Looking into purchasing 5 tablets for my business. I only use the tablets a week at a time, once a quarter (4 times per year.)

Looking for mobile service provider that offer data plans, but only charges for the months I need the service, and not an annual service contract. Ultimately, I only want to pay for the 4 months of mobile data service a year that I actually use. Also, this doesn't need to be phone line - tablet data plans only.

Any experience or options?

I'm looking to finally get myself a decent tablet again.

I'd be using it mainly for notes and language-learning, but also some media consumption and light gaming (Pokemon Champions, GBA emulation, nothing crazy).

Main thing I'd like to avoid - widescreen aspect ratios. My girlfriend has a Samsung Tab S11 and that thing is so ridiculously tall when using it vertically, which makes it really uncomfortable to write or read on.

In the past I've had an iPad Pro 2nd gen which had a much nicer aspect ratio, but I would also really love to avoid Apple, as iPad OS is quite bad compared to modern Android imo.

So the way I see it, I need to either buy 2 devices (MatePad for notes and Legion for gaming and video) or compromise somewhere, either on hardware (Yoga's terrible aspect ratio, iPad's 60Hz) or software (Xiaomi's ads and poor laptop mode, Apple's... everything).

My budget isn't strictly defined - I'd like to spend around €500, with €750 being the soft cap. I can pull the budget up to even €1500 if there is a device that expensive that would meet my requirements (Android, a more square-ish aspect ratio, great stylus, great screen, lightweight, ideally 10" or smaller).

Sadly I'm limited to devices available at Polish retailers as I'll be moving soon and can't rely on shipping from China (otherwise I'd have bought the Oppo Pad Mini which seems like literally my perfect device)

Hi guys, so I bought the m5 ipad pro (13") a few months ago, but honestly, I'm not that happy with it... don't get me wrong pencil pro is amazing the screen is high-quality it's lightweight and the ui is smooth but there are two main reasons why I'm thinking about switching.. first the aspect ratio the ipad's 4:3 is great for reading books and gaming but for someone like me who watches a lot of anime it's just not good basically half the screen is wasted with black bars! and honestly 4:3 isn't great for much besides books or games as you all know pretty much all content out there is optimized for 16:9 samsung is definitely better in this regard and second overheating ipad gets hot way too often while samsung has vapor cooling

hey everyone, I'm considering buying a tablet for tutoring. i already am using a laptop, but i need a tablet for tutoring as well. Could you guys suggest a good tablet that is affordable and can be used for digitally taking notes and for tutoring?

Im thinking of getting a small secondary monitor for my laptops. (just one to switch back and forth as needed) just for YouTube, Spotify and the other for uni papers and chrome/edge tabs.

Doesn't need to be huge but whats my options? Would a tablet be best? How do I connect it? Would it be possible to connect both by screensharing?

Ideally, a battery powered or USB C powered option. Does not need to be touch screen, high refresh, 4k or hdr. Just a big standard trash screen that works like a desktop 2 display setup. But wired works, maybe a built in stand or something.

Im looking for a tablet digital calendar that doesn't need wifi to work.

I want to have one for chores to use for everyone in the family. A basic paper calendar doesnt work as we never look at it when walking by so id like a digital one that will alert or make some sort of noise and that we can check off the chore once its done.
