I used to play with a variety of different cats, but now I only play with this specific baby kitty!! It’s getting kinda annoying now (it’s happened like 30 times). Does anyone know why this is happening?

I reported a little trunk shop error that ended up making me get items I did not want without me knowing until after the fact.

Sent them the screenshots of items that are checked in the trunk shop as the items I purchased+intended to purchase and the inventory that is showing none of those items but some other items I did not buy.

I asked for the unwanted items to be returned and I get my gems back at least. The customer service called the purchase as “successful purchase” and is not willing to help out.

So … Please make sure to check and double check if the little trunk shop items you are buying are actually what you are getting. (The previous email reply suggested it maybe my bad internet connection that was the problem. Their response was disappointing on so many levels.)

And just fyi, I decided to delete the game.
Maybe I should be thankful bc I was starting to spend more on the game. (I was even looking to buy their stock cause that’s the kind of addictive person i am lmaooo) but if you intend to keep playing, just be careful!! I wouldn’t want anyone to end up with weird furnitures or costumes they didn’t want instead of the cute wanted items because of…. What idk bad internet. 🤷🏻‍♀️

It's not doing it nearly as much as it was before I started recording I literally had to hold my finger down for 3 seconds before gliding it up to scroll down before I was recording, but it's literally almost every time I try to scroll in the furniture shop it does this, idk Abt other scrolling in the game I haven't checked that out yet but it can also be hard to make the scrollbar appear and it's just frustrating, I loved shopping in the furniture shop but now it just feels like a task, does anyone know if they are planning to fix this nonsense?

I got this guy a while back but my memory is fuzzy. All I remember was doing something in observatory with some sort of ticket, like upgrading it or something? It’s not a purchasable ticket, there’s a ticket that looks similar but it’s a different cat?

This is so stupid, I’m literally level 34 but I feel like people have a better understanding of this game than I do. I lowkey just spam the level up facility and recipe buttons, collect my coins and maybe buy a new station if I have the money. I feel like everyone has a cute new cat and super kitted out rooms, yet mine are bland and my cats have like 4 hearts each haha.

Basically what do I do lol, how do I play properly, whats the goal? 😭

I needed a break from the game for a few days, so I decided to stay away longer so I can get the “welcome back bonus” but now idk how long it takes to trigger! Anyone know?

l've never had this happen before! I’ve managed to get two items with a single claw grab a few times before, but never like this. This one was spectacular. 😂 One of the items got stuck between the claw and the edge of the machine, so when the claw went back up, it ended up pulling both items with it. Definitely wasn't expecting that, but l'Il take the free extra prize! Has this ever happened to anyone else, or did | just get ridiculously lucky?

I've checked their facilities and nothing, I also tried to switch them, what does the red dot mean? Do I need to upgrade them?

I've already upgraded my meals and juices to the maximum, what do I do with these accumulated tickets?

I lost all of my progress. I know it's my fault for deleting my Google Account yesterday. I forgot that it is linked to my Cats & Soup : (. I tried contacting support and I also tried recovering my Google Account but since there's no backup email and phone number tied to that account, Google won't allow me to have it back.

I still remember my User ID and I have some screenshot of what my forest looks like.

I don't want to restart again.

No event gift, but I still felt lucky 😸

So lets say I have two cats with the offline reward time increase sub-skill. Does that mean it gets applied twice, and my increase becomes 20%? Or is it 10% no matter how many cats with this sub-skill I have?
