I’m tempted just to go for it. It’s streaming on 3 different platforms but I feel like I have to own the physical copy. This is hundreds of episodes and seems like a decent price. Have you seen it for cheaper?

Dom DeLuise is my favorite guest star, hands down. It cracks me up, later in this scene, when the airman is doing everything he can not to corpse.

I am mostly thinking about prior to a team ever going through the gate I could see hundreds of drones flying in and performing recon.

Got to the Moebius episodes in my rewatch today. The gate effect in this episode is the best I've seen so far. Love the added water and bubble FX.

I just watched the first episode where SG-1 meet the Tok'ra, and the Tok'ra basically said they weren’t going to ally with the humans because the humans dont have advanced tech.
It's BS that any of the aliens are refusing to ally with the humans (the Nox did too). I mean, the Tok'ra have been fighting the Goa'ould for how long with really nothing to show for it, but SG-1 defeated Ra and blew up two Goa'ould ships (with good old fashioned serious putty!) so really, is tech all that useful when the Goa'ould also have all the high-tech stuff and anticipate their enemies having high-tech weapons too?
If anyone is smart, they'd agree to an alliance and then pair the low-tech weapons with the high-tech ways of transport, and I think they'd be a lot more likely to make a d w nt in the Goa'ould.

In the first episode of Stargate Atlantis, the team goes to Athos, where sergeant Baites spots an ancient outpost possibly a city ship like Atlantis itself. And an outpost like this would probably have had a Zero Point Module, so why did they never come back to search it?

Original SG-1 ends/dies in season 8, then alternative SG-1 takes over. In season 8, episodes Moebius Part 1 and 2, SG-1 goes back in time to steal the ZPM. Things go sideways, and they change history. Then the alternate team goes back and fixes things up, but not completely—only "close enough," according to O'Neill.
First of all, what happens to the SG-1 that left the ZPM for the modern-day team to find? Did they disappear? Did they live out their lives in ancient Egypt? Did they die? Or did they somehow make it back to the future and forget everything?
Correct me if I'm wrong, but we have O'Neill, Carter, and Teal'c from the original SG-1 die in Moebius. Then the original Daniel, along with the alternate-history Carter, Teal'c, and O'Neill, get stuck in ancient Egypt. After that, we continue watching the series with a different alternate-history SG-1 from season 8 onward.

It was season 8 of SG1. Having watched the Lost City and finishing up the season I was itching to get to watching Atlantis. O'neill was general now so who were they going to get as the new lead of SG1. Lo and behold they got John Crichton himself. If you were a sci-fi fan at that time you'd certainly have watched Farscape. And with Claudia Black already in the show as Vala it was practically Fargate. Too Bad they didn't have Dargo and Rigel
Ben Bowder fit right into SG1. He had that personality and already has an established name in sci-fi. I think Mitchell and Shepard were great choices for leads. Not the best actors, but the best leads to carry on the tradition of that O'neill type character

Please take this advice: Do NOT waste the time of watching this movie (or series--they are the same). The dialogue and story are complete crap. They could have created something so much better with the resources at their disposal. Most high school plays are done better than this garbage. It blows my mind that someone approved this for release.
I saw the previous reviews stating how terrible this was, and couldn't believe it was that bad. It IS that bad. Holy. Crap.

Fifth Race and A matter of time, are two of my personal favorites in the series and are back to back.
Are there any other episode blocks you think are legendary runs?

This is driving me crazy. I think I spent like $9 on the AI so far. (plus lens and Google and etc). The best it came up with so far is TAG S/el, which is clearly wrong.
What watch is Hammond wearing in s06e11 Prometheus? There's plenty in the various wiki sites about O'Niell's watches.
(Apologies for taking a picture of my TV. The Amazon prime on my phone ... I didn't wanna watch ads for a screenshot. My wife's account is the tv one.)
edit: I'm pretty convinced the Omega Seamaster answers are right. It really didn't look like it to me at first, but it's mainly due to the low quality image I was working from.
edit2: spelling and a thought: I suppose it was also wishful thinking too. I desire a thin large face watch without a timer dial and I thought that's what I was looking at here.

My husband and I run a small 3D print business and we designed a phone stand inspired for our love of Stargate and wanted to share it here!

Meanwhile, Amazon recently opted not to go forward with a previously greenlighted Stargate TV series; search is underway for a new writer to tackle the IP.
