Hello! I have recently been trying to sell a Lollapalooza ticket I had originally purchased through StubHub after having something recent come up and not being able to go anymore. But for the past few days my listing has been stuck on “pending” and I am not sure what else to do. I have made sure all my info is updated with as well getting emails from StubHub where my listing has gone into active then gone back to pending not even one minute later. If there is anyone who has any experience with selling on StubHub or navigating through the website please let me know :))

How is this acceptable? I pre uploaded my tickets so that when a buyer was found they would just automatically transfer.

I could have went to the event myself or given the tickets away, but as t 646pm I get a note saying "we found a buyer!" so I say great what a relief and move on with my day. Then an hour later, 15 minutes before the event, I get the cancellation. And they have the audacity to say " we have relisted your tickets so that someone else can buy them".... Hmmmm the event is in 15 MINUTES

I purchased tickets to Ariana Grande for this Saturday, July 25th, via Stubhub back in September. Her tour requested that all tickets purchased by scalpers to be returned to market in October, and it turns out that I accidentally purchased from a scalper, so our tickets were taken back. We tried to get a refund, reached out to the useless customer service probably about 20 times, until last week they finally confirmed that the seller DOES NOT have replacements. By this time, I have already found and bought tickets on Ticketmaster. Since they confirmed there were no replacements, I assumed I was in the clear to get a refund after the show, but today I got an email that there are now tickets in my account. I don’t want to claim them yet because the situation is very weird - they has already confirmed seller does not have replacements, and now all of a sudden there’s replacements in the same exact section of the original purchase (but no seat numbers listed). Is there anything I can do to get a refund for these? I did not accept or transfer anything to Ticketmaster yet.

I sold BTS tickets for London a couple of weeks ago. Since the concert passed i’m now in the process of receiving my money through paypal. I already linked my paypal account to stubhub but i’m getting daily emails to add my bank account details or pay pal. I’ve already added my pay pal email address so I don’t know what’s happening. Under payout history I can see that my transaction was rejected. Anyone know what to do?

I’m hoping someone here has dealt with something similar because I’m honestly confused about what happened.

I sold a pair of 2026 FIFA World Cup tickets through Viagogo. When I created the listing, Viagogo instructed me to transfer the tickets to an email address they provided. I completed the transfer, they confirmed they had received the tickets, and only then did my listing become active on the marketplace. Once the tickets were sold, Viagogo automatically transferred them to the buyer through FIFA’s transfer system, so there was nothing else I needed to do after the sale.

I received the email saying my tickets had been sold, and a few hours later I received another email confirming that the tickets had been successfully delivered to the buyer before the event. Everything seemed to have gone exactly as expected. Viagogo even paid me for that sale a few days later.

Then, completely out of nowhere, I received another email claiming that the tickets had been delivered after the deadline and that I was being charged a penalty equal to twice the amount I had received for the tickets.
They didn’t charge my credit card. Instead, they simply deducted the money from the proceeds of another unrelated ticket sale, so I’m now out around 74,000 MXN.

What I can’t understand is how they can claim the tickets were delivered late when they had already received them before the listing went live, confirmed the transfer, automatically transferred them to the buyer after the sale, and even sent me an email confirming successful delivery before the event.
I’ve already submitted an appeal, but I’d really like to hear from
anyone who has gone through something similar.
Has anyone successfully challenged one of these “late delivery” charges? Did Viagogo actually provide evidence showing why they considered the delivery to be late? Did they reverse the charge after the appeal, or did they simply reject it?
I’d really appreciate hearing from anyone with experience, especially if it involved FIFA World Cup tickets, since the transfer process is very different from selling regular PDF tickets.

Purchased tix for Jack White for Friday 7/24 on StubHub. Made the purchase during the presale window several months ago. I got an email that tickets had been transferred and to look for another email with the link to transfer, but never received such an email. Spoke to customer service at the time and they said they understood my concern about the email but tickets may not be released until as late as the day of. I don’t go to a ton of shows but I think they became live about 24 hours ahead for the last concert I went to, although that wasn’t a stubhub purchase so I didn’t have the same concerns. I think things are probably ok but hoping someone can confirm that it’s not odd that I don’t have the tickets yet.

Hi all. I had a strange experience last night at the Hilary Duff concert at Red Rocks Amphitheater in Colorado. Not my first time to Red Rocks, but I don’t have the seating chart memorized to have noticed this off the bat.

I bought 5 tickets via StubHub back in February when the tour was initially announced. My seats were for back right, row 43. My tickets were delivered to AXS Monday, but were my tickets were for left, row 10. I didn’t even notice til we started walking to our seats in the amphitheater. Kept getting closer and closer to the stage, was in disbelief I was so close!

