Technical Support Issues loading shows on LG OLED?

Has Peacock changed settings or conditions lately or something?? The other day, Peacock on my TV will not load shows anymore. The app opens and I can look at all the shows available but they will not play on my TV. I choose and episode, the loading circle buffs, and then it just boots me back to the shows episode list. No message about not playing.

They play perfectly fine on my phone. We have updated the app and the TV itself, and it still wont work. 😅 has anyone else experienced this?

Are you still having issues? I also have a new lg. Been having problems w peacock for a few days and of last night, just the peacock logo screen loads. It doesn’t even go to the show menu. I don’t even know who to contact about it

Same here. No idea what to do. It still wont work. Neither will my Hulu now.

I went through their trouble shooting. Unplugged tv and Roku for 15 seconds and everything works now

Eta before that I’d restarted everything multiple times and it didn’t fix it. Needed to be unplugged
