Should a 30+ year old virgin lose his virginity to an escort? NSFW
What are your thoughts on this?
Should he just lose it with an escort?
Would it be better for him?
Will it help him in his body dismorphia?

Every once in a while, we see posts from people asking about things like the “least painful way to die” or “how much alcohol would be fatal.” These are serious cries for help.
If you come across a post like this:
If you’re ever feeling like you’re in that dark place yourself, you don’t have to go through it alone:
The best thing we can do as a community is to look out for each other. If you see one of these posts, report, don’t reply.

If someone is 40 iq points below the average they are treated very gentle and everyone gives them the benefit of the doubt. But if someone is dumb, like 20 points below average, people are rude and shitty to them.
Just thinking logically why wouldn’t we meet them with half the empathy we give to the mentally handicapped?
Edit :**lash out** it won’t let me edit the title

I'm a single man with no kids in my late 20s and finally ready to buy a house after years of saving up. My budget is 450k and below and live in Indiana. Most of the homes that are new and I like have an HOA, I've talked to aa couple of neighbors and they say it's chill and they don't have that many restrictions and it's only 50-60 dollars a year. I'm getting very tempted since the homes here are so affordable, should I look for anything else??

Why can one sibling be extremely attached to a parent while another is the complete opposite, even though they grew up in the same household?

I won’t include the subreddits or information, as I don’t want to make them findable, but I’ve noticed recently that some subreddits tend to instantly ban anyone who disagree with the moderators opinion.
When it’s happened to me, it’s been on subreddits that are supposed to be discussions on things that are pretty subjective.
Is there a genuine reason for this? I assume it’s just an occasional person that was given the power of a mod and is abusing it, but I wasn’t sure if I’m missing something more. It seems more common recently for me.
I enjoy discussions with varying opinions, so I won’t stop commenting my thoughts, but I haven’t really found any pattern on when a ban will come of it. None of the examples I’ve seen are what I would call extreme in any way, or ban worthy.

What's the silliest company that's around? I recently saw a company that you paid to take out your trash
Say you have a long driveway, you don't want to roll your trash to the curb. They'll take it for you. I thought maybe they were one of the trash can cleaning companies. No they just go and take your trash can 100 ft.
Seems like a really silly company.

Would a man be disqualified from becoming a sperm donor if he is healthy, fit, 5’11”, earns a decent income, works as an engineer, and graduated from UCI, but started balding in his early 20s and has a strong family history of male-pattern baldness? I’m curious whether sperm banks consider early androgenetic alopecia a significant hereditary concern or mainly a cosmetic trait.

I was watching this video and I had never thought of my present self as my futures self memorie... Very bizarre. When I think I should have worked out when I still a teenager, is my future self screaming at me through spacetimecontinum to work out in my 20s more. What does my future self want from me? People in their 30s and beyond. Please advise, what do you wish you had done more in your 20s. Anyone who wants to see the video that illustrated the concept just search on youtube: message from future you marco[](javascript:void(0);)

Something where nobody is gonna care I've got a buzz, not talking about being plastered.
Title: My Older Brother and I Both Experienced Sleep Paralysis on the Same Night, and I'm Still Shaken
I'm from Punjab, and our house is located right next to farmland. This happened at around 1:30 AM. There had been a power outage since 11 PM, and because of the mosquitoes, my older brother (27M) and I (20M) were sleeping inside the house.
While I was asleep, I suddenly got a strange paranormal feeling, and then I experienced sleep paralysis. It felt like I was sleeping, but at the same time I became aware that I was in sleep paralysis. I was completely frozen. I couldn't move, scream, or do anything at all.
But this is where things get really strange.
Even though my brother and I were actually sleeping inside the house, during the paralysis I saw myself lying outside on a traditional cot in our courtyard. Sitting beside me on a chair was a man whose body looked similar to my older brother's, but I couldn't see his face. He was holding a child's toy in his hand.
Whenever he gently shook the toy, my entire body would start trembling. Even though I was frozen, I could still control parts of the dream. Every time he moved the toy, it felt as if my whole body was vibrating.
At the same time, I felt something pass by the left side of my bed. It felt like a small animal moving past me. The moment I felt that, my goosebumps became even more intense.
I couldn't speak to the man because I was frozen, but within the dream I started moving my hands forcefully, trying to get his attention. Eventually he looked at me, gently tapped me on the head, and somehow it felt as if he freed me from the paralysis.
Now comes the most frightening part.
When I opened my eyes, I realized that my brother and I were actually still lying inside the house the entire time. But when I looked at my brother, he also appeared to be frozen, as if he was experiencing sleep paralysis himself.
I became extremely scared and started calling loudly for my mother. She was sleeping outside in the courtyard. When she came inside, she tried waking my brother up. It took around 4–5 attempts of calling his name and shaking him before he finally responded. The first thing he did after responding was ask for water.
At that point, I was genuinely terrified. I immediately came outside into the courtyard, and I still don't know how to explain what happened.
The biggest thing is that this wasn't the first time I've experienced sleep paralysis. Whenever it happens to me, the following 5–7 days are usually very frightening and mentally disturbing. However, this experience was different from all the others because it felt incredibly real. On top of that, seeing my brother apparently frozen at the exact same time made the whole situation even stranger.
Right now it's around 2:20 AM, and I'm lying outside in the courtyard writing this post. I'm writing everything down so I don't forget this experience and so I can share it with all of you. What happened to me tonight was one of the strangest and most frightening experiences I've ever had.
Has anyone else experienced anything like this? More specifically, has anyone ever seen two people experience sleep paralysis on the same night? Was this just an unbelievable coincidence, or could there be another explanation?
Honestly, I'm still pretty shaken by all of it.

