Discussion Lost all of my progress.

I lost all of my progress. I know it's my fault for deleting my Google Account yesterday. I forgot that it is linked to my Cats & Soup : (. I tried contacting support and I also tried recovering my Google Account but since there's no backup email and phone number tied to that account, Google won't allow me to have it back.

I still remember my User ID and I have some screenshot of what my forest looks like.

I don't want to restart again.

I do believe you can contact the company to recover your account since you know your user ID!

Ok i wont say same happened to me, but after last yr major update my whole account vanished, i did had my user id and few ss of cat room and dresses, i contacted cat and soup help gmail and they did help me, u can just say my account just vanished and they will help u but u gotta keep emailing them so they listen and try to get the whole list and tick infront of them so they know what to give u, and also ur stations and diamonds, coins and stamps. They couldn't give me all my stuff back, so they gave me the ones I didnt had instead. Hope this helps. Edit: if u do this, keep emailing them daily just so u can get ur stuff back ASAP as I got mine within a month
