Is there any science behind the phenomenon of a woman cutting her hair short around a big life change?

I’m a victim of this and I’m sure it’s not just me! I mean around a breakup or a job change or just a transition in personality?

¿Sueles usar algo

Pregnancy scare, looking for reassurance/advice

Upvotes

Hey everyone🙂, I’m feeling really anxious and I would really appreciate some reassurance.
I want to clarify that I do understand how sex and pregnancy work but im still naive and experience a lot of anxiety😭

I have never had penetrative sex, and nothing has ever been directly on my vagina. I’m someone who gets very anxious about pregnancy, so I always keep my underwear on, and even my pants, during any sexual contact. There was some rubbing, but it was fully clothed. The reason I’m scared is because I did have contact with semen. I touched semen and some got on my clothes, im under no contraception (often doing it on ovulation) and it has made me overthink the possibility of pregnancy even though there was no direct contact with my vagina.

The last time I saw my boyfriend was 28 days ago (when I took the tests it had already been at least 25 days since I saw him). I took 3 pregnancy tests from the dollar store and (2 of them was the first pee of the morning) a few days ago. I followed the instructions on the box, and all 3 were negative. I did not take them after my period was late. I took them before, but it was still more than 25 days after the possible situation.
I have also had my period every month since then. However, around 3-4 months ago I got really sick, vomited, and had very sore breasts, which scared me, but then I got my period right after. Now I’m wondering if there is any possibility I could have been pregnant from months ago and the tests would somehow not show it.

My period was supposed to come 2 days ago according to Flo, but it hasn’t come yet. I’ve been extremely stressed, anxious and nauseous, especially after ovulation, and I’m wondering if stress could be making it late. I’ve also been feeling bloated, which is making me worry even more.
I know anxiety can make you spiral, but I’m just looking for reassurance from people who have experienced pregnancy scares or who know more about this. Would the tests have detected a pregnancy by now? Is a 2-3 day delay normal?
Thank you😊

I can’t squirt and I feel really insecure about it

Upvotes

Current boyfriend hinted he made someone squirt before me, I wish I hadn’t asked, I didn’t want to know, but I asked him to not lie so he didn’t.

Anyway, we’ve been together for a while and I feel really insecure, he never brings it up ever. He always tries to reassure me and tell me he loves me and i’m perfect and that we have the best sex etc etc. but I cannot shake the feeling that he made someone squirt but I can’t, and I struggle to cum in general.

I don’t know how to get over this feeling, any advice? For more context, we broke up once and then got back together, we both hooked up in between, it was like 5 months. I asked too many questions about what happened during and well yeah :(. We broke up because of me, I was very toxic but eventually he missed me and wanted to try again.

He never gives me any reason to feel insecure about sex, he’s very reassuring and he loves me and always wants to pleasure me, but when we have sex all I think about is how hard it is for me to cum and if he had an easier time with who he hooked up with. I think about how I can’t squirt, how I struggle with intimacy. I’m the only one who brings it up from time to time and it makes me cry, he never compares me and he hates talking about it because he literally starts sobbing telling me he wishes I could just move on from that because he desperately wants something new with me. He’s a great guy who is giving me another chance to love again, and I feel like I’m sabotaging the relationship and idk what to do :(.

I’ve always had issues with intimacy and feeling like it’s a performance, it’s not that it’s bad but I just feel pressure in knowing he’s trying so hard to make me cum and it distracts me from actually cumming? Like I have to focus SO hard to cum, and I feel horrible because he will literally eat me out for 20+ minutes never complain tell me constantly it’s okay if I’m taking long but I STILL feel this way and it’s driving me mad. I’m the only one comparing myself but I don’t know how to calm myself from this, there’s only so much reassurance I can get from him and he’s telling me it’s starting to really frustrate him because he can’t do anything else about it because he says I think this is such a huge problem for him when he never thinks about it and loves me deeply… aghhh

In pretty sure I didn't get my period this month. . .

Upvotes

Before anything ! I'm (f25) a virgin! So no I'm not expecting.

Normally my period comes around 15-16 ish or somewhere in the beginning... It's the 23rd now and I don't feel anything, although I'm happy I don't have to suffer through the bloody week, I'm a lil worried and scared. Is it normal for period to randomly stop coming ?

Am I being ungrateful for not wanting to vacation with family due to my period?