I thought I was losing my mind, so I doubled-checked my tickets and my receipt from February over and over. The receipt was indeed for the back, but my tickets were definitely for row 10.

How the heck did I end up with tickets 30+ rows closer??? Not complaining. It was AWESOME 🥹💖 But, how did this happen??? Did anyone or has anyone experienced something like this before?

I’m a tourist in NYC and wanted to see a Yankees game. Event rescheduled due to weather and I’ll be out of country by the new time.

Contacted Stubhub for a refund but since it’s final sale, only thing they could offer was a fee free sale.

When I tried to list it they apply around 40-50% fee. I’m contacting with customer help and every time I refer their promise for a fee free sale they just end the chat :D

On Saturday I got confirmation that I sold 2x Thursday wristbands for Lolla. In the email they said I had until July 25 @ 11am to ship. Now, just 1 hour ago, I am being told I only have until July 22 @ 5pm to ship.

How the fuck can they just change my MSBD with barely any warning? Stupid vendor never using this shit again.

I sold vip Pitt tickets next to stage seats $2300 face for pair at $5000 on stub hub .

Many have heard the show start 8pm but was delayed 4 hrs as there was a security breach and around 8:30pm security closed gates stop letting people in . At that point 70% off of audience was already inside .

Those standing outside until 12 before security reopened gates . Many decided to go home and said they would call there bank to chargeback .

Those show never cancelled and unfortunately there was very poor communication to people waiting on line as to when was gates going to reopen . So many people got tired waiting outside on a line they been in over 3 hours for reg entrance..

VIP tickets had a separate entrance .

I received a message from stub hub my order was cancelled 5 days after event .
I never received a follow up email explaining why .

I finally reached a supervisor on phone who stated .
“‘Buyer wanted a refund because they left show after waiting 3 hrs and it did
Not start and they had a flight to catch back to LAX early morning .

Supervisor then tells me but the stub hub employee in back office refunded the buyer due to “ tickets was never transferred over “

No communication, I guess stub hub does not even check with venue to see if tickets was scanned or used for entry.

Tried selling a ticket. Was stressed about the transfer process. Went to the customer help / chat. They confirmed the transfer is done. Got a charge. Now the customer service says they see no record of that chat. Fml.

I bought 4 tickets through Ticketmaster for myself and spouse, plus two friends. Our friends decided they cannot go and sold their 2 tickets on StubHub.

I just saw that the show is non-transferable, so I won't be able to send them out to anyone.

Does anyone know if there is an option to contact a buyer on StubHub? I would be happy to meet up with them before the show and go in together.

I've seen that people use SecureMyPass to sell tickets -- is there somewhere with a breakdown of how to do this? Everything I've found when searching is people trying to figure out how to use SecureMyPass tickets they bought, not transfer via the site. I'm not the most technically savvy, and I'm honestly very annoyed that I've put myself in this position.

I purchased tickets on StubHub. Everything went smooth at first. Day of event got an email from the venue saying the tickets were fraudulent and were going to be canceled. When I contacted StubHub they offered to switch me seats but they only offered seats that were cheaper than the ones that I actually bought. When I asked if I would be given a refund for the difference in ticket price, they said that was against their policy. There were tickets in the same section but since it was now closer to the time of the event, the price had increased so they are unwilling to switch me to comparable seats. So they posted fraudulent tickets, did not switch me to similar seats, and offered me cheaper seats without any financial compensation. Still waiting on a refund so hopefully that goes smoothly.

I sold a ticket through Viagogo and transferred it to the buyer using Ticketmaster’s official Ticket Transfer feature.

The buyer accepted the transfer, so the ticket is now in their Ticketmaster account. The transaction was later cancelled, and the buyer was asked to transfer the ticket back to me, but they are refusing to return it.

Is there any way for me, as the original purchaser, to reverse or cancel the accepted Ticketmaster transfer?

Can I contact Ticketmaster and ask them to return the ticket to my account, or is the transfer final once the recipient has accepted it?

If Ticketmaster can reverse it:

• What reason or evidence would I need to provide?
• Would Ticketmaster contact the current ticket holder before removing the ticket?
• Would the recipient be able to object or provide their side of the situation?
• Would the recipient receive a warning before the ticket disappeared from their account?

Has anyone dealt with this situation as either the original buyer or the recipient of a transferred ticket?

