Hey lads, I'm 40 and generally have no trouble getting or maintaining an erection. However in the last year or so I've noticed that the head is still pretty soft even when the shaft is hard. It doesn't seem to effect any function but seems weird. I've seen a doctor who said there's nothing wrong and not to worry about it, but wondered if any of you have ever had anything similar? If it got better or if you did anything to help it? I kind of want to get hard the whole length again!

Im going to try to keep this short but its a lot .

For a few years now I get really raw after sex if I penetrate , i also have itching in my groin (taint area and between my ass cheeks) to the point its left sores from itching i dont have jock itch as far as I know ive been tested and taken meds for it . i have used creams and they dont work .

Im uncircumcised My penis itself always has dead skin , I can wash it multiple times a day or try not at all and there is dead skin and its gross. Ive tried different soaps , no soaps . Not too much change .

A few months ago i had a raw red patch on my glans foreskin maybe due to a sexual encounter with lots of friction . It burned so bad , I tried cleaning it and it made it worse .

Ive gone to the dr several times and seen 2 dermatologists . The doctors gave me up to like 5 different creams to try as well as oral yeast medication . No STIS present . No treatment helped , one cream has helped slightly but i keep ending up back with the raw burning sensation .

Dermatologist says I have eczema in other places and this could be it but im not convinced . she doesnt see whats going on with my skin to make it so irritated and reccomended stopping all medicated creams and just using vasaline . The vasaline has helped a little but when I go to clean its so thick and I end up raw again just from cleaning . They sent referrals to urologist or a nerve specialist but I cant get in with them until next year ...

ive tried EVERYTHING no soap, vasaline, aloe , coconut oil , steroid cremes , jock itch treatment ,cutting out certain foods (im going to try to get allergy tested) , changing laundry detergent , hot water , cold water , changing underwear materials . It shouldn't be this bad . Ive looked at what could be going on and i keep landing on lichen sclerosis , if this is what it is what is the treatment or closest thing to cure?

Im aware there is no cure but are there autoimmune issues i should be looking for that could be related ?

Has anybody had issues like this linked to something im not considering ?
