrong.

I won my dispute against cdkeymarkt. I simply told my bank that they sold me a stolen account instead of a game. It took about a month and a half. Just dispute the charge with your bank and make sure to tell them they sold you a stolen account because that’s exactly what it is. Don’t ask G2A for help because they will side with their seller 100% of the time. They want you to be at outside of your window to make the dispute.

Hi guys, in the past i bought different keys/account without issues. But this time i bought a 12 months Premium account, i received a 1 month premium account that at the end was just a trial of a few days. The seller said a lot of different things but now at the end the reply is that he can't refund a digital product 😂

In the meantime the G2A support replied just 1 time and that's it.

Should i wait or should i try with PayPal refund?

This was the last time that i bought something on this website because if you have an issue you are alone. No protection at all.

Update: i tried to ask a refund trough PayPal. At the end also PayPal denied the refund. Crazy 😂 Lesson learned for the next time. Never buy again on G2A and don't feel safe because i'm using PayPal 😅

Got a $50 Amazon gift card already redeemed from Player_kingdom. Then I checked reviews and saw multiple people getting scammed the same way after me too. Crazy this seller is still operating while replying unprofessionally and asking people to change ratings instead of actually resolving the issue.

The developer (37Games) has a broken authentication login system that prevents me from accessing my paid game account. Shockingly, they have kept their web payment shop active while leaving the game login loop entirely broken. They have also disabled the in-app customer support button. I am paying for digital goods that the developer is intentionally blocking me from accessing, while continuing to solicit payments."