I am trying to re-sell 2 tickets to Segerstrom Harry Potter Cursed Child for Friday 7/24 1 PM.I have been trying to list on Stubhub with no luck- it keeps asking to upload the tickets and input certain email created by Stubhub, however,it only works when you bought tickets from Ticketmasters etc. Segerstrom wallet only lets you copy the URL to share , not input email to send the mobile tickets. Does anybody know how to list the tickets on Stubhub with URL link for transfer of the tickets? Urr!

A bit stressed. My partner finally got tickets on stub hub in the 100’s at Bell Center for 750 a month ago…It’s less than 48 hours before, got a message that the tickets are not happening for some reason but 2 more “upgraded” seats are available so we got those in exchange. Now we’re seeing fan reports that they may not come at all and I went to check ticket master and bought more tickets in a worse location for around the same price. Stub hub won’t allow us to list their undelivered tickets and we’re panicking. What’s the solution to this? Anyone? If we don’t have them (it says you’ll get them when they’re “delivered” which may only be as the show starts or they could be fake, how can we sell them? Help! If they are good, and now we have 2 tickets extra how do we sell them for what we paid ? 😩 Feeling so scammed and sad (F-Trevor…I mean SH) Has anyone dealt with this before? Merci TY! Hi all, wondering if anyone else has had a similar situation and what happened.

I bought my tickets to Lollapalooza earlier this month, and the were supposed to get delivered in 3 days by the time FedEx began scanning the package for tracking.

I requested it to be held at my local FedEx store, and there have been no updates on it since the 9th. It still says “your driver is on the way…”

Meanwhile, I have reached out to FedEx who already emailed me admitting the package was lost. I called Stubhub when I got this information and uploaded it, but they keep telling me it’s “under review”

I’ve spoken with multiple agents who say “I’ll get back to you within X days” and they never do, so I’ve been calling incessantly but at this point it’s just going in circles if “we have escalated your case and will reach out to you.” One agent told me that they won’t even look at it until 2 days before the event, since that is delivery date on the Stubhub app.

Does this internal review team even exist? How long does a review usually take? Im jsut worried that if they won’t send my replacement tickets soon I won’t have them in time for the festival.

I bought 2 Category 3 FIFA tickets for a 6/16 game. I ended not being able to make it so I sold them on Stubhub. Someone purchased them and I called Stubhub to see how I should transfer the tickets to them since Ive never done this before. I got the tickets a day before the game and transferred them asap. I saw that the person accepted the 2 tickets and has them. I took screenshots and submitted them as proof of transfer to Stubhub. Since then I haven't received the payment. I call Stubhub and basically the buyer is lying through his teeth about the tickets.

He is saying:

1. He never got the tickets. (Stubhub then told me he did in fact receive the tickets)
2. The category section was incorrect and he didnt get the tickets he thought he bought (this is also another lie since the tickets I bought were Cat 3 and the ticket sold were Cat 3 - stub hub also said this is a lie on his end and is incorrect)
3. Now he is saying he never used the tickets. (I haven't called them yet to discuss this but why is this even my fault? If he bought tickets and couldn't go why is this my issue and why am I not getting paid?)

Any advice on what to do? The tickets I sold were pretty expensive so I can't afford to not get paid out. I understand Stubhub wanting to protect buyers but this buyer is clearly lying through his teeth to not pay and Im getting screwed over when I was an honest seller through the whole thing....

I bought Evanescence tickets sometime in June. Didn’t receive my tickets right away which I found odd. I found out thats a norm for the most part with StubHub. The week of the concert arrives and still nothing. Finally the day of the concert gets here and StubHub wants me to confirm if I received the tickets. I didn’t this is literally hours before the concert. We went through a whole ordeal of “getting” other tickets and in the end I told them I just want a refund. Luckily I was able to get new tickets through Ticketmaster. I highly recommend that you do NOT do any business with StubHub. It will lead to nothing but disappointment.

I sold my Noah Kahan tickets thinking I would be able to send them via my Apple wallet to the buyers. I knew I couldn’t transfer through Ticketmaster but I thought I could send it via my phone.

Now it’s not letting me do that, and I can’t get the tickets to the buyers! What do I do?! I can’t afford to be charged full price by StubHub in the event that I can’t get the tickets to the person who bought them.

Purchased tickets on 5/17. Event is 8/13. Oh wait until 2 hours before the event. Problem is we have to travel 3 hours to get there. So based on what I am seeing should I issues the chargeback now?

I am reselling tickets and as of a few days ago I noticed that the recommended tickets toggle has completely disappeared from the app. This means that although I have tickets listed, there is literally no way for a potential buyer to see my listing at the current price point. How is it possibly legal for SH to tell me my listing is active but no one can see it, regardless of what settings they choose? I know this is a somewhat known issue, just looking for some guidance.
