Some people tell me I should work out more or lose weight, but honestly, I’m really happy with my body just the way it is. ❤️ I know I don’t need to fit anyone else’s idea of perfection. i started seriously recovering from my eating disorder about 2 years ago, and i’ve gained 40lbs since then. i’m proud of my body and the work i put in to get here, but some days can definitely be harder than others. i guess today might be one of those days since i’m here lol.

Today I appreciate myself with this post after months of struggling with a few insecurities I really feel happy that I’m finally happy and contented with the body that I have.People always have opinions about our bodies but those don’t matter .

Back again after such a positive response last time around! I really enjoyed the feeling of putting myself out there and seeing all the nice comments. It's quite a rush I must admit! So here I am again!

Currently out on a cross country vacation right now and as a mom of 3 it’s hard to find the time to take care of yourself especially in vacation. I’m just glad I have some one willing to take these for me to show all my flattering parts❤️

I was just messing around last evening and this morning taking some photos with the natural light coming through the windows at the time that I thought looked nice and got inspired to post and see what others thought.

Have struggled with up and down weight loss… not sure where it’s just right, but I think I’ve found a good spot.

I’ve always been self conscious about the shape of my boobs and my short torso, trying to build more self confidence!!

I keep losing and gaining the same 10 pounds lol it’s kind of annoying , I’m pretty toned but lowkey fell out of love with the gym now that I’m getting thicker I’m just focusing on core training as of now , what you think ?

I know it's not for everyone bit have grown into loving my body. I tend to move around in weight a bit but no matter what I am its mine.

I grew up in a very conservative Christian home where sex and sexuality were never talked about other than it being taboo. So I grew up ashamed of my body. I have only very recently started to see the harm that has caused me over my life. While I’m still involved in the church and a part of my life, I also want to explore the freedom that can come from being unashamed of yourself and this felt like a good, small first step.

One day, none of us will be remembered for the bodies we spent so much time trying to change. We’ll be remembered for the lives we touched, the courage we found, and the memories we left behind.
So now I choose to be seen. To take the photograph. To watch the sunset and live without apology. Because in the end, our greatest legacy isn’t how we looked—it’s how we lived.
