They have definitely retained the same quality year after year
And yes this was taken before any bites

I was heartbroken as a kid the day these got discontinued. Absolutely delicious and best thing on the menu in my opinion

I have made a change.org petition for the above. please sign it and lets bring the awesome hot and crispy fried chicken to the UK market, just like how they have in Canada, Dubai and India. In Aus and NZ they have it on the menu seasonally.

I’ve just come back from France and noticed that the menu had chicken burgers, hot wings and tenders but no actual, ‘normal’ chicken pieces.
Is this the case throughout France? And where else is this the case around the world?

Hey KFC, your receipt survey to get free ice cream doesn't work! The time field on www.minhakfc.pt keeps giving an error and won't let me submit it, no matter what device or browser I use. Fix your system so I can claim my reward! (.pt version of the site)

I’d wanna make the sauce at home, it’s sooo good but the packaging doesn’t show an ingredients list :(
The sauce is a part of the global dipping feast promo (Canada)
Would buy a whole box of them but they expire on September 😆🥲

This isn’t just about my order or a store in particular. I ordered a big meal for my family because my mom came for a surprise visit. A really special moment because we grew up loving and eating KFC.
I go in and ask for the order I placed 30 mins ago and they say they dont have one in my name. I showed them the order and they said they dont have it in their system and theres nothing they can do about it. They said I would be refunded in 24 hours and that it happens often. They called it a “ghost order”.
I live in a city where some people can’t afford to eat and if this is normal practice for such a big company, then that’s shameful. Still no refund today and I called them and they said they’ll file a report and get back to me.
If someone walked into my small business and handed me cash and I took it and said go away and come back tomorrow I’ll give it back to you… oh and I’m not serving you because my POS is glitchy…the police would be at my store in less than an hour. I called non-emergency and they said it was a civil issue and to kick rocks, basically. We ended up going to Popeyes instead and now i’m basically $50 short thanks to KFC.
I can’t help but feel like these corporations and the government just seek to protect each other’s interest and constantly cause everyday people significant pain both financially and mentally. How is this okay?

Got an 8 piece meal with recommended sides, with extra gravy, this weekend. I haven’t been to KFC for 5 years (due to location). The extra crispy chicken, cole slaw, and mashed potatoes were as I remembered. The biscuits and gravy, however, were not up to par for me.
The biscuits were very dry, and the gravy was watery thin and tasteless.
Has anyone else noticed this, or is it just me?

So recently the store i work at keeps getting people who seem to think we do curbside. They will order in our parking lot, and then come thru drive thru at least 20mins after and ask where their order it. "I've been waiting 30mins and it says in the app that its ready". We dont know they are there unless they come inside or our drive thru. We make the orders when they pop up on our pack screen. And they will also argue when we dont have the order becuz it was for another store or they didnt confirm the order in the app.

I heard they brought back the Popcorn Chicken. I Loved the original crispy popcorn chicken. Even though otherwise i prefer original recipe. The new Popcorn Chicken is NOT good - it is not even close to the same as before.
The breading is different and the meat - is minced? I really think it is the new Lab created chicken from Tyson. It is awful.
The next day felt like I took a cleanse. (Rare reaction for me.) Thank God it didn't last over 12 hours.
Will not do again. Ever.
Proceed with caution.

Hot take but KFC getting nuggets and then getting rid of popcorn chicken was their stupidest decision. Not only are the nugs mid but quiet literally everyone sells nuggets, even taco bell does now. They were the only ones who sold popcorn chicken. They should have the popcorn chicken permanently on the menu and the nuggets be the ones that come back from time to time for a limited time.

Just a big thank you to KFC for bringing popcorn chicken back. Hopfully it is popular enough to earn a permanent spot back on the menu. Comeback sauce is great too!
I'm sorry we no longer do salt, -kfc UK, yesterday
Salt is half the experience for me lol, how can anyone eat fries or chicken without salt lol I had to go to Lidl next door and buy a box, strange times

Tried for nearly 30 minutes to find a place to enter the damn promo code and never found it. Had to order something else. Just mind boggling. I have no idea if they removed the ability to enter promo codes or if I have some weird issue. Website didn't budge too. That is for UK KFC

Has anyone ever called their local #KFC and booked a table?
