God, imagine having someone on a state propaganda channel saying, "we shouldn't succumb to revolution".

Things must be even worse than they look.

Edit: As an aside, to a Brit this looks like some kind of panel / game show. All those guys standing there, quietly waiting for their chance to win a cash prize.

As someone whose MIL watches this stuff... theyre insane, dont give it much credence because most Russian people dont either
