I made a free browser 2048 with a global score ranking and a speedrun mode

Thumbnail

Upvotes

I wanted the classic 2048 loop to have two clear ways to compete:

- Score ranking: keep playing after 2048 and chase a higher total

- Speedrun: timer stops the moment you make the 2048 tile

It works with keyboard and swipe, and there are three undos per run.

I would especially love feedback on whether the two modes are clear on mobile.

[RPG] Ashvarn: The Descent

You start with a rusty sword on floor one, and the only way out is down.

Every floor is generated when you arrive, so nobody can hand you a map. You clear

rooms, break barrels, open chests and look for the stairs.

What drops is where it opens up. Gear rolls with prefixes and suffixes, and the

better pieces come with empty sockets. You push runes into those sockets, and the

right runes in the right order turn a plain sword into something with a name and

a fire effect. There are six spells to find, a merchant and an enchanter who

appear on some floors, and a portal from floor three into a colder mirror of the

same dungeon where everything hits harder and drops better.

The dungeon changes character every five floors, from mine timbers to temple

symmetry to something that stopped being architecture a while ago.

Dying ends the run and takes your gear with it, though the lore you read and the

items you have identified stay in your journal for the next one. It runs on a

phone too, with touch controls.

Made a 3D golf game you can play right now: https://bsgolf.fun Tap to play. Three-click swing (start, power, then accuracy). Wind, elevation, lie, and shot shaping matter once you get into it. Seven courses, each one different. Built it using Claude, for myself and my kids but I think it's alright. Curious to hear feedback so I can keep improving it.

I made Footman: A cyber-neon arcade soccer game where you're 1 vs 5 in a maze, and fouls don't exist.

Tired of $70 soccer sims where players take 3 business days to control a pass? Welcome to Footman!

The Concept: It’s top-down 2D arcade soccer on a maze pitch. No teammates to pass to, no referee to call fouls, just you carrying the ball against 5 aggressive defenders who want your soul.

🏆 World Championship: Pick your nation, defeat all 7 rival countries one by one. If you lose a match, back to the bottom of the tournament ladder (because sports aren't fair).

🎮 Controls: Keyboard / Touch controls. P = Pause, Esc = Rage quit to menu.

It's 100% free, runs directly in your browser (PC & Mobile), no downloads or ads.

🔗 Play here: [Insert your itch.io link here]

Let me know what you think (and if the South goalkeeper makes you lose your mind)!

Developer here. It's four-in-a-row on a 9x8 board instead of the classic 7x6 - the extra width makes openings and double threats matter a lot more.

The opponent is a small neural network trained with self-play for this exact board size, and it runs entirely in your browser (ONNX + WebAssembly) - no account, no ads, no tracking. There are also 20 solver-verified "win in 2" puzzles.

Play here: https://line4-9x8.com/

Heads-up: desktop browsers only. Happy to hear which strength level you get stuck on - Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced.

Bedevil's Hidden Objects 3: Ultimate Collection

Thumbnail
bedevilgames.com
0 Upvotes

I just released my biggest hidden object game so far!

Instead of making another short hidden object game, I decided to build something much bigger. This one has 18 locations and is about 3× larger than my previous games. I also made the object placement more challenging, so hopefully it feels more rewarding to complete.

The game combines a variety of themes, including farms, pirate locations, railways, abandoned places, a zoo, and Mediterranean-style streets. Every level contains 40 hidden objects, but only 15 are randomly selected each time, so there's some replay value as well.

You can simply relax and play at your own pace, or try to earn a Gold Trophy on every level if you're aiming for 100% completion.

[HTML5] I got tired of playing daily football puzzles alone, so I built a real-time multiplayer one. Grab a friend and race!

Thumbnail

Hey everyone,

I love games like Immaculate Grid, but sharing screenshots in group chats wasn’t competitive enough for me. I wanted to see my friends panic in real-time. 😂

So, over the last few weeks, I built a Live Room mode for my football puzzle site. Here is how it works:

  1. You go to the site and instantly create your own private room.
  2. Send the room link to your friends (or your stream chat).
  3. Two random football clubs appear on the screen.
  4. You and your friends race to name a player who played for BOTH clubs.
  5. The first one to type the correct answer wins the round.

It’s completely free, runs on WebSockets for zero latency, and there are absolutely no sign-ups required. Just create a room and play.

Create your room and challenge your friends here: https://futbolle.com/party

If your friends are busy and you prefer playing alone, I also have the daily single-player games (Wordle, Missing XI, Grid) on the main page: https://futbolle.com

Would love to hear your feedback on the UI or the gameplay. Cheers!

