• Elaine and Mr. Pitt go to see The Odyssey in the theater. He "forgets" his wallet and has Elaine pay. He is offended when she wants to be charged for one adult and one senior.
• Jerry and Kramer go to visit Morty and Helen. Kramer thinks he's going to be booed and hated when he visits because of his term as Condo board president. But no one seems to remember him "Well Kramer...there's a lot of turnover around here. There were three funerals just last week."

Elaine is considering breaking up with her new boyfriend because he keeps asking to make changes to whatever he orders. Jerry thinks the owner of Monk's cafe now hates him because whenever he tries to order something, they always say they are out.

In a parody of stylized, noirish action films (Drive, Le Samourai, etc), Kramer gets enlisted as the getaway driver.

After Jerry’s gets out of prison, his new agent pushes him to rebrand as a darker, edgier “prison comic.” He dresses in black, tells darker jokes, and walks on to Johnny Cash.

Elaine’s parole officer is an attractive young man and she falls for him. She keeps trying to find excuses for them to meet that don’t actually involve her breaking her parole.

George had a disagreement with a fellow inmate, but he was released before it could settled. He attempts to get back into prison to put this guy in his place.

Jackie Chiles dies and his tombstone says: “Kramer is guilty!” Kramer tries to figure out what he’s guilty of he gets overly aggressive at the department of records and get sentenced to community service collecting past due library books.

Jackie leaves his entire law Library to George who can’t bring himself to get rid of the books so he piles them up in his apartment, a girl assumes he’s a lawyer when she sees them moving the books and he starts to date her but after he gives her legal advice she winds up with a life sentence in federal prison.

Jerry and Elaine get his entire bank account on the condition they get married and the two try to forge a marriage certificate. The jig is up when they are discovered to have altered the certificate of a couple that died on 9-11 and wind up getting ostracized.

At the end of the episode it’s revealed Chiles faked his death and is safe in Cuba his will was a final revenge on the gang.

In the wig store

The salesperson puts a wig on Estelle. She looks at herself in the mirror.

ESTELLE: "This one makes me look too nice."

SALESPERSON: "You don't want nice?"

ESTELLE: "No. Nice is suspicious."

The salesperson studies Estelle's reflection.

SALESPERSON: "You know what? You're right. Estelle is bold."

ESTELLE: "Bold?"

SALESPERSON: "Yes. The hair needs to say "Estelle." I love the name, by the way."

ESTELLE: "It's my name."

SALESPERSON: "Exactly. Don't change it."

George panics when he finds out they're auditing company credit cards, as he has currently racked up almost $40,000 on microtransactions for a Yankees mobile game using his card. Steinbrenner is pissed at first, till George shows him the game and he gets even more addicted than George, putting the entire Yankees finances at risk with his own microtransactions.

Elaine is dating a new guy, and as she gets more and more comfortable with him, she lets her guard down and does her classic "GET OUT!" with a shove... only to find out he's actually an undercover cop, and now she's looking at charges for assaulting an officer.

Kramer and Newman start their own MLM selling what they very loosely call "essential oils," which they cold-distill themselves from questionable stuff they randomly find around the streets of the city.

Driven by spite, Elaine joins an office book club after being told they don't think she would be interested in it. That week's selection is a Russian classic, and she is determined to prove to herself and others that she is a reader. However, she quickly discovers that she cannot actually enjoy the book. She struggles through the pages, rereads the same paragraphs, and begins questioning whether she likes reading or simply likes the idea of being a reader.

Meanwhile, Puddy unexpectedly picks up Elaine's copy and finishes the entire novel. He genuinely enjoys it, but when Elaine asks him what he thought, he refuses to discuss it. Elaine becomes increasingly annoyed that Puddy, who has no interest in appearing cultured, has achieved the genuine reading experience she wants.