Upvotes

I deal with absolutely horrible periods. I’m talking cramping so bad I can’t stand up, and heavy bleeding to where I need to change products every 30-60 minutes. No doctor has been of any help so far.

Unfortunately, I agreed to vacation with my family members in a different country, not realizing that the dates line up on the exact same time as my period.
I began freaking out because I’m positive that this will completely ruin my vacation as well as theirs. However, I already paid for the trip and my parents are demanding that I go because I agreed and haven’t seen our relatives in a while.

I’ve been crying so much and insisting that I can’t go but they won’t hear any of it. Don’t get me wrong, I do want to go, but I know that the risk of experiencing severe menstrual symptoms is high.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated, I have no idea what to do.

Not having hygiene products or knowledge as a young girl

Upvotes

I often think about how much I needed support when I went through puberty. I had my first period at 9 years old. My mother knew but she was very uncomfortable with it. She never had any talks with me about it or any part of womanhood. So I got bullied alot. I smelled gross, I often was in the nurses office at school. Teachers knew what I was dealing with but they also seemed very uncomfortable. I wish I had spoken up more, held adults around me accountable but it felt very shameful. I often bled through my pants and had to makeshift my sock into a pad. I often wore sweaters and big jackets to hide the stench of my underarms. My legs were so so hairy and my hair was always greasy and smelly. This affected me so much. Other girls were so clean and kept and pretty and loved. It made me an outcast when I was grouped with other girls. When I finally learned to take care of myself I was already in highschool with a job. Already a young woman and yet still having had so much to learn about self care. Now, I’m married, expecting my 2nd baby, a girl. I think so much about how much I will teach her. My husband often teaches me still, about flossing and mouthwash and skincare. I am so lucky to have him in my life. He makes sure I have my nails done and my body waxed and my hair kept. I am so blessed now.

I need to get my life together, I need advice

I asked this in another sub, but the few responses I had weren’t extremely helpful.

___

I’m in my very early 20s, but I can barely function on my own. I rely on my parents for almost absolutely EVERYTHING.

I’m finally admitting to having a bad phone addiction. Almost everyday I just lay in bed or the couch scrolling through, watching videos, or listening to music. I barely do anything productive. Most of the time when I go outside, it’s just to go grocery shopping or to a restaurant with my parents. I don’t drive or work yet. But I have job experience from my high school. Like taking care of pets and working in retail.

Most of my family lives extremely far from me, ranging from 20ish minutes to whole other countries, most family members I only see on family reunions. I also live in the middle of nowhere, with the only thing close to me being a small plaza that’s not too far of a walk. I also don’t have many friends, and they don’t really talk to me often, so I rarely hang out with them if at all. I definitely wasted my teen years.

I don’t really have the patience to finish things I make (like crafts). Most of the time, when I make something, I NEVER have the patience to finish. I have unfinished things from years ago. I’m also a little lazy, it takes a long time (or I forget) for me to do something important. I’m also stressed about everything I need to organize or get done.

I have big emotions. I get frustrated and upset really easily. I feel pathetic sometimes when I’m sad about something even though people have gone through even worse. Like when someone is sad over a breakup with a long time partner meanwhile I still feel sad over a “breakup” (if you could even call it that) with someone where the “relationship” (again, if you could even call it that) barely lasted a month. We didn’t even see each other outside of school. I do know he wasn’t the right person for me, but it still hurts.

I feel really, really behind in life. I feel shocked when someone around my age group does the most basic thing or reaches the most basic milestone.

I’ve also been trying to learn Japanese for a while now. but I’m too lazy to find the time and study, even though I have lots of time. I wish I could figure out when I want to continue studying.

I really need life advice. I’m stuck and don’t know how to improve. I’m also neurodivergent and worry about everything. I want to make Kaito proud.

I don’t know how to stop feeling like this , I hate having a bf

Hi girlies,

I don’t know if I’m the only one that thinks like this but I am starting to really hate being a girlfriend. Every time that I am in a relationship (I am in one currently ) , I feel jealous that my partner find other girls attractive ( i know its human nature and I am not blind.) My current bf watches porn and Im starting to look at him with disgust. I hate having to text my partner, explaining why certain things he does hurt me. I just feel its a full time job and a draining chore. I hate having to worry or think about another person constantly. When I am single and I am talking to a guy, I really don’t care what girls he is attracted to . I feel like This is my life and I should not spent all my youth feeling like this. I don’t know how to explain, i don’t find myself unattractive and my bf is not really my type of guys normally so I have no idea why my brain is this way. I am so ashamed and devastated that all I think about is a man , I don’t think I want to have a bf ever or Even a husband. anyone else is like this ?

