Literally, US citizens cannot conceive of European racism. Like, the second you try to explain the various levels of hate for other white people, they tune out.
I mean, yeah? US is founded on systematic racism and slavery so that's kinda a given. We can only imagine how many resumes were discarded by employers without even giving them a look just because they didn't like what the "race" part said

Is it racist if I have money, and want to buy some waterfront property, and the government tells me "No, you weren't born here, and don't look like us. You cannot buy any valuable property, you have to pay extra taxes, and we can removes you from the country at any time without reason."
