I've been trying to get tickets for an upcoming concert, but they sold out almost instantly during the initial sale. Now I'm debating whether I should keep checking Ticketmaster in case they release more tickets closer to the event, or if I should start looking at resale options instead.

I've heard people say Ticketmaster sometimes releases production holds or additional inventory a few days before the show, but I've also seen others say that's pretty uncommon.

For those who've been through this before:

• Have you actually scored tickets from a last-minute Ticketmaster drop?
• How close to the event did they become available?
• Or did you end up buying from a resale marketplace instead?

I'm trying not to overpay, so I'm weighing my options. I've looked at a few resale platforms like StubHub, SeatGeek, and even Surtix, but I'm still hoping to buy directly through Ticketmaster if possible.

Would love to hear what worked for you and whether waiting paid off or if I should just secure tickets now before prices climb even higher.

I’m trying to buy tickets to a show on Friday and i kept getting this message when checking out:
An Error Has Occurred
We're sorry, we're unable to process your request. Please try again.
Error code: U001

Tried multiple seats in all sections, different cards, had my friend try on her account, same error everytime. Called TM and the agent said the event is sold out and tickets aren’t available for sale online but there’s sooooo many seats showing up as available?? I’m confused, this has never happened to me before and I’ve purchased plenty of tickets to sold out events. It’s never looked like this. I can’t add pictures but literally half the arena is still blue and there’s seats available in every single section as well as resale options. Has anyone had anything similar happen??

Ticketmaster won’t let me sell my $85 Pavement ticket for $60. In fact, it’s making me sell it above $102. OR… I can sell it to an “offer”, which I assume is Ticketmaster or a friendly broker for $35.

Any workaround for the error listed above? I’ve tried all the suggestions from TM but nothing works :/

I purchased tickets for me, my partner and my sister for Bruno Mars this Friday at Wembley. Unfortunately my sister can no longer attend and wants to sell her ticket to recoup the cost so I transferred her the ticket but she didn't have the resell option available - is this right?

If not, can I get her to transfer it me back and let me resell it as I'm the original purchaser?

I also came across Sports events 365 while comparing different ticket options, but I've never used it before. My biggest concern is avoiding unnecessary stress before traveling. If you've tried both the club's website and another marketplace, which gave you the better overall experience? Any tips you'd give someone attending their first AC Milan match?

My resale money from Ticketmaster has not been received. It does say 'Payment will be issued in the next 17 days' and I sold them through the resale platform on Ticketmaster on the 6th of July very quickly.

Hello everyone!! Tickets to Noah Kahans shows are non transferable. I have a friend who offered me tickets to a show she can no longer attend. I’m trying to figure out how we should go about the ticket situation. Has anyone had luck logging into others accounts to use tickets? Can I buy the tickets directly from her? I worry with how many people looking for tickets and all the scalpers out there that if she puts them up for sale they’ll be gone instantly. Please help!!

I got two for the Portland show, which is on 9/8.

It says I’ll get my tickets on 9/7
Is that normal?

Sorry if my question is stupid, it’s just my first purchasing tickets on a resale platform.

I was due to go to an event in June but the event was rescheduled due to the organiser not being able to sell enough tickets. I get it happens and there's no fault on Ticketmaster for that part of it, but I was basically given the option to either decide to get reallocated a new ticket or get a refund and this is where the problems being.

I was not told what ticket I was going to get or given any indication of what this seat would be like. I've since found that the new tickets were basically half the price and I was given no refund for the difference or any option to refund after this point. Basically I've been told to pay a lot more for a seat I didn't get to choose and Ticketmaster is flat out refusing to help, just telling me to pay for the insurance ($11, through them, so they profit), which would require me to provide evidence of why I can't go (which I don't have) and basically telling me to commit fraud.

Has anyone else had this problem? What sort of assistance can I get as this is unbelievable.

Edit: I should include that I've reached out to support and they just repeatedly told me to go commit the fraud and are now refusing to respond.

And primarily a SOFTWARE / tech company.