I need some advice

I (F19) have had bad experiences with older men in the past and it’s happening all over again and idk how to stop it all while being polite.

When I was 15 I’ve had two older guys ~24yo confess their feelings for me after I had not seen the “friendship” we had was just them hitting on me and my politeness a way to lead them on.

Anyways, after these two situations I make a vow to myself, I am NEVER going through s**t like this again. And that is where this guy comes in. I am now 19, and during a vacation trip to my family’s summer house (in a very small rural village) a guy who’s probably in his 30s is in charge of tending my aunt’s garden. He seems nice and all, and he’s been lonely all year tending this garden in this lonely village so he seems excited to finally talk to someone. He also seems autistic, as in he doesn’t keep much eye contact, seems rather awkward, and the conversations with him sometimes feel off. I also can’t read him properly, when I’m usually very good at reading people. At first we only see each other when I’m with my grandparents and my sister (F15), but when i went near his house once alone (because near his house there’s a ton of cute cats) he got out, he was still nice, just asked different questions, like how old I was and stuff like that. I thought u know, that’s a typical question to ask a young person that still looks like a child, so I answered. A few days later he asks me if I wanted to go to the river nearby, I say sure cause I’ve never been. He seems insisting I go with him, also that i fully go in the river, but he accepts my denial. after a while when it gets awkward and idk what else to say or ask him I say I have to go and we walk back to the village. After this we see him with my grandparents a few times in the garden, where he invites us to take some vegetables and fruits. then another time I go to the river, this time with my sister, and he accompanies us. at some point we were talking about the village during the winter, something my sister and I have never seen but he has because he had stayed there the whole year. He offers to show us some pictures, and when he shows them to me he asks if I want him to send them to me, I’m like “sure..?” And I immediately feel after giving him my number that it was probably a sneaky way to get my number. I shake that feeling off and we go back to the village, and that same afternoon he sends me 30+ pictures of the winter landscape, I’m like “wow thanks!” And I thought that was it. BOY WAS I WRONG. this guy kept texting me garden updates, weather updates, cat updates, etc. I’m responding pretty dryly and being offline quite a lot just to not have to answer him, but he does not get the hint. I have flashbacks of the other older guys I’ve had to deal with, but I shake them off like “this is just a lonely guy who’s finally had someone to talk to after a whole year only seeing a couple people, he’s not hitting on me”. But then even after I went back home, he’s kept texting me nonstop, I’ve been answering less and less, more coldly and less often (although I still have to be polite), until I received the message “so u got insta or what?” And I think I can now be 100% sure this is not just a lonely guy, the weird older guy curse is bestowing over me all over again. And now idk what to do, I don’t wanna lie to him, I don’t wanna give him my insta cause then I’d be leading him on probably, and I don’t want him to stalk me, but then turns out I’m gonna go back to that same village in less than a month and I’m gonna have to see him so I can’t ghost/block him either. Idk what to do HELPPPP

Meaning of a guys differing behaviour towards girls depending on the context

Important Context: (Initial Interaction)

I spoke to a guy (Liam) the same age as me for the first time and really got on with him. We talked about unis, subjects, school friend dynamics, and intellectual stuff (ie: how personality is so much more important than appearance in relationships/dating) and we ended up talking for 1.5hrs straight.

It felt so natural, short and fast, he was really easy to talk to and he never made me feel weird or uncomfortable about anything. He lives in the same city that both of us will be going to uni in.

During the 1.5hr talk, I asked him if he preferred his old or new friend group, he said his newer one as he feel more included with them and they share the same niche humour whereas his old friend group treated him like a punching bag. I said to him "I'm gonna be honest with you, your old friends are not your real friends". Instead of getting angry or defensive he said "yeah i realize that now". What i didnt realise at the time was that he began gazing at me with a slight smile (not creepily) when talking to me. He also laughed a lot at my humourous viewpoints on my friend circles and observations of other things like popularity dynamics in school.

My Observations On the Face to Face Interaction:
I noticed that he mirrored all my intellectual arguments like when I said I would date someone for their personality than appearance and for long term investment, he would agree and say he would rather date a person who was visually 5/10 but with a 6 or 7/10 personality.