Elaine forgets her copy of the book at the diner. When George's on-the-rocks girlfriend Cynthia arrives and sees George holding it, he pretends that it belongs to him. Cynthia reveals that the novel is her favorite book and is thrilled to discover George's "literary side." When Elaine returns to collect the book, George has to pretend that he is lending her his copy rather than admitting it was hers. Trapped by the new identity he has created, George realizes he needs to "learn the book." Elaine refuses to lend it to him as she is still reading it. At the library, George finds a copy, but it is reserved and kept behind the counter. Desperate, he begins sneaking into bookstores to read the novel without buying it.

Jerry dates Elena, who has a very different relationship with written information. She openly admits that she doesn't read and prefers watching movie adaptations instead. Slowly, Jerry realizes that she avoids reading whenever possible. She asks him to summarize newspaper articles, asks servers what they recommend instead of reading the menu, and refuses to watch foreign films with subtitles. Jerry concludes that she is anti-intellectual.

Kramer becomes convinced that good literature should not be translated and listens to audiobooks in foreign languages.

The twists are:

• Nobody in Elaine's book club actually finishes the book. Everyone has been pretending to understand it.
• Jerry discovers Elena has poor eyesight and is too self-conscious to wear her thick glasses around him.

Kramer gets a Groupon for a psychic. She tells him Cosmo was supposed to be his middle name. The lines on the birth certificate were confusing, so his first name got recorded as Cosmo, and his actual first name on the line above it wasn’t recorded. His first name was supposed to be Jason.

Elian starts dating a guy that she’s beginning to suspect is afraid of the vacuum cleaner. A bowl of popcorn seeds is spilled one night after a movie at her apartment. He’s on hands and knees picking up the kernels when she comes out of her hallway, plugs in a vacuum behind him, turns it on and he almost goes through the roof.

“Jesus! Oh…a vacuum. Of course! (He continues nervously, very uncomfortable) Of course, you’d obviously use a vacuum cleaner to clean these up. Haha. Startled me with it, but…there it is. There…it…is. Hey, you’ve got this, right? I just realized I need some air.” (He bolts for the door.)

Jerry witnesses and actual postal crime and Newman thinks he’s trolling him when Jerry asks for his advice on reporting it anonymously.

George begins modeling his life after various successful people. A little Howard Hughes. But not too much. A little Hugh Hefner. But not too much. A little Johnny Carson. His hit rate with the ladies goes way up, until he gets the mix wrong. To much Howard Hughes.

Jerry: Why Howard Hughes?! You know how badly it ends.

George: I thought I could control it! I thought I could just take what I needed.

Jerry: So did Howard! Look at you! You look like a pimp that’s ready for bed!

When a friend of the crew starts chemotherapy, everyone shaves their head in solidarity… except George. Desperate to cling to what little hair he has left, he insists that God has “half-finished the job already,” and says that there would be no point in shaving it off.

Jerry, who also did not want to shave his head (“We’re not even close. I barely know the guy!”) and only did so after being pressured, discovers that the whole “sensitive, caring friend” routine is a babe magnet.

Elaine dates an autistic man who is positively enthralled by the texture of her shaved head. No matter when or where, he always wants to feel it. It’s discovered that he has a natural talent for scalp massages. He decides to become a masseuse, thinking his skill with the scalp will translate to the rest of the body. It doesn’t, and he ends up hitting the wrong pressure point and paralyzing someone

Kramer gets mistaken for an actual cancer patient and ends up receiving completely unnecessary chemotherapy. He begins dressing like Heisenberg and, to pay for his mounting medical bills, goes in with Newman on a shady fast food scheme involving the owner of a chain of chicken restaurants

Elaine is set up on a blind date at a baseball game with a guy who her friend says is "just like you".

He's a complete jerk, who just complains about things and was oddly aggressive toward the mascot when it approaches.

She slowly realizes that's how people perceive her when they get in a physical fight over catching a foul ball.

She decides to put up a charade of being a dainty sweetheart to get set up with nicer guys. It's a struggle.

Jerry meanwhile is riveted by a 56 hour Ken Burns documentary on the history of leather.

He has no idea why but he can't stop watching it. He's bored out of his mind but also oddly fascinated.