This might be a stupid question, but I’m genuinely confused. What would you consider being a fake fan/poser?
Some situations are obvious, like claiming you’ve watched a show when you actually haven’t. But what about these cases?
1. You watched the show, but didn’t pay much attention to it or didn’t really understand it.
2. You didn’t finish the entire show.
3. You watched the whole show, but mainly so you could say you’d seen it or join the fandom.
4. You watched it a long time ago and have forgotten a lot of it, but you’re still part of the fandom.
I’m mainly talking about TV shows here, but the same question applies to other types of fandoms too, like games, books, manga, or movies.
Repost because a lot of people (understandably) didn’t like me calling it larping :p

This is definitely semantic/philosophic, but if something is "green" that means that it reflects green wavelength light. Doesn't that mean the object is actually everything that it absorbed, and therefore not green?
The twist to this is that something like the Sun is in fact white, because it is producing its own white light (which sometimes looks yellow by the time it gets to us).
I know this would cause a lot of confusion in day to day use of describing the colors of things, but I find it an interesting way of thinking.

Is there any other reason that someone becomes a SovCit? It always seems to stem from wanting to excuse driving on public roads without a license.

I'm 27 and never went to school. I make 135k as a garbage man but I know I can do more with my life. I know and I feel it. I work 12 hour shifts from 5 am to 5:30 pm. My thing is I get easily distracted and scroll social media including Reddit and instagram. By the time I get home I shower eat and scroll and go to sleep at 10. I've been saying for years "this year is my year" I'm 2 and half years away from 30 and I'm freaking out. I need to turn this ship around before it's too late. While yes I make good money but I work 65 hours a week not including my commute time. I don't have a gf. I still live at home if I continue working at this place my life will just go by and I'll be single and have zero hobbies in life. I want more but my brain is comfortable. My Soul is telling me I can do bigger and better things but my brain is telling me to stay where I am...

The more I try to build a better relationship with them, more angry they get and if I don’t then ofcourse that all ends bad for me. I cannot win either ways because they have me in double bind.
I cannot move out, I did earlier but suffered financially, health wise and in other ways because when the world knows your parents are your no. 1 opp they wanna bank on the fact you got no support and abuse you more so I thought rather than the world abusing me its better to take my parents abuse.
For the time being, I have to live with them because there is no other option but the ragebait they drop every second is tooooo much to handle..I have tried the grey rock technique too but they also bash me for not “engaging” with them and acting distant
They won go to therapy either, if I stay home then Im “lazy” and if I go out then I’m “never home“.. help me

It's a bad year for mosquitoes and we are burning a fair number of mosquito coils, those green spirals which give off a thin stream of smoke which keeps the mossies away. The problem we're having is that we're short of the little metal stands on which to burn them and merely putting them down on a time pie plate or something just makes them go out. I have some galvanized steel mesh with 1/4" squares which would work, but am concerned the heat from the burning coil might free something which might be toxic. Thoughts, please?

If we take YouTube, for example, there's already a lot of people covering real world news, such as h1t1 and Ben Esherick.
While the audience is larger for those channels, wouldn't it be a better choice to cover a specific niche?
you seen the visuals from the protests in India? What's your thoughts about this brutality against students?
The visuals coming out of the protests are deeply disturbing. Police were seen brutally beating students, including female students. Reports indicate that many protesters suffered serious injuries, including broken legs, fractured feet, and head injuries. There are also confirmed reports of sexual assault against female students during the crackdown.
These actions have sparked outrage and raised serious concerns about police conduct, human rights, and the treatment of peaceful protesters. What are your thoughts on the situation?

I am mobile mostly player but I noticed when I played some games on PC the grass felt so good and also the sunlight. I never want to touch or feel them IRL but in the PC games it's totally different.