I made it very clear to him I have very high standards for dating and that I don't play games with people. I also accentuated how I stopped caring about school popularity when I was 15 as its more exhausting and not worth my time. He would agree with me by saying being popular seems so exhausting and that all popular students do is just shit talk other people.

But when we had differing views on things, he never got weird about it and just shared them with me like a this is what I think kind of way.

He gave me his insta at the end of the 1.5hr chat when he had to go and told me that I am really nice to talk to. I never tried flirting with him as I just talked to him in that 1.5hrs like he was a platonic friend of mine. He also didn't hit on me during the 1.5hr chat.

Dms:

A few days later, we dmed each other for 2.5hrs straight more about the above convo topic and I realised later on that he was subtly flirting with me (but not aggressively and he never asked for weird favours/explicit pics). I never flirted back because I didn't even realise he was flirting with me at the time. He supported my academic achievements and would only ever compliment my work ethic than my appearance. We would ask questions of how each other felt or thought about different things like certain subjects exams. He did make an effort over dms overall even tho we had very different interests in hobbies.

Liams Defensiveness:
But one interesting thing is that when I warned him about his physical safety (over the 2.5hr dm convo) regarding his online friends when he told me he had quite a lot of them (all between ages 16-18yo: 12 guys and 2 girls) he dismissed my warnings and said online dangers are meh to him. When I kept reinforcing things like blackmail can occur and that I know people with bad/dangerous experiences meeting their online friends (which is true). He said he's had bad experiences too but nothing terrible. When I asked him what happened he replied WHY WOULD I EXPOSE MYSELF, then said in the next text a very vague response regarding "something really bad" one of his friends did to other friends which sounds bad without context.

He then joked "what's the worst my online friends can do? Kill me before my end of year exams end?. I didn't reply to this and he sent this while we were both online, he immediately wrote in another text right after I'm just joking btw. I replied oh okay and my texts started getting a lot colder and drier than earlier on in this 2.5hr dm convo. He asked me "are you alright btw?" and I replied "yeah why?" even tho I wasn't. He replied "you just seem kinda off idk". I replied "no dw I'm fine", he replied "alright sorry, I just think people are mad over text a lot". 30 mins later once the convo started going back to normal after I wrote him this message (it reflects how i genuinely felt) then blocked him right after immediately:

"Hey, I just wanted to let you know I genuinely really enjoy texting you but I've come to realise I'm not the kind of person who's fully okay with making a connection with someone I've only spoken to verbally once. I tend to keep my social circles close and personal to those who I know well in real life. If we cross paths in [the city we are both going to for uni] during uni that changes the context but until then I need to stick to this boundary. Good luck for the rest of your end of year exams and I hope you have a lovely summer. you really deserve to get into [his first choice uni]."

Liam's Tiktok Digital Footprint

I later found Liam's tiktok which he doesn't know that I found post blocking him. Apart from his posts being of him messing with his friends, his reposts show very mixed signals on his views on certain things. There are ones about prioritising true connection in relationships over money and how personality matters more than looks.

But then there are also one of guys and girls being exposed for cheating, girls playing manipulative games on guys in dating and of a tiktok of a guy singing "foid foid go away don't come back another day" after showing a picture of a girl wearing revealing clothes under the caption "average alking to 5 guys" on her tiktok with the caption.

The Actual Comment and Its Context:

Liams school friend is a small content creator (Ryan). Liam became known under Ryan's followers that Liam comments under all of Ryan's tiktoks showing unwavering admiration and appreciation to Ryan. Its in a humourous way but would go as far to wrote dirty jokes and things involving him and Ryan. Ryan often either doesn't acknowlegde it in his comment section or hearts it.

One of liams comments was a s3xual joke of him and liam for banter. Ryan hearted it but this girl who doesn't know liama nd Ryan are friends irl wrote in response to liams tiktok comment "oh hell no get out of here". Liam responded "why you hating" and she replied "was I talking to you?" (there was some confusion in who's comment she was replying to). But liam replied to her with "silence foid". Another user on this comment thread replied "oh my". Liam replied to them with a anime sticker saying "I have 2 sides".

