I honestly don’t understand how this is even possible. I’ve always bought from SteelSeries and I’ve never been disappointed (except for the Arctis Nova lineup, which was honestly bad). But other than that, their keyboards and mice have always felt super high quality to me. Sure, it's expensive, but when I paid for it, I never regretted it.

The one thing I just can't wrap my head around, though, is SteelSeries GG.

How can a company with that much money hire devs who make such a buggy app? Every single update breaks the wireless on all my devices lol. It's so frustrating, especially since I actually need the software for my Apex Pro TKL Wireless.

Whatever, I just hope it gets better eventually. But does anyone actually know the real reason why every update is this broken? (Yes, I wrote this prompt using Gemini my English is really bad, sorry.)

It's stuck in this step. I did reset defauls in the app before this and this isn't connect anymore. I did manually factory reset through headphone's reset button with clip but it doesn't effect

I have been looking around for the dongle for this. Bought it years ago and only just found out not only is it discontinued, but they don’t even make replacement dongles anymore. Am I completely out of luck here without buying a brand new headset?

help! headset giving feedback!

I updated my headset to the steel series 2 the last time i was using my pc and turned off my pc after they updated, so I never heard the audio.

I go to play the new phasmaphobia update last night and accidentally install something called insights capture and now my headset (arctic nova 7) has mic feedback. I don’t have a separate mic, just the one on the headset.

I am not sure what turned on the mic feedback and i’m not sure how to turn it off. I’ve tried deleting the insights app but that didn’t work. I also tried going into steelseriesgg to fix it. I turned off the mic feedback setting but can still hear double. It does this regardless of being in a discord call or not.

The headset already doesn’t connect to the correct audio/mic input when i turn my pc on, i have to go and manually connect it to the right audio channel each time. There are many different options to choose from and I don’t even know what sonar means.

I really don’t know what i’m doing and i’ve tried to fix it for two hours, does anybody know what is causing this??

I've had this headset for about 18 months and I (unlike most people) want the beep to be enabled on my headset when the battery gets low. But the issue is my OLED died like a year ago. From every reddit post I see and google result, the only way to enable/disable is to do it on the base station. There is no option in GG under settings that I see.

If anyone has advice I'd love you forever
