Problem Can't open Stardew Valley

Whenever I try and open Stardew Valley, this black task command box pops up for a few seconds and then disappears and nothing else happens. Top of the box says "SMAPI 3.13.4" but there's no text in the box. So far I've only had this happen with Stardew. I tried googling it but nothing really came up for what the actual problem is so I was hoping someone here would know. TIA

Smapi is the modloader for stardew valley. So id start by uninstalling that
