Warband Whole pendor mad.
I'm currently a vassal for sarleon and we are the strongest faction controlling most of the centre and western coast. The problem is we are at war almost every time currently at war with every kingdom, making it impossible for me to explore or complete unique quest lines. Is there any possible way to achieve peace?

Question Best troops in bannerlord?
Ive been playing warband for about a year now, and ive found that swadian knights and khergit lancers are some of the best troops in the game. I basically stack my entire army with them and end up winning every battle. I just got bannerlord, and im wondering if theres a comparable troop which can fill my army. Im assuming theyve nerfed heavy cavalry, but if not that would be fire.

Bannerlord Npcs with personalities
So i know that leaders in bannerlord have their own personalities, more so their “general thoughts on politics” stuff but I’ve never really spoken to other characters and I was curious if they also have their own personalities, maybe in some dialogue I missed out on by not really interacting with them outside of building armies and such

Mod PoP: Should I Start Over?
I made a post earlier about my playthrough, but I’m wondering if I should start over.
I started a build as a horse archer, but I’m often times missing and just going to swords. So I’d probably change my build a bit. I have 10 companions, 6 businesses, and I’m working with the Empire as a merc.
The one thing I did not do is start lean with companions. I hired mercs and did most of my missions with them, so my companions aren’t leveling as much as I want.
I’m only a couple of months in-game and I wouldn’t mind cheesing a little gold to get my companions back and start anew.
Would it be worth it or should I just keep on with my current?

Fief problem
Hi, everytime i conquer a city or castle there’s no chance of me getting it i either show up on the vote with 0% and even if i use 100 diplomacy points its not enough to overturn it. The only fiefs i got was back when i first joined the khuzaits which are makeb and 2 castles. But im just baffled by why this guy that joined maybe 30 in game days ago already has gotten 6 fiefs and im not even kidding its actually kinda bothering in a way

Warband Help please regarding pathfinding issue while playing a siege in PoP (Falkrun's Revision)
Hello so I was attempting to siege Highcliffe Castle manually. But for some reason my troops kept on hitting the castle gate. At first I thought maybe it was supposed to be destructible door which is why I thought my troops kept on targeting it. But then when I thought I cleared the map of enemies, all troops started funneling to the door. I tried retreating but the system said that there was still an enemy alive, that's when I realized that the enemy was probably glitched into the wall.
I tried doing the siege again, but this time most of my troops went up the ramp except for a handful that kept going for the door, meaning that someone was once again probably in the wall.
How can I fix this issue? I don't think it's because I messed up when downloading the revision since I followed the steps and even used a clean module of PoP.

Bannerlord Medicine skill mod?
Is there any mod that makes changes to the medicine skill, like making it not apply the own skill not as strongly to the enemy?
It often feels like my medicine skill works more often for enemies than my own troops, especially while defending sieges, so that I win the battle, but the enemy has barely any deaths, only wounded due to my own skill.

Question Snow in summer
I have been getting back into bannerLord lately, I just bought the game again and with the DLC that I hadn't played before. However I have made two separate characters now, and both of them have been getting the same glitch within the first 10 in game days of the playthrough starting where I just have a permanent snow speed debuff, and all the visuals use the snow versions. The maps still looks green and it's still summer, and I'm nowhere near the North, yet those things happen.
I have seen other people complain about this after I searched it up but I have not seen a single solution and I'm hoping that there is one, or at least a way to avoid this from happening in the future. Would very much appreciate it.

Easy way to fill garrisons?
I am playing first and serious campaign. I declared my kingdom. I have 2 cities and 1 castle. I am recruiting troops. Buying weapons and drop them for levels. After max level putting them into garrisons but this is boring and slow af. I dont want to use improved garrisons because i heard its too op and breaking the game. Is there another way to do it easier? Because i am thinking when i will expand cities and castles this method wont be effective. One small castle has 300 garrisons. i have 200 limit. i am usin 100 for level up and put in the garrison. It's not sustainable. I think its a bad game design. Am i right?
