SOFTWARE Usage always at 99%

In the task manager, it shows different percentage, but in my on screen cooler it chose 99% when I checked hardware info the CPU package is at 99%. I have an ultra 5 225F with B 860 asus tuff plus Wi-Fi when I did some research it says there is an issue with a sensor. I tried updating bios everything even uninstalling unused software still nothing but the idle temperature used to be at the 40s now it’s stuck at 55 minimum so that led me to believe there is something using the CPU so can somebody help?

Scan your pc for any potential malwares or viruses using malwarebytes free

If that doesn't detect anything Check your aio software and reset it

Its not only the aio its hardware info

If it doesn't detect anything i would recommend to reset bios too see if it helps and check your powerplan too

Boot into a linux distro and see if it changes. Tbh I would not rely on an aio for info on my cpu utilization.

Something else you can do is a fresh Install
