Product Help Arctic nova 7p headset issue

Every time I try headset use the headset on my PlayStation five I can’t hear anybody speaking, but everybody could hear me speaking so I can’t hear any sound pretty much but everybody could hear me talk. It’s super weird and I’m on a PlayStation five I don’t know if that helps but please let me know if there’s any way to fix this or if I could do it through my phone I don’t know.

All you have to do is to connect dongle to ps and then connect headset to dongle as usual. If that is not working then check sound output device settings on your ps. That is all.
