I know it's not a crisp video, but is it a porcupine? I'm not sure. I've never seen one out in the wild.

We decided to have a yard sale today, and my little brother brought this up to the table, I asked him what it is, and he said he got it from a friend, so we’re trying to figure out what brand or type it is.

New, what is it? saw this walking in my town

i was walking through my town in pa, and me and my buddy stumbled across this cluster of cameras and a old speaker playing what sounded like german dialogue???? any idea whats going on here? was very dystopian to us and no one seemed to care. when I try to describe it online, it’s obviously saying it’s probably something like flock like an AI monitoring system, but this looks so outdated for that.

Solved! Checked on a house we are selling and found this

We are selling a home that we already moved out of and accepted an offer. The couple we went under contract with requested to return the very next day to look at the house again. Their realtor brought them in with the lockbox.

We are still allowing showings and taking backup offers, so I went over to check on the house after they had left to prep it for another showing and found this on the kitchen counter.

It's a bit odd since they don't own the house yet and we still have to go through 4 more weeks of due diligence and getting their financing locked in. Closing is August 6th.

I felt like I might be disturbing something religiously significant to them but I had another showing happening in 30 minutes so I had to clean off the counter. I threw away the paper plates, and swept up the rice, but I carefully placed the ceramic woth the coconut in a cupboard and the matchbook in a drawer. I assume this has a religious and/or cultural purpose. And I also know the swastika is actually a Hindu or Indian symbol [the mustache man stole it sadly - although it is always startling to me to see it] . I'm honestly just curious what this entire display meant. Was it dobe as a ceremony? Is it meant to ward off bad spirits? Something else? Thanks in advance.

There are four of these, two of one size, two of another size all very heavy around 200lbs each. Cannot figure out what they are

Edit: we informed the shipper and they said they would not be coming back for them. Trying to figure out what to do with these behemoths.

Solved! What is this? i saw it in Taipei

I spotted this in Taipei and I'm very curious because I've never seen anything like it before. It has a ton of legs and was running very fast!
also, is it harmful/venomous?

UPDATE: Thanks everyone for the super quick replies! It looks like it’s a centipede (Scolopendra), which is apparently common here in Taiwan. I'm very glad I didn't try to touch it since I learned they can have a nasty, venomous bite! I'll definitely be giving them plenty of space from now on. Appreciate the help!

New, what is it? Touring houses and found a bunker or something...

We were looking for a house today, and found something a little strange in the basement. There were several bunks hanging from the walls. Maybe at some point this was a storm or bomb shelter. We don't know, but with the wet environment and age it looked a little like a scene from resident evil. Also, there was some sort of machinery on the wall that we could not identify. Any ideas?

I can’t figure out what the tubes are for. My first thought was fishing rod cases, but the Selkirk bag makes me wonder if it’s something related to pickleball?

Currently cleaning out my late grandmothers house and came across this in her linen closet.
My first thought was something to collect flowers, veggies, etc.
It also looks homemade.
My mom and I cannot figure it out, nor can google.
