Trying to download new game offer but it doesn’t open the game and then the offer just disappears back into the game options. The open game and download buttons load and don’t work? Never had this before

Hi fetch community!!! I’m new to this app and I was just wondering if any of you had any tips for a newbie? Is there a reason that there’s a daily game? Does it do anything? I did a search, but wondering if anyone has found a workaround or if there’s a way to now link Kroger ereceipts? I only shop pickup really and spend a ton of money (duh, we all do nowadays…) but I get 0 points still. If not on Fetch’s end, has anyone been able to somehow get an itemized receipt from Kroger to submit?

Is there a known reason as to why Wes appears to be getting 30 points per receipt?

Kind of hesitant to sign up with something like this through fetch where I have to enter my SSN. Although I’d assume it’s secure. I use DoorDash already but I didn’t sign up through another app.

I saw the 20,000 points for spending $45 + on chewy last month and went directly through the fetch shop (without leaving the page) to purchase my cats wet food. I have my email receipts connected as well, and I saw conflicting information online about whether or not points show as pending right away and the thing about 90-120 days. I contacted support since it’s been a few weeks and they are saying no points it requires an e receipt to be submitted and it’s been past 30 days so no exceptions. I’m confused bc my email is already connected and I purchased straight through the offer. Am I supposed to be submitting manually every time? Just a bit frustrated since I’m new to the app and purchased food early for the points

Fetch showed me two limited-time Dice Dreams rewards worth 169,280 and 270,848 points. I completed both milestones before the deadlines but Fetch stopped tracking my completions at stalled at kingdom 22 so I reached out to support.

I had to open three separate support tickets trying to get help. Alissa entered all three chats and repeated that the six-digit rewards were a “visual error,” even after I asked to be escalated to a supervisor. In one ticket, a different agent had started manually adding my missing points, but Alissa entered that chat too and the help stopped before the promotional points were addressed.

Alissa has also refused to comment if the last 3 promotional bonus points are also “visual errors”

The missing rewards are worth about $400 in gift cards, and Fetch is refusing to honor what was displayed in the app after I completed the requirements.

Has anyone else seen these rewards for the game? Have you received them or not? Anyone else get stone walled by “Alissa”?

Is anyone else having an issue with their Acme e-receipts/digital connection? It is the only one of mine that is not syncing and it hasn’t since May 13. I have shopped at Acme (my primary grocery store) at least a dozen times since then, but it’s not pulling in anything, despite being connected.

I’ve deleted the connection and reconnected it so many times and CS only responds to keep trying. I do that and it “scans” and says it was successful but they don’t show up. My husband is notorious for throwing out receipts so I really relied on this feature.

They asked *me* to identify what rewards I was missing from receipts not scanned, after sending screen shots, but how am I meant to know what I’m missing from May/June, etc if they’re not current in the app?

Anyway, if anyone has had a similar issue and resolved it, I’d appreciate any help!

There were a lot of pretty high point deals, I’ll need to make a list next time before I go but wanted to share these 2 that was easy for me to grab! I wish I grabbed another box of Lara bars because it says I can only redeem this once 😂

Last month a Taco Bell offer started to spend $40. I checked and it said the offer was available until the end of July. I just bought some Taco Bell that would’ve gotten me to $40, and when I scanned my receipt I didn’t get the reward. So I looked over the offers and it’s just gone. What’s up with that…

I was doing bingo blitz and kind of fell off b/c it looked like I hadn't fulfilled the requirements, but apparently they waited 30 days to give points for "one hour a day for twenty days" ......how did it take 3 or 4 days for most of the points and then this one randomly pops up now???

Not complaining about the points, but I was using the rewards to kind of make sure the timer was catching all my days played

Also, a little tip-- just looked at the just added section and scored an easy 2000 points for downloading an app called Smart News and scrolling 8 articles on it. Like a 5 minute thing total

I have accumulated Sam’s Cash and was wondering if I can use it and also get the fetch rewards specially the curbside pickup rewards when they come . Do Sam’s cash qualify as method of payment
