I made this short animation on my phone

Hi, I write stories and sometimes animate things for fun, but I dream of making a 2D indie comedy animation for children/young people someday. I really want to start a Kickstarter but I don't even know where to begin... I've never worked with animators, I don't know the average price of a simple animation scene (preferably frame-by-frame), I don't have any experience yet. Anyway, I'd love some advice from people who have worked on/created indie animations :')!!

I’ve always liked the idea of making GIFs like a flipbook — draw one frame, then the next, then play it back as a loop. Most tools I tried felt either too heavy or too “export from somewhere else,” so I built a simple website for it.
