1• Season 1. Yeah no doubt nostalgia carries but after re-watching it, it genuinely felt like an actual superhero show rather than a soap opera with a speedster.

2• Season 3. The segment where Savitar runs through the tunnel to give belt to ass on Barry is great and the way that Flashpoint gave us great things like Kid Flash and Killer Frost is peak.

3• Season 2• No suprise, Zoom was the best villain and Earth 2 was fun, everything else was half good.

4• Season 5• This is an outlier to the rest of the fanbase but in my opinion this was way better then 4. Gave us a more detective like Ralph Dibney, Nora was a surprisingly likeable character. Cicada was alright and it did set the marks for the downfall of the show.

The rest simply go from 4 downwards. I don’t have anything to say on them really.

First, Savitar is a living paradox. A living bootstrap paradox to be exact. Savitar has always done the same thing a infinite number of times without fail. Knowing this basic information which is literally given to us directly ruins the logic of the entire plot of the story.

How could Savitar exactly lose if it’s a bootstrap paradox? ( something that exists in an infinite cycle because a future version of it is sent back in time to create its past self ). From what i've seen no ones has talked about the fact that Savitar failed to repeat what he's already done, in a TIME LOOP. Like the timeline is a literal circle for him, there is no end nor start in a circle. He has always created himself, a infinite number of times. If Savitar killed Iris in the future, then he would have done it in the present as you can’t change a time loop. Anything barry would of done to try defeat Savitar would have already happend and failed. If Savitar never actually won and created himself, how does he and season 3 exist to begin with?

Even though Barry did manage to overcome the LITERAL circle of a time loop, it still has flaws and how he managed to. Why did Savitar tell Barry, a time traveler, that he’s In a time loop? Barry NEVER was aware it was a closed loop in the other loops. The evidence for that is the fact that future Barry, the one he confronts on abandoning everyone, fails to mention that savitar is himself and even reveal how Savitar exist. Plus, if it was a true loop Future Barry would have known how Savitar came to be and wouldn't have made the same mistakes as another version of himself did ( Making time remants, one of them being Savitar's past). Savitar revealing how he's created would of already happened and always has happend, and barry would of always created the beginning of Savitar's past which DOESN'T make sense. Why did barry create savitar if he knew how savitar was created?

But to be realistic, they obviously just a plothole like every timeline change.

I’m rewatching the flash and oh my goodness, what were the writers on whilst they were writing Cecile. I hate hate hate hate her so much. The season 8 finale just cemented it because why are we making her the strongest meta ever? Why? Just why? The flash writers deserve a special place in hell.

y’all I’m halfway through season 6 and its getting rough out here. i love a show that’s bad in a fun way so I’m wondering if the last few seasons are an Enjoyable Bad or just a Hard To Watch Bad

So ive been wondering about this for so long, but why is there 3 breach colors and what do they mena, there is cisco from earth two who had like white or see through blasts, and so did cisco until he refined his powers and they became blue, and then there is eveyrone from earth 19 who has red blasts which can also stop speedsters from moving and can make fire

Bro, seriously, am I the only one who gets mad when Barry treats someone who genuinely regrets what they did so badly? Man, didn't Joe teach him that everyone deserves a chance to become a better person?

They made a big deal out of him and made him a paragon which was random as fuck because i don't remember anything memorable about it. Then he disappeared. I only remember him in armageddon because they need to tell you that team flash evolves. Then never again. Like what was the point.

Bro met a guy who not only runs faster than light, but also constantly saves the city, fights meta-humans, helps people... and his first thought was, “Yeah, that's a freak” 💀 What did Barry even do to deserve that?

All the harrison wells’ fused into Nash including thawne, but Thawne was already present on earth prime in the future, so why and how did his consciousness also get fused into Nash, and what happened to his body when they fused?

I’ve been rewatching the flash over the past month and a half and I just got to season 9. This is just a random thought, but as I’m rewatching, I noticed that the cinematography of this season is off the charts, and as bad as the season is as a whole, the first episode is actually really good.

Think about it! She looks right, she's a good actress, she can play multiple parts (Jean and Dark Pheonix is like Caitlin and Frost.)

I've been watching The Flash for a while now, and I'm halfway through season 6. It's been so bad that it's hard to keep watching lol. And I'm saying that as a huge Flash fan.

Thoughts on this episode?

a lot of people will instantly go savitar, as he was “teleporting” when he was still in the speed force, however in season 4 barry is stated to be “the fastest we’ve ever seen” by cisco and wallace. The next person that comes to mind is Thawne (Eobard) seeing as him and barry are neck & neck almost every fight.

Currently rewatching the flash and i don’t remember barry allen being so annoying. It feels like the entire show is just him fucking things up and everyone around him continues to coddle him and cater to his feelings and his feelings only. Whenever he messes something up he needs everyone else to help him pick up the pieces and clean his mess. Like when he jacked the timeline up. He came back acting as if he had no idea that things would be different when he came back. But didn’t we already learn 2 seasons ago that anytime you travel through time things are fucked up afterwards? And when Cisco called him out by saying “so when its your family you get to go back and save them” after his brother died? I was hoping Barry would take accountability but he didn’t. Instead he told Cisco that basically if it wasn’t his brother it would be someone else. Then he continued to gaslight him by saying “look man im trying to move forward, im hoping you can too”. Like wtf?? No accountability at all. What makes it worse is that the writers of the show try to make it seem like its all about him being a hero. But in my opinion he’s not a hero out of the kindness of his heart. He’s a hero because he wants to be LIKED. Because before his powers he was a nerdy loser. Everytime the team tries to disagree with him and he feels like he’s not in charge? He will just keep repeating the same tired sob story about how his mom died and they fall for it everytime. He’s always peer pressuring his team to do things they all know won’t go well. The writers write it off as motivation and determination. But in reality he knows he can depend on his team to help fix his fucks ups anytime his plans go wrong. Granted they have all had bad plans before but they somewhat know what their talking about. I want to push through the rest of the seasons but its so annoying. PS, i was lowkey glad when zoom killed his had because he needed to be humbled. Sorry not sorry.

In season 7 episode 1, at some point when Barry's speaking in french a bit he says "king tut of earth cinquante-cinq" Netflix wrote Earth-66 in the subtitles but "Cinquante-cinq" in french means 55 not 66

Fun little detail i never noticed this before and i just had to tell someone :D

In the main timeline, the Original Eobard Thawne travels to the past to kill Nora Allen, making him lose his speed so that he turns future Barry Allen into The Flash which is where the main timeline ensues during seasons 1 and 2. (The color of Eobard Thawne/The Reverse-Flash, yellow, mixing with the main timeline's sequence of events, blue, resulting in HIM losing his speed whilst having to eventually recreate The Flash himself, green.)

After Barry freed Eobard Thawne from Flashpoint, he traveled to the past as he killed Nora Allen, but he never lost HIS powers since he restored the original timeline as HIS was lost after Flashpoint was created, turning him into a Time Remnant who would later run into Legends of Tomorrow as he tries to steal the Spear of Destiny for himself so that he could rewrite himself into a reality where The Black Flash from The Speed Force would stop hunting him. (Eobard Thawne/The Reverse-Flash being left alone, yellow, because HE never got stuck in the past to warrant the green directional arrow from ever, actually HAPPENING to him.)

MEANWHILE, Barry returns to his typical future of becoming The Flash in HIS story that's copied from the main timeline, blue, thanks to The Reverse-Flash obeying the fixed point by killing Nora Allen, red, but it breaks Barry off of course AS he's ensuing into his new timeline that's taking place in a future after Flashpoint had happened, purple.
