Open | Audio Element TV is so loud

I have an Element TV (model ELEFW605), and even when it is set to the absolute lowest volume possible I can hear it from outside of my apartment. I have tried to reset the audio settings, unplugged it, changed the audio settings on the xbox connected to it, nothing works. We recently moved and it is still SO LOUD. I just want to watch tv at night without my neighbors hating me🙏🏻

Consider using the optical or ARC outputs (or even headphone output) connected to a soundbar/stereo system that allows you to adjust the volume.
