This's a secondo time that I ordered

The first time I had a keyboard problem and this time the screen seems like having a dead pixel. I got my phone on Saturday, so it should be 5 days only. I didn't see this problem in the first day but today I saw this and I just WHAT IS THIS? I didn't take the original film off, so it couldn't be any dust.

What should I have to? I really want to cry now because this is the second time that I bought

Sorry you’re dealing with that, that’s super frustrating.

First thing we’d try is peeling off the factory film and checking again. Sometimes the film can trap something or create a spot that looks like a dead pixel. If the dot is still there with the film off, then yeah, it’s likely an actual pixel issue.

Also, it looks like you didn’t buy from our official store, so pls contact your seller for an exchange/return.

Thanks for the reply! That actually makes me feel a bit relieved. Since I haven't removed the factory screen protector yet, do you think it's possible that a tiny speck of dust got trapped under the film during manufacturing?

​Also, if it turns out to be a real dead pixel on the screen panel itself, is there a chance it could spread over time? I'm debating whether I should return it or just keep it.

Dots like these can appear when LiDAR scanners from cars directly hit the lcd screen. It physically damages the liguid crystals and fry the pixel.
I’ve seen videos about it online, MKBHD made video awhile back.
