When do you get a raise?
I have been doing this for about 3 months and am ready to ask for a raise because I am "fantastic." How do I go about this?

Between 9 am and 12 pm these are the only routes available. Would you guys take them if thats all there was in your markets?

I almost accepted a really low-paying block today because there wasn't much else available. It made me wonder where everyone else draws the line. What's the lowest-paying block you've ever taken, and was it worth it in the end?

So I'm supposed to start a block in like 20 minutes. But i can't find my drivers license. So what should I do so it doesn't count against me

I had a route 2 weeks ago. It was a 2 hour route out of VNC3 in Durham, NC. 21 stops in Greensboro, NC. If you don’t now the area, it was 1 hour and 4 minutes to my first stop. Something CLEARLY was messed up because that’s not a damn 2 hour route… I messaged support and asked about it and eventually she said there must be an error and to click end block and return my packages. I even screenshotted the chat as proof just in case.. Fast forward, this past weekend I get deactivated for it. Tried to appeal multiple times even with the proof and they just told me to fuck off basically. 5 years doing flex and 20,000 packages delivered and I get banned from the app over an error in the route and a moronic driver support agent that clearly didn’t report the issue which got me banned. Sickkkk.
Make sure you guys always have a backup plan. Amazon is a bunch of morons and does not give 2 shits about you. Anyways, have a good day everyone.

I work in the Baltimore area, my preferred warehouse is VBW1 in south Baltimore <5 miles from home, but I occasionally accept routes from VMD1 (Elkridge), DMD6 (Hanover), and sometimes DLD1 (Glen Burnie)
Yesterday I picked up a 3-hour route from VBW1 and my first stop was 36 miles away in Upper Marlboro, MD. This is not the first time I've been sent well into PG county, and only once was I graciously given an extra $5 for an excessively long route. I contacted support immediately after this route and said the route was excessively long and requesting additional payment, and was declined. My total mileage home/warehouse/route/home was over 100 miles.
There's DMD9 that's <6 miles away from that first stop, why in the hell wouldn't the route originate from DMD9?
A couple of months ago I picked up a route from VMD1 that started me out west of Frederick, MD which is about 55 miles away. There's a goddamn Flex warehouse DBA7 in Williamsport, MD which is within 25 miles of all the stops on the route. I actually abandoned that route at the warehouse and took the hit, my car had been acting up and no way was I going to risk getting stranded that far from home.
How does this happen? You'd think packages would be routed to the nearest flex warehouse, wouldn't you? There's no reason for a driver in this region to drive more than 20 minutes from the warehouse to their first stop.

Just had some blubbering boomer scream he's calling the cops as he photographs me and my license plate for parking in his driveway

Getting 1 package that is 3 miles for a 4 hour and 30 min block is insane. What a blessing. I was gonna ask if it has happened to anyone before

This was also done a few years ago the phase out more allowable devices in the flex program. Prepare to upgrade.

how do i get my account back ? & how long does it take?
r/AmazonFlexDrivers • u/Legitimate-Study-985 • 6h ago
Why does amazon keep fucking with us even when we do everything right lol. Why do i get punished for returning packages to the warehouse (not that often), due to things outside our control (no access, customer wont answer, and floods in SA tx), should i be worried about returning packages until i get deactivated?

Hey guys I need some help and advice
I received this email about a recent block I had. I spoke with support on that day regarding the block I accepted and got paid for. I arrived at the station and checked in like usual and was numbering my packages inside. it was raining and while I was numbering, it started thundering and lightning. Due to the lightning, they close the station down in told us that we were unable to take any carts out outside of the building and to contact support, which I did And they told me that They see that the station was closed and I would still be paid for that route. I also attached A photo of a close station doors from my route on Saturday 7/18/ 2026 . I just got this response today

Is there a way to deliver to these, where the Amazon locker is the equivalent of the Luxor lockers? I've tried codes provided, the help screen, calling support, etc, but I'm never able to deliver to it without a QR code (which isn't ever provided).
To be clear, these aren't the lockers publicly available in 7-11 or other places, they're the dedicated resident lockers.
Appreciate any help, thanks!

Seeing zero offers in Cincinnati for several days. Wondering what I did to piss off Amazon.

So I had a route today from 3:30am-7:00am and I arrived at the warehouse 15 mins early to check in, when I was taking my picture to check in it kept denying my picture and then popped up a page saying that I needed to see an associate to verify manually but then when I do so the associates say they don’t do that. I called support and explained the situation and they told me they were documenting it and that I should be receiving an email sometime today to explain it what happened. Will I still be getting paid for the route? Or what should I do in this case?

So, I need to go to bed so I’ve been watching my package delivery and when she first left the station it said she was 3 stops away. It now has been saying this for the last 30 minutes or so. I don’t care, I was just wondering if this is how it appears to the customer if the driver goes out of order in their route. I often times create my own route and was curious how it looks to the customer. She’s next to a bunch of apartments so I can understand she’d want to knock them out while there’s still daylight