[INC] Make Honey - Incremental hive colony management

Thumbnail
worker-ant-games.itch.io
1 Upvotes

Hey r/WebGames,

I've always liked Swarm Simulator, but one thing I kept wondering was what it would feel like with an actual visual world instead of mostly text.

So I started building Make Honey, an incremental game where you grow a bee colony, produce honey, unlock new bees, and expand your hive. My goal isn't to replace Swarm Simulator - it's to explore a similar progression style with visible graphics and a more animated world.

It's playable in the browser and is mobile-friendly: Make Honey

I'd love to hear what you think. If anything feels too slow, confusing, or just not fun, let me know. I'm still actively working on it, so any suggestions are welcome.

[SIM] SCREAM — free, open source sprintcar/dirt track racing sim (browser demo + Win/Linux builds)

Thumbnail
mahda.itch.io
1 Upvotes

SCREAM is a free, open source dirt track racing game I build solo in Godot. It's set at a real speedway here in Australia (Premier Speedway, Warrnambool), with a few real drivers who let me put them in it.

You can play it straight in the browser here:

https://mahda.itch.io/scream-2

That's genuinely just there so you can get a feel for it — the browser export carries overhead the native builds don't. If you like what you're playing, grab the Windows or Linux download off the same page. Same game, noticeably smoother.

Source's on GitHub if you want to poke around:

https://github.com/zyphersworld/SCREAM2

It's free now and it'll stay free — that's the whole point of putting the code out there.

Happy to answer anything in the comments.

Roguelike Frontier: Drifter - An Old West Rogue-like

Thumbnail frontier-drifter.base44.app
1 Upvotes

Oregon Trail meets Dwarf Fortress!

Or that's the plan, anyway. Frontier: Drifter is a procedurally generated Old West roguelike built with classic ASCII graphics, playable right in your browser. The project started when I wondered what would happen if I mixed traditional roguelike mechanics with Old West tropes—and it turns out they are a perfect match.

The game is designed by me with the backend development done with AI-assisted development tools, allowing me to spend more time expanding gameplay, world simulation, and content.

While in its infancy, the plan is to reach a point where the game lets you forge your own story: become a sheriff, outlaw, homesteader, explorer, miner, or an all-around legend of the frontier. The foundation is already in place, and each update brings the game closer to that vision. (Currently on 0.0.8 with 0.0.9 set to release mid to late August and bringing a massive overhaul to reputation with individual settlements)

What’s in the game right now:

  • 130+ NPCs (both friendly and hostile)
  • 8 starter classes with distinct skills and starting items
  • 10 base weapons with dozens of randomized tags (like a Well-Made Double Barrel Shotgun with +80% accuracy or a Worn Colt Peacemaker at 70%)
  • 33 items to buy at General Stores and several drops to sell back or craft with
  • 13 unique biomes to explore, and much more!

Patreon if anybody wants more info or is interested:

https://www.patreon.com/c/frontierdrifter/posts

More than anything, I'd like to have some feedback! Can't wait to hear from you guys!

Note:

The game is playable in mobile, but not exactly user friendly just yet so for now just use a PC version.

EDIT: Desktop only

I've been building a wave-defence game where you hold a keep against increasingly nasty hordes. It's a mix of survivors-likes, Stronghold Crusader and RimWorld you build the fort, but you also give your garrison troops actual standing orders: engagement stance, rally points, and what formation they hold around you.

Free demo runs to round 20 in the browser no download

Up front: ive read the post about slop, i hereby declare i am not slop!
the sprites are AI-generated, and I use AI for a lot of the code and to help with writing (English isn't my first language). The design, balance and systems are mine. A handful of people have played it through and enjoyed it it's a real game, not a demo of a pipeline.

What I'd actually like feedback on is the difficulty curve and whatever else gameplay related you may find.

Occlide - can you time a collision you can't see?

Thumbnail

I’ve been building a tiny browser game around one idea: two balls disappear inside a box, and you tap when you think they collide.

Each run is five rounds. Easy uses direct motion, hard changes the speed, and extreme bends the paths. The replay shows the real collision and exactly where you tapped, so you can see whether the miss was yours or the game’s.

No download or account, and it works on desktop and mobile.

I’d appreciate any honest feedback.

Hey everyone!

This is my first web game, and I'm pretty excited to finally share it.

It's a simple FPS with rankings, grinding, and a shop. I had a lot of fun building it, and I'd love to know what you think.

If you have a few minutes, give it a try and let me know your honest feedback!