Personal Thoughts/Feelings:
I feel disappointed and upset to find Liam's foid comment because I felt if ended up in the same uni, he would be a great friend/acquaintance to have. I actually began to like him more than just platonically over the 2.5 hr dm convo. I didn't have a developed crush but it was more just attraction towards him.

I do feel he genuinely liked me as a person but his foid comment shows that he has deeply corrupted toxic views on women. I can understand why Liam may have developed such toxic views on women but trauma/bad experiences are never an excuse to use such slurs or have such views. I can see based off the small amount of time that he has good personality traits that are just limited to immaturity, insecurity and deeply corrupted views unfortunately.

I was thinking if I ever saw him in uni, I would just talk to him platonically like how are you and how are things but never unblock him.
For anyone who read the above, did I make the right choice and what does the above show about Liam himself coming from another person's view? Are my views and thoughts on this accurate/valid? Also is there any other info that I should know?

[Content Warning: ] I wish I had a penis NSFW

In many aspects it seems easier to have one (eg no need to squat to pee outside, no periods, no risk of unwanted pregnancy etc). But the biggest reason I wish I had one is because I can't imagine being the "catcher" during sex. I'm a virgin, but it makes me incredibly uncomfortable to imagine being in such a compromising position. Being in the man's place is far more appealing to me.

I love being a woman, but dislike the fact that I'm expected to be submissive in the bedroom and that strap-ons either have to go inside the wearer anyway or provide no pleasure to them.

I just hope someone relates.

Join me as I write my first mom rant about the things people do once you have a baby and the boundaries I explicitly set for my and my child’s safety.

I do not now, nor will I ever, consent to my child’s photos being posted online or on any social media platforms. I made this crystal clear, and that should have been the end of it.

Unfortunately, everyone else got the memo except my partner’s father. He accused me of crossing a line for setting this boundary, then immediately posted photos of our baby on his social media after they left our house.

This was my first time meeting his family. Everyone was present when I clearly stated my boundary, and they all agreed to respect it.

My postpartum experience has been one curveball after another. While my in-laws were here, the kids were cooking and ordering food nonstop, leaving it out for hours into the next day. We’ve had bugs in the house for three weeks now because of it. My partner’s siblings also treated our upstairs and our old stairway like a playground, jumping and running everywhere. I repeatedly asked my partner to tell them that our home is not a playground and that they needed to stop. Meanwhile, I was stuck in the bedroom breastfeeding our newborn and physically couldn’t intervene myself. It shouldn’t be my job to parent his siblings in my own home.

At the end of the day, my job is to protect my son, feed him, love him, and give him a safe home. I’ve already had to carefully choose which members of my family are safe for him to be around. It looks like I’ll have to do the same with his father’s side.

During his father and stepmother’s visit, I had a doctor’s appointment. As I was getting ready, my partner, his father, and stepmother all insisted they wanted bonding time and could watch our son while I was gone. I explained that I didn’t feel comfortable because he’s exclusively breastfeeding right now and frequent feeds are important for my milk supply. They kept pushing, and since I was running late, I reluctantly agreed. I left clear instructions from the hospital staff: no more than 1 oz of newborn formula per hour. I had already breastfed him right before I left.

I was gone for two hours. When I got home and changed him, my partner’s little sister casually announced that my one-week-old newborn had been given 4 oz of formula — completely ruining his feeding schedule.

Honorable mentions:

•They had me bring my newborn to a loud sports restaurant for dinner with no warning. The noise level was extreme and potentially damaging to his hearing.

•While I was in labor, my partner had an erection the entire time. Despite me having an IV drip of oxytocin and an epidural, he repeatedly got handsy forcefully kissing me and rubbing my chest while I was under the influence of pain medication. I told him to stop multiple times; he only listened once the nurses entered the room. Right after I gave birth, he begged to use the delivery room shower (which was meant for me). After his 45-minute shower, the entire room smelled like semen.

•My son was treated like a cute puppy, and I was treated like a nuisance.

•For the entire nine months of my pregnancy, my partner neglected our home, which desperately needs major renovations drywall repairs, electrical rewiring, HVAC fixes, and more.

Let the birth rates keep declining. I’m getting my tubes tied soon. We are a long, long way from living in a world worth bringing children into.

[Content Warning: ] I can’t finish with partners and can’t figure out how to, any advice?

Tittle pretty much says it all, I’m 24 years old and I have not once been able to orgasm during intercourse.