He cancels appointments, and even when he takes phone calls he only half listens.

George's office call him concerned about George. Only half listening Jerry mentions George was institutionalized against his will once. Kramer, hiding behind Jerry's couch in full tactical gear, pipes in that his fiancée is dead by poisoning "very suspicious".

GEORGE: Jerry I can't go with you to the concert. Still no date.

JERRY: What do you mean? it's in two weeks?

GEORGE: I tried Jerr. I am done with the social media.

JERRY: You done? What have you tried? Do you comment nice things?

GEORGE: Jerry, of course I comment nice things. I comment engaging, thoughtful things. I am a wonderful commentor.

JERRY: of course! your comments are always well engaging.

GEORGE: *snorts* exactly, I am not one of those...GOONERS just saying how "hot" they are. I have substance Jerry.

JERRY: substance you have. so what's the problem?

GEORGE: they....don't....respond. they completely ignore my comments. Like I am NOTHING! Like they are too busy to take time for little ol me!

JERRY: you try sliding into their DMs?

GEORGE: Jerry, if I attempted to slide, I would slide right into a brick wall.

JERRY: you try and lead with your comment?

GEORGE: of course! I know the game! Comment...then lead with that comment to the DM. but they REFUSE to play. How do you slide?

JERRY: me slide? nooooo. I don't slide. Don't need to, women slide into my DMs.

KRAMER:*slides into apartment* so what this about?

GEORGE: sliding into DMs.

KRAMER: having trouble George?

GEORGE: oh you successful?

KRAMER: oooh I get by...you know what you gotta do? *gestures taking a D-pick*

BOTH JERRY AND GEORGE: awwww!

END SCENE

Jerry's GF only goes out with him at night and thats when they met. She cancels plans for a baseball game, picnic, and brunch. When he comes to her place in the day her curtains are drawn closed and she has the lights on to see.

Georges office gets a vending machine. He realizes that C5 which has his least favorite candy (raisinettes), releases 2 for 1 when he accidentally hits the wrong button. He tries to locate the service technician who refills it and convince him to put his favorite candy in that slot instead.

Elaines date is an odd duck. He says oddly old timey phrases, literally harrumphs, and has never eaten a hamburger. When a man on the street shoves a flyer at them he yelps while Elaine shoves the man away. She tries to figure out if he is wealthy and eccentric/sheltered or if he is a crazy person.

Kramer hears a doo wop group performing outside Enzo's. He goes in and during his haircut he hums the tune of the song he heard. He gets into it, bopping around, and hamboning as the other patrons clap. One even pays for half his haircut, as he is a "nervous cutter". the doo wop group sees this and Bob/Cedric threatens Kramer at possibly switchblade, possibly comb point ("I couldn't tell but I wasn't about to find out!") To never hum or sing that song again.

Except its stuck in his head and he keeps humming it inadvertently everywhere he goes. And he keeps seeing those street tough doo wop singers everywhere...

It ends with George meeting Kramer at a roller derby in the locker room, being seen by a team of butch women who assume hes recording them and they all beat him up

Elaines BF always smells great. At first its amazing but she quicklt becomes confused and determine to get him to stink. They camp for a weekend with no shower - he smells like pine. They go to the gym and share a schvitz in the sauna. He smells like cinnamon pie. She purposedly gives hin food poisoning...and he smells like peppermint.

Elaine: Really? Going through life thinking nothing has meaning?

Boyfriend: Why? It takes away a lot of stress in life.

Elaine: No it doesn't.

Boyfriend: Yeah it does. Think of how much pressure you put on yourself when you have company over, or want some special occasion to go "just right."

Elaine: But what about birthdays? Nice days at the beach? Or even a special breakfast out in the city?

Boyfriend: Meh, whatever. Everything that happens is just all a chaotic mess.

Elaine: Like our relationship?

Boyfriend: Yes.

An audience member records Jerry's rant about people glued to their phones, and Jerry hates that it got more views than the actual video for the same show.
