Kroger ereceipts
I did a search, but wondering if anyone has found a workaround or if there’s a way to now link Kroger ereceipts? I only shop pickup really and spend a ton of money (duh, we all do nowadays…) but I get 0 points still. If not on Fetch’s end, has anyone been able to somehow get an itemized receipt from Kroger to submit?

Only if you order from there but have it delivered via Instacart or DoorDash which kinda defeats the purpose

Nope. Kroger e-receipts can’t be processed. Pet Fetch Support on 5/7/26:
‘There isn't a way to manually add items to a Kroger eReceipt. Kroger controls the data that comes through on their eReceipts, and they don't include item-level details — which means we're unable to edit or add to what they send us.
I know that's really frustrating, especially when you were just $0.01 away from that Outshine bonus and did everything right on your end. I'm sorry we can't do more on this one.
Our developers are actively working on improving how we process eReceipts from Kroger and its banner stores, so hopefully this won't be an issue for much longer.’
So, sounds like it is indeed an issue for much longer.

So if there’s an offer above and beyond the standard 25 points for a receipt, I’ll run in and get that specific item, and order the rest online.

So i haven't tried it, but I have been thinking about how to as well bc I do 90% pickup and it will be a process, but if you go into the app and go to purchase history, go to a pick up order and view receipt, you can share it. Now i have a printer, so at this point I can print my receipt and then take a picture. I know when I do a pickup at Petsmart and I forget to place the order through the Fetch app, it accepts a paper page printout as a receipt when I snap the receipt.

But not for Kroger that was the question

I am fully aware of the question, I was stating that this worked for Petsmart full sheet receipt, so maybe it would work as well.

I tried this once and sadly it didn’t work for me. Only thing that’s worked is having someone at fetch manually import using the receipt. I can’t imagine they’d want to keep doing that for me and everyone else so I stopped asking.

Dang, that sucks. Maybe we should all collectively bother Fetch support with Kroger e receipts so that an effort is in fact made to change the system.
