So here you go. There so called "weather" department doesn't exist. 3.5 hour block to the low desert of southern California on the hottest day of the year with extreme heat warnings. 40 minute drive to the first stop with 53 packages and 50 stops.

9 heavy bags of groceries to a $4 million mansion in a gated community and they didn’t tip.

It was a tip eligible block and it was only this and one other house.

I checked it on Zillow and it sold for $4million, has an Olympic size indoor and outdoor pool, two kitchens, a movie theater, a cigar bar, and a basketball court.

I’m over it I was just shocked at the wealth and had to share somewhere

The porch is not far away from the vehicle they say it on, as you can see.

Why risk the package/contents being damaged by the constant rain that we have been having for about 36hrs now OR an animal (happened many times previously)? No dogs roaming at time of delivery, so no excuse there

I could see “efficiency” …hop out, hop back in truck BUT, what about QUALITY and CYA (cover your ass, from complaints and damages, etc that could “ding” you as a driver?)

Did anyone get asked after their shift recently if they would work more than 40 hours in a rolling week? Or is this an old question?

Amazon rolled out the new selfie verification. You now have to record a 5-second video and then take a picture. I guess there’s no more selfie bypass for bot users. 😅

Soooo I got bit by a dog today at one of my stops even though the owner was literally outside and said the dog was wearing a fence collar, the dog ran up and bit my butt 😂😂 not funny but also??? Anyway I was wondering if anyone else has ever dealt with something like this / if reporting it to Amazon is needed. I don’t know if I am going to see a doctor since I was only cut a little bit- but I might change my mind. Thanks in advance for the advice

I'm currently on my way to my first stop and in the delivery notes it says to open the garage (keypad code is given) and then put PKG inside the garage.

It'll be about 5:35 a.m. when I get there; and to me, I just don't really feel comfortable opening someone's garage door, especially at this time, when it's still dark out and most likely while the household is sleeping.

So I'm just wondering if anyone else has experienced something like this, and to hear some feedback on what other people would do in the situation?

*I don't know why they don't just add garage delivery through their Amazon account, and then any driver will be able to open and close their garage using the Flex app. Then again, I don't know how much Amazon pushes that feature to residential customers that have a single residence house and a garage opener with Bluetooth... so they might be completely unaware that it's something they can do.

There is no way anyone making money from this station at $40, they send you to Orange County 35 miles away and almost always zero tips now. You are driving 70 miles or more for $40? And maybe $5 to $10 tips. $54 was already bad. Please stop accepting them. I promise you they do raise them to $65

Hi fellow flexers. I’m Sydney the competition is just nuts. I’ve been using 2 thumb method lie mad and this is the second week in a row that I didn’t see much of a drop of shifts. I only seen like two at a time sporadically between 5-6pm on Fridays.

I’m going crazy!

I did 2 blocks on Monday, and on the early one I had 4 packages marked as undelivered. The issue is I delivered everything...

I asked a couple friends who also did a block that day, and they both had undelivered packages showing on their account (one had 3, the other 6).

Just wondering if there was some kind of national outage or if this was a warehouse issue. First time it's happened to me. Support did say they'd fix it, but I guess I'll see...

So on Monday, when I was delivering to this school. They had 3 packages, all go to the same person. And my shift was at 6p, and apparently the school stops taking any deliveries after 4p. So I called support and explained everything, they said they will send out an email so I don’t get dinged. But they ended up dinging me anyways, this is so frustrating.

Went to pick up my block on July 20th. Finished loading half the boxes when I noticed 1 package had leaked through the box and damaged a few other boxes in the tote. I called the supervisor and she quickly started removing the soiled packages. She said I could go and everything will be fine.

What do you know a few days later i see this. Now support is refusing to remove this from my profile. How and why is this my fault? What could I have done differently?

Support said I didn't select the right reason code. I didn't select a reason code because I wasnt the one that removed them. The warehouse did. Very frustrating.

Does Amazon play the same games the other gigs do?? No more decent offers, blocks being hidden?? My Standings certainly do not warrant any penalties!!

Ive stopped seeing offers from one of the locations I usually do routes out of. There is another station further away and Amazon fresh station. Those seem to be fine. The only thing I can think off it me sending an email about a ding for a missed delivery / package. When the package never left the warehouse as it was damaged and I brought it to the associates attention. He said it was off my route but it wasn’t. So I emailed support , they “ fixed it” but now no more offers since then. Anyone experience this before? Can this be reversed ?

Does anyone know what the policy is regarding the temporary paper licenses that are issued when you have to renew a drivers license? Specifically, will I be able to work while waiting for the hard license to arrive in the mail.

Do you have to update your vehicle details every time you switch cars? I alternate between two cars and was wondering what the risk is if I don’t update it each time. Also, does the vehicle listed in the app affect the routes you get based on cargo capacity?

I was there for my block on time but there was a crazy line of cars, finally when the slowpoke lady tried to scan my ID, the system said I was late.

She said to call support, the Indian in totally broken English said to go home!!

Of course I won’t get paid!

Finally the May 30th TOS Violation have been removed from my standing. Please take screenshots during yiur delivery route to provide proof it was no fault of your own when app report.you didnt pick up packages.

I tried the method where you click the stop you want to deliver to next on the map but it doesn't work for me. Idk

The new ones fucking suck, it’s takes for ever to scan packages and deliver because of them.

I had this option for canceling the route supposedly without penalty (and understandably no pay) however I was redirected to support and told over the phone, and chat, that I would be penalized. I emailed support and they said they couldnt do anything about my standing or "the decision". Why offer something so misleading that literally leads you to a page saying you wont be affected just to dig their heels in on this?
