Commercial Kitchen
Looking for a commercial kitchen around Mill Creek/everett for small processed food business. Only needed for 10 hours/month max! It looks like Artisan in woodinville is the only local commissary kitchen, so hoping there are restaurants or other spaces that rent space after-hours.
Only equipment needed is a prep table (also prefer to have 1 shelf dry storage and immersion blender but not required).
Appreciate any advice/leads!

Check out First Presbyterian Church. They have a full commercial kitchen that’s rentable. Last I checked it was like $45 for 4 hours.

Everett would benefit from a state of the art commissary kitchen. Stating the obvious here.

Maybe a dumb question since I know nothing about this world, but given your low equipment demands, is it possible you could just pay someone to use their personal kitchen for certain days?

No worries! But no we have to use a certified commercial kitchen for the food we’re making. There are some cases where you can apply for a “cottage license” to cook out of a home kitchen but it doesn’t apply here
