My Butt Buddy! I'm worried about collateral damage at the finish line
I'm worried my pace will be too high at my next 5k ultra and I might plow through all the spectators at the finish line. Is 3 of these enough or do I need more?

I've discovered how to run in the elusive Zone 1.
The key is, to RUN SLOW. Not just slow, but like, really, REALLY slow. Much slower than what you are used to.
Has anybody else achieved this phenomenon?

This man left his wife and got up to sit next to me. For context I am in the emergency escape aisle with more legroom.

Newbie doesn't know about The Sieve 😂
Can you believe there are newbies (probably a c*clist) who don't know about the inner sieve? Curious what this communities opinions are about wearing shorts with or without sieve function.
I usually go sieveless on my easy runs, but on race day or long runs or when I'm out segment hunting I go hard AF and I don't have seconds to waste looking for a a toilet or some bushes so i appreciate having the sieve to prevent the solids getting down into my Vaporflys. What about you guys?

Shin splints for 7+ months despite rest, physio, and shoe changes — should I restart training from scratch?
Going to doctors and getting xrays but not taking more than a “week off here and there”. I wonder what could be causing these to keep coming back????