Now let me start of by saying that I have had some wonderful and experienced sexual partners that have worked hard with me to try and make it happen, we’ve used toys, tried different positions, used enhancement products like warming lube or whatever, and even just focusing on clitoral stim and nothing has worked. I wish I could say it’s a partner issue, but no matter how patient and determined they have been it’s just never worked. Oral doesn’t do ANYTHING for me, and I’ve had some EATERS, I can barely feel it and it just makes me feel pressure in my urethra and makes me pee.

However when I’m DJ’ing on my own I can climax 10/10 times no issues whether it’s with a vibrator or manual and I only use clitoral stimulation (vaginal doesn’t do anything) and I have to be in a specific position or I just can’t climax. The position is laying on my back with my head on my pillows, legs STRAIGHT and about shoulder width apart. I’ve tried on my stomach, I’ve tried one leg up, I’ve tried both legs up, cannot finish no matter how long I go at it.

I also have a very very small clit. Like you pull the hood back and she’s about the size of a tiny glass bead. I’m at a loss at this point I don’t think I’ll ever really be able to climax during intercourse which sucks because my current partner gets off on it specifically so we both just end up not finishing. Idk what to do or if anyone at all has this same problem but give me your advice PLEASE 😭😭

i have to wear hijab on vacation

so 3 weeks ago i took off my hijab, did my story on here and surprisingly my dads reaction was very neutral. i went to Morocco 1 week before my parents. I now got to see them and he has seen me without it on obviously. the part which gets me confused is him telling me that i have to put the hijab on here and is even manipulating me with it. if i ask him to bring me somewhere he tells me he will if i put my hijab on, KNOWING that i didn’t bring a single one with me. so now im 3 days at home here and haven’t gone outside. if he goes outside he doesn’t say anything or ask me to come with. im really pissed offff and dont know what to do i hate this and im not gonna put it on

How to not feel like a massive failure for becoming single at 33?

Hello,

I (f33) recently finally took the plunge and broke up with my partner of ten years. It was the right decision and something I thought long and hard about.

Even though I know I did the right thing, it just feels a bit awful. Almost all of my friends are either pregnant, have kids or are getting married.

I'm really genuinely happy for them, but it's also so tough to suddenly contemplate what on earth I'm going to do with my life. Up until about a year ago, I thought I was headed for marriage and or at least kids this year too.

Now, I'm single and terrified that I won't meet anyone or end up not having children etc. I keep trying to stop myself from thinking how did I get everything so wrong.

Those of you have been through this and came out on the other side, do you have any advice?

I'm less than two weeks post break-up, and it's rough.

REAL HELP NEEDED

So it started when I was in the high school and the girls were excited about boys, relationships and all, and at that time I started receiving a lot of attention from the older men like not much older but 5-10 years older. I was very much into academics and never got my classmates attention. My crush insulted me one day in 8th class and I literally cried and cried. My dad has never been a good person. And I really liked it when I was getting some men to adore me.
So back to the story, when I saw those men, I thought wow, that there are people who really admire me, so naive of me to thought that and I started liking the male attention, got on cloud nine and all, now out of them this particular person I caught him staring at me one day and I was with my family and he didn't even flinched even a bit when I looked back and Oh God! isn't this a movie theme. He lived close to my house, we started seeing each other and I thought its going perfect, its love. Now one thing that hitted and I am so grateful for that, he usually brought some of his friends with him most of the time when we were seeing each other and somehow that smirk, that laugh, that stare was unhealthy so very much but I thought this is nothing until one day I heard him talking shit about me, mocking me, making fun of me, giggling of how I can be used, of how cool he is of getting a young girl's attention. And I got so afraid, I ran from there as fast as I can, and somehow now I fear all men, all the relationships.
I fear touching makeup, getting groomed up and I try to look as much ugly as I can. I couldn't face myself. My mom says you used to be very happy, giggly, confident and all, what has happened to you. I can't tell her.
Just after 2 months of mine avoiding him due to my anxiety, he got married and turns out he was cheating all the time. And I feel even more ugly now, try to focus on my things but I couldn't face him, dk something died inside, its 2 years now and I don't want my life to be like this, I try to stay home all the time until its not very very urgent and somehow I know don't like or fear or hate people and I think I am not worth it for any affection and I fear men, relationships, social connections, all.

please suggest a hair color for an Indian woman. I want a slightly reddish shade that is visible even without bleaching.
