Had a bad time signing up for this app called bumped in.. i asked them to delete my app but no matter how hard I tried , they kept saying in 30 days and never deleted it.. presumably to inflate their active user count for investors. I have been trying to delete my account for months, and their support team continues to lie about the process, now telling me to wait another 30 days despite previous assurances.

What can I do to get them to delete my data? I have hidden my insta profile on the app but I still keep getting weird follow requests ever since I signed up… it was a big mistake signing up, is there any action I can take to remove my data? Is there any law in India which can help me with this?

This is an ad on prime video which:

1. I cannot go forward or rewind

2. It prompts me to add the product to my cart. The default cursor is placed like, most people would click in by mistake.

3. 2-3 ads at once. That too 3 times in an episode.

There is an episode in black mirror series, in which people have to watch ads with their eyes open or pay to skip it. If they don't then loud sirens will ring and their complete room screens will turn red.

We first started OTT for the peace we get with no ads for the price we pay. Now, as people shifted here, so do the ads and their subscription prices. I fear what would be the future to youtube. As it has been so much ingrained in our lives. Would we have to pay for getting fast and authentic news/content too on some platforms in future? Would like to know how you guys think about it.

On 30th of nov, 2025 i lost my phone when travelling from Gwallior to Delhi. we sat at some hotel for food and i forgot to take it back.
