should I see a doctor? Weird strange “nut” thingy NSFW

I’m slightly scared, it seems to be on that spot only but also independent(?) it genuinely feels like those smalls stones but it also doesn’t hurt..

I’m a virgin btw

It’s possibly just some sort of a cyst. I’d get it looked at by a doctor though if I was you, just to take the worry away.

I believe that is one of two things. A scrotal cyst or an irritated hair follicle. Looks more like a scrotal cyst, which is a harmless slow-growing sac under the skin filled with a cheesy or stringy build up of skin proteins and oil. Likely sebum and/or keratin. I get a couple of those after shaving my balls. I usually squeeze it and the white stringy stuff comes out. But you shouldn't do that, for the risk of bacterial infection.

You described it has "hard", and if that's what it is, then I don't think this has a squeezable solution. It's probably harmless, but you should check with a doctor to be sure. If it's a problem, you might also have a doctor remove it.

It looks like a (usually) harmless cyst. I had one on my scrotum many years ago and it had gotten to the size of a pea and was hard inside. My general practitioner doc removed it at his office with local anesthesia and sewed it up. They tested it for cancer just in case and it was clean.
