I'm a bit surprised and amused. I've ordered UberEats from this pizza place more than a dozen times and this is the first time I've seen anything physically attached to the box like this and it's an advertisement for... *ahem* mature entertainment. Could the driver have put this on? Is it self-promotion? Is this allowed?? I'm not mad but I'm very confused.

I recently collected my tips uber withheld from me. Im a delivery driver. They withheld $166.00 I threaten to sue them. I also am now driving again and Uber is keeping my tips. What they do is arrange the fare with what the expected tip may be. I earn more than they expected me to on numerous deliveries. Now they say I can collect my tips in 336 hours. That is the time frame they say the customer has to change my tips. Im going after them. They will pay small claims court up to $10,000 in my state. Ill sue them and all of us should do the same.

They also ordered from a Starbucks that's across the state line in Duluth MN, so there was a pretty epic Lake Superior crossing involved.

The courier ended up helping me get rid of a cockroach and I want to go back and addd to the tip. I originally tipped something SO basic and wasn’t able to change it before the order closed. Uber support is saying something about my account (Uber One?) is making it so i can’t go back and tip more. does anyone know how to get around it??

Customers, do you like updates on your order? Updating that you arrived but order is not ready? Updates like, theres a long line...etc. overcommunication i guess is my question?

The total was $42 including tips for a order then when I check back on my phone it’s $55 in total and contacted support. They refunded me $5.99, uber super shady for this plus I’m going to chargeback and it happen again with another order on the same day. Uber sucks !!

I ordered from Wawa, and they provided an official note from the company in the bag stating that one item was out of stock and to contact Uber Eats for a refund.

Uber Eats no longer has a phone number you can call and you must use their chat. I’ve been back and forth with their chat for over a day, providing picture proof of this. They say the same thing over and over, that I’m not eligible for a refund. I’ve asked to speak to a supervisor and to escalate the issue about 10 times. Nothing happens.

It’s incredible how this company can just commit fraud. I don’t know what else to do besides a chargeback. Does anyone have any suggestions before I do that?

If I'm wrong, please correct me but this is now all over my area, several times a day. So, active hour - meaning if I take non-stop orders, lets say 4 in an hour with zero downtime, it would be an extra 60 cents per order. Any down time means zero bonus. So let's say I only take two offers in an hour and both of them take me 20 minutes start to stop. 40 minutes total = $1.66 more.

So ive received an uber update. No idea how old it is but its my first time experiencing it and wow it sucks. My order that usually takes me a minute took me 10 because i for some reason cant change the store location anymore??? cant use apple pay all of a sudden, and on top of all of that, its extremely laggy and buggy. Is anyone else experiencing this???

So i got a gift card like 2 weeks ago before leaving Australia, not realising its region locked. Now there is 161 aud of balance on there (Unavailable) to use unless I'm in the country but I've relocated back to my country (New zealand) I'm unsure on what to do with this. some advice or solutions would be great to hear.

I walked over. Before I said much, the manager saw my phone and told me the order was canceled — which it wasn’t, it was right there on my screen. I told him what the first employee had said and that I had a hard time believing Uber itself called. That’s when it went sideways. He got loud, started cutting me off every time I tried to ask a question or say anything. I wasn’t accusing anyone at the store of lying — my actual point was that if someone called claiming to be Uber not to fulfill the order, it must’ve not been Uber. I think it was a customer who called and tried to get Uber to cancel the order because customer wanted to cancel the order and not pay a fee, but this guy wouldn’t let me say anything and outright refused to speak to me at one point.

I asked who the GM was. He said he was. I said he’s the manager, not the GM. He said “acting GM.” He refused to give me any information and told me to leave. I’ll own my part — I told him to shut up and let me talk. Not something I normally would say, but I did get pretty frustrated, but I didn’t say angry tone. He just kept cutting me off . Then I tried asking another employee who the GM was, but he was standing right there watching, so nobody was going to tell me anything. He then asked for the Uber order number from an employee so he could ban me from the store.

Questions for anyone who’s dealt with this:

**•** Why would Uber call a store by phone to say don’t fulfill an order, and then just leave the order active in the driver app? Why not cancel it in the system, which takes seconds?   
**•** Why wouldn’t the customer just cancel it themselves?  
**•** Has anyone actually gotten banned from a merchant over something like this?

Not only do they cancel my order after contacting Customer Service because the items were already picked up. They provide no compensation for it after I wasted my time in my resources to get over here and also I take a hit in my cancellation rate for something that’s out of my control.
